It was past seven in the morning. I always wake up early even when I'm in home.
I decided to go outside and look for the food in the car.
I just look around and see that all of the tents are still close. Most of us did not wake up early. Some wake up before lunch and some wake up in the afternoon.
We are still in a sembreak so we're free to spend time and enjoy.
I just want to spend time with my friends but I didn't expect that my exx boyfriend, Austine will come with us.
Actually, I'm done moving on from our break up. Yes! I'm bitter, but I already let go my feelings for him. I just can't understand why he still court Samantha.
Can you imagine? He's my exx! and Samantha is my bestfriend. He did not even think and follow that three month rule.
I don't know what come to his mind. Why he do that. He still court my bestfriend. He's not even considered my feelings.
He is totally a flirt. That shitt, Austine! After what he did to me, I don't know why Samantha still accept her. Why she still fall for him.
Ahm, maybe because, Sabrina is secretly inlove with Austine.
"Hi! Good morning." said Austine while standing at the side door of the car.
I am looking for food because I'm hungry but this guy just ruin my mood.
"Do you need help?" he asked while smiling.
"No!" I said while still looking for food.
He enter the car and get his bag.
"Here!" he said while giving me a chocolate chip cookies.
"Are you serious?" I asked while raising my eyebrow.
He just nod.
"It's all yours." he said then smile.
Seriously! Of all food he can bring, he still choose this chocolate chip cookies. He used to give me this when we were fighting before.
"It is still the same taste as before, right?" he asked while looking at the cookie.
"What are you talking about?" I asked.
"Do you still remember the cookies that I used to gave you before?" he said.
I just raised my eyebrows and listen to him.
"That was made by mom." he added.
"Well, it taste delicious. Thanks!" I said while giving her a smile.
"What about Samantha! Are you also giving her a cookies made by your mom as a peace offering?" I asked.
I don't know why I asked this question but, nevermind. It doesn't matter now. I just really want an answer.
"No!" he said then look at me.
I'm just listening while looking at him.
"You were the only one who taste the food that prepared by mom." he said while looking at me and smile.
"But why? Samantha deserves to taste it because she is your girlfriend." I said while looking at him.
I'm trying to look at him eye to eye but he just look at the cookies again.
"Mom only wants you. I tried to introduce Samantha to her but she just smile and left us. And everytime she went to our home, mom used to buy food outside or just made a delivery for us." he said.
"But why is she doing that?" I asked while looking at him and wondering.
"To serve as a punishment for the wrong decision I made." he said while smiling.
"Wrong decision?" I asked.
"The cheating decision." He said with a low voice.
Oh my God! My heart melts. If only I know that story, maybe, I will not let Samantha occupied my position in Austine's life. His mom really likes me.
While I'm eating this cookies, all of the memories that we had is on my mind.
" Why did you cheat?" I asked while looking at him.
For almost a year, this will be the first time that I ask this to him.
Before he answered, someone knocks caused us to stop talking.
"Good morning!" said Mattheo while smiling.
"Can I have some?" he said while pointing out his finger to the cookies.
I just nod.
We are in the middle of eating when we heard a scream.
We hurried to find out where it came from. And we found that it was Sabrina.
She's crying.
"What happened?" I said while rubbing her shoulder.
After a few moments, all of my friends go near us to know what happen to her.
"Hey! What happen?" Ellise asked while rubbing her eyes.
I knelt in front of her as I tried to calm him down.
"Come on! Sabrina. You have to answer it so stop crying." Christoff said with a serious voice.
I had a bad dream. It was a nightmare." she said while still crying.
"I saw an old house. There is a girl inside it. She looks different. She doesn't have a heart. You only see the white in her eyes. Her body is full of blood. And if you see her, she's definitely looks like a zombie." she said while crying and holding her face.
I heard Samuel's laugh and saw most of my friends smiled.
"Hey! Wake up. You're still dreaming." said Samuel while laughing.
I was shocked. He slapped her lightly on the face.
"Why did you do that?" I asked as I glared at him.
"What?" he said while in tangled forehead.
"Maybe she's still sleeping. So we need to wake her up to stop her from dreaming. Am I right?" he asked while still laughing.
I hit his arms then he stop.
"You are not helping." I said.
"Come on! Come to think of it, zombies doesn't exist. Ok! This is a real world. We're not in a movie." he said in a serious tone.
Sabrina is still crying. Maybe she's still in trauma because of her dream.
"But, what if it happens?" Ellise said while looking at me.
Samuel and Christoff just laugh her.
"Are you crazy? You are out of your mind." Samuel said while he's looking at Ellise who is fixing her messy hair.
"Everything is possible." she replied.
"We are the generation z." Samuel said.
"Come on! It's year, 2060. In our generation, there is no ghost. Or a lady who her body is divided into two and she's flying, and having a long nails with a messy hair, whom only goes out at night. A hijack with a big tobacco in his mouth and living at the huge tree. A dwarf that can give you luck or sickness. A creature who change their look from human to animals. Or a white lady in the Balete drive. It's all impossible." he added.
"Well detailed, huh! Nice speech, Mr. Happy go lucky shitter." I said while looking at Samuel.
He just smile at me.
"I still feel there's something wrong in this place. We need to know it. We need to discover what is there in this place." Ellise said.
"That! That thinking. You are always watching horror movies so your mind thinks it's possible to experience that things even if its not." Samuel said with a serious voice.
"But how about you?" She ask while looking at Samuel.
Samuel just stare to her.
"You are always playing the role of a happy go lucky guy. Those who do nothing but make people laugh even though everything he say is not funny at all." she said while looking to Samuel badly.
"What did you say?" Samuel said.
"Are you deaf?" Samantha asked.
Looks like these shitts are fighting just because of the small stuffs.
"Go! Fix yourselves. We will tour this place so we can go home after." said Mattheo with a calm voice.
I saw Samuel and Ellise looking at each other like, they are fighting using just their eyes.
"Stop it! Sam and Ellise. You are both too old to fight in just a small thing." I said.
After we fix ourselves, we fix all the things we used since yesterday.
"Let's go." Mattheo said.
"Here we go. Finally! We will discover the secret of this hidden place." I said while looking into the distance.
They just nod at me then walk.
