"Exactly... that's why I neee the best blacksmiths in this village, if you know someone you can recruit them... and of course I'll gave them fair wages for their hard work and fair compensation for every weapon they make..!" Nyx wanted the village to progress much faster that the people can defend themselves while the other's train and get stronger and those who want to get stronger they just need to study after Nyx's and become a full pledge cultivator.

After Nyx had said what he wanted Terran knew this is possible as Nyx had even created a miraculous device called chainsaw but it uses mana stone and the consumption is just enough for them to send a small party of miners and hunters to go into he Grannar village's mines and mine some mana stones to power the chainsaw and after a day the log they had gathered was enough to make a giant mansion but not all villagers wanted to live in a single mansion so Terran asked Nyx what his master thinks about this.

"Nyx... this matter is not easy to solve some villagers wanted to create a mansion and live with us me, Helbert and the hunters so they can feel safe... but the other half of the villagers wanted to live a separate life and have privacy but the other villagers feels safer with us... we really don't have a solution for this I hope your master can have an idea for solving this Nyx..." Terran scratched his head as Helbert and the guards and hunters were also clueless.

"Well that's relatively easy, we'll take your group in half the guards live with the villagers that wanted to live a separate and have a privacy and we'll aslo create a mansion but a mansion that can at least fit a hundred villagers is no joke... we need logs to support the mansion pretty well and a wooden mansion that is enough to make the hundred villagers safely live is almost impossible it might fall of top of their head with it's weight and all the people's weight added together..." Nyx said.

"That is a good suggestion... but the second problem that you said is a real pain in the neck Nyx..." Terran replied with a dumbfounded face.

"What this young man said is right... I also agree that we must split our group to ensure the people's safety... but if only we also had someone as strong as sid Helbert on our side..." Kenny said as he looked to Helbert pleadingly.

"Of course, Helbert will be with you guys the guards... and Terran my father should also be with the hunters to evenly split our forces to ensure the safety of our people..." Nyx said.

"Hahaha" Kenny and Blackmane laughed at Terran as his kid already surpassed his mana level even though he had a higher level than his son.

"Ahem... enough of that, anyway where is your master I haven't seen him for the last two days..." Terran said.

"Oh... He is in seclusion and is still cultivating at the moment... but anyway I have a pretty good deaign for the mansion father... hehe!" Nyx laughed as he took out a paper with a blue print.

'This design is very simple it's just what a hotel rooms are made they just have a single hallway and rooms in every hallway extending from the stairs ro the end of the hallway not only can this ensure that they are all together but also is rational in managing the limited space I at least imgined each room has eight meters long rooms enough for a family of four to six and this is only temporary but I can adjust the to at least ten meters to twelve meters and instead of a mansion with only two floors I can make a third floor... this is pretty easy but for that I need to see the wood they have collectedgo far...' As Nyx took away the blue prints Terran snatched it back and wanted to further study it this kind of new design can help with guards baracks in the future for convenience.

After a day of rest Nyx has enhanced the design and gave it too Terran, now it looked like a classy mansion with a very good roof design and outer accent that shows this mansion might be much more luxurious than most noble's houses and mansions that cost hundreds of thousands of gold coins.

After Nyx gave Terran the blue prints Nyx was brought to where the wood was and saw that there was fairly many of them but it wasn't enough.

'This... this is far too small in quantity my design is at least a few hundred meters and all this wood was only at least at a thousand at most and half of them would go to the villagers that wanted a privacy and the other five hundred would go to the villagers that wanted a more secure home we at least needs about five hundred more for the mansion and the other villagers might also need some it seems they still need to work for a little while... oh while they work I might as well create cement and find the resources in this world for that I might need the black markets information network I also at least need half a day to gather the resources...'

Nyx then pulled Terran Helbert and told them this problem and all the cut wood was for the walls and didn't have enough support beams for a mansion this size.

Terran Helbert were also worried that their food supply was not enough there were at least ywo hundred and twenty villagers to feed and the chilled meat that was on Grannar village was taken back and was placed on Nyx's special space ring that even time seems to stop and the meat retains it's coldness enough to further preserve the magical beast meat but everyday they cook at least fifty to sixty kilograms a day of the magical beast meat that were supposed to only be used for emergency times and this was one of those times and all those meat were taken by at least twenty percent by the adventurers guild as a tax and the other thirty percent were traded for irons and other supplies such as spices and clothings and all those were safely stored in the Elder's Manor in their storage house and all of it were all safely stored to Terran's storage ring.

"Hmm... I do have a plan, in the east there is something called rice and every rice grains can be eaten and this type of crops can be harvested in thousands of sacks if we planted enough we can harvest rice in about four to five months and solve this food crises and have enough for everyone to eat" Nyx said.
