The questions haunted Lizzy for days. She still didn’t have an answer when her next date with Aaron came around.
Jenny sat on Lizzy’s bed as she wandered through the room to get dressed. Aaron said to dress sexy casual. Lizzy had no idea what that meant but she was trying. “How about this?” she asked Jenny, walking out in her third outfit of the night.
“Yeah, I think that one works. How cool is it that Aaron is getting so into all this? I love that he’s surprising you with dates. It’s so romantic,” Jenny gushed.
“Uh huh.”
“Aren’t you excited?”
Lizzy sighed heavily, “I’m just confused. I feel like every day I get more and more confused about what I want.”
“So have you thought about what you want?” Jenny asked, digging through Lizzy’s jewelry box for something to match her outfit.
