Lilia walked infront of Lilith's body and unsheathed her sword. A Strong glow emanated from its tip. She stabbed the sword toward Lilith, just as the sword was inches away from reaching Lilith's forehead, a strong wind rushed out of nowhere and blew her away.
Inside Servia mansion Ray suddenly stood up from his sit.He gazed directly at the battlefield where the empress was. Lotus Empress met his gaze back but couldn't calculate his location. She frowned with a serious look on her face.She couldn't pinpoint his location it means either that person was as strong as her or he was using some kind of defining treasure.Ray took one step forward, he crossed million's of mile with just one step and instantly arrived at the battlefield.
Ray looked around leisurely, his eyes flickered around Lilith's unconscious body for a while then glanced at the Empress.Ray gave her a wide smile and walked towards Lilith.
Empress didn't do anything as she watched Ray saving Lilith.She couldn't see through this person as if he was shrouded by a thin veil. A feeling rose in her heart more you look at him more you'll get sucked in.He looks very ordinary and no power to speak of, he was just a little good looking that's all. But she doesn't believe a normal person could give her this kind of oppression.
Ray came infront of Lilith and pulled her up,a dim white light flickered at the tip of his fingers as he inserted it directly into her forehead. Her pale white face gradually became healthy. Her eyebrows fluttered as she slowly woke up.Then her eyes fell on Ray, she looked at her surrounding with a muddle headed expression and found that she was still on the battlefield, leaning Ray's arm. She looked at Lilia's unconscious body with complicated gaze.
" Girl, You were careless. Didn't i warned you to be aware of the person behind your back? " Ray scolded her in a slow voice.
" I.... " She wanted to say something but Ray interrupted her and said " Go and recover, I shall get back what is your's. "
" Young master, she has already reached pinnacle of Godhood. " Lilith shouted from behind anxiously.
" Peak God? what's that? Even if it's a Supreme Godking i'll kill them all the same. " Ray said in a flat tone.
Such domineering tone gave Lilith a little assurance. She thought maybe he can do it. Even if he can't defeat her at least he can escape alive and that was good enough for her.
Ray walked step by step towards Lotus Empress.He doesn't exert any aura nor does he look anything like a supreme powerhouse. He was more like an ordinary mortal with no cultivation to speak of.
" Who are you? " Lotus empress asked Ray with a piercing gaze but alas she couldn't see anything. Now she doesn't have the beautiful smile on her face like before.
" Who am i is not important, the thing is this person is under my protection. " Ray indicated toward Lilith with his eyes.
" You saved her and i didn't bother." Empress said flatly.
" No, You took something from her shouldn't you return it to her?" Ray pointed toward the wooden box.
Lotus Empresses face turned ugly for a moment. She took a deep breath and calmed her mind.
" I can give you anything except for this thing, name your prize " She took a step back and said seriously. She was being cautious.
" No, i only want that thing." Ray shook his head slightly.
" Then there's nothing to talk about, we can only fight. " Lotus Empress said with an emotionless face. Since there was nothing to negotiate, she can only fight.
" Alright do your best. Use whatever means you have least others say that i'm a bully " Ray smiled at her.
Lotus Empresses felt very embarrassed. Since her reincarnation no one has ever dared to say this kind of contemptuous words to her in this world. But now a young man came out of nowhere and looking down on her. But she has to be careful, she can't gauze his strength even a little.

" If she can become venerable then our world would have a second venerable like Astral Cloud venerable."
" But who's that young lad against the empress? " They quired among themselves curiously.
" I don't know maybe he is closely related to the Servia princess."
