Draven’s eyes are wide with shock. His mate raises his eyebrows; Kai, Arrow, and Davy are looking at me, and Elora is staring at Nathan. My boy… My brave boy slipped away from home and ran all the way back here to protect his mother and father. I’m proud of him for his bravery, but I need to speak to Nathan about the dangers of doing such at his age. He could have been killed! Nathan wasn’t to know there was no real danger here, and he didn’t even think about what could have happened to him.
