A few days later Lizzy found herself going to bed with a smile on her face. It was only their first week, but Aaron had stuck to the rules. He came home on time for the second time that week and Lizzy managed to take a long, hot bath while he was with the kids. Aaron even cooked dinner and then helped get the kids ready for bed.
As Lizzy climbed the stairs for bed, she was happy. She and Aaron still hadn’t really talked about what happened at the rink, but Aaron understood it was innocent. Lizzy felt like maybe they could work it all out.
Aaron was brushing his teeth when Lizzy closed the bedroom door. She changed quickly, trying not to let Aaron see her soft belly or her saggy breasts. Lizzy slipped past him in the bathroom and washed her face then brushed her teeth.
