Chapter 19: Half moon

Nyx and the Little girl was panicking and Nyx instinctively protected the girl and got to her and whispered, "Shhhh... don't worry I'm just joking, you don't neee to be afraid of being punished, do you know who my father is..?" And Nyx acted like a spoiled kid and raised his head high and as if boasting he asked the little girl a question that he thought would calm her down, Nyx then glanced and looked at the girl, She was shaking a moment ago, but now it seems she calmed down a bit and slowly stopped cying... or so he thought.

"Why... w-who's your father..? are you gonna tell him a-and bully me...?"

The girl looked at Nyx with tearful eyes and like a bunny looking at a fox begging for her own life, Nyx was also clueless about the situation so he just disregarded the cute act of the little bunny and holr her mouth to stop her from creating more ruckus and said to her, Shhh... I said I was just joking and besided mu father is a mage he can protect you if I tell him to I'm his son after all so don't be aftaid, you also have a potential to be a good mage in the future and besides... your a girl it's a man's thing to protect a weapping small kids like you... The girl then looked at Nyx like he was his father, a warmth that was subtle yet... it felt like a freeze warm breeze in the summer, C-coupe this be love..? No, no, no... I'm still... we're still kids so loving and... h-holeing hands are bad things to do... The girl was lost in her own thoughts and blushed, Nyx looked at the girl again and couldn't help but feel bad teasing her back then, and the girl also looked at Nyx with tears still seen in the corner of her eyes and out of nowhere they meet eyes and felt something strange happening to their chest, Nyx was feeling a little tight in his chest but... "W-what is this awkward feeling... it-it's so awkwarr that my heart would like to break out from my chest it seems..." I'm really not good at dealing with girls... Nyx looked at the little girl blushing, even at her age I-I-I feel uncomfortable... is this how it feels to be a virgin loser in my whole life..? it's frustrating me...

The girl stopped crying and tried to wiped her tears but out of the blue Nyx laughed at her and said.

"Hahaha..! that's what you get when you cry too much, hahaha!"

The little girl was confused till she wiped her whole face and realized snot was coming out of her nose... Thi bully..! he even made fun of me, and... and... and he said he would help me... But in the end the girl was embarrassed the someone other than her friends saw her crying that her snot came out.

"HAHAHA, I told you to stop crying earlier didn't I..?"

"Uwah... you lier... you bully..!"

"Alright, alright don't worry I'll help you"

Because if I don't my conscience wouldn't let me otherwise.

Nyx boasted about his mother as if his pride as a man was like a water that would be easily drank and refil if needed, he then holds his waist and continued.

"Do you know that my mother used to beat up my father... hehehe, so don't worry about a walking prey that's almost dying, and what's more my father's spell wa strong enough to blow it's right side of it's body to pieces and make it's guts flow out like a river..."

Nyx noticed that the girl had a scary look at her face and was most likely grossed out by his description, Well... she's a girl after all.

"Ahem, what I'm saying is the beast was already weak the moment my father landed his super duper ultra mega powerful wind spell..!"

The girl then had a more brighter look and was amazed by how powerful both his father and mother were really were. But, Hmmm... I swear heare voices over here.

"Oh... looks like someone's already here, hide behind me if your scared let me talk to them."

"R-really..?"

"Of course didn't I said that it's a man's thing to protect a cry baby... I mean a crying girl"

The girl couldn't help but looked at him like they've had an intimate relationship that has gone through a storm. The girl blushed and nodded her head while hiding behind Nyx.

"Mmm"

After a while a guard came to them,"Oh, your Terran's son right... haiz, thank goodness your alright, what are you doing here kid, you suddenly disappeared"

Heh, with your pitiful level and you hoped to notice me leaving, of course it's normal for mortals to not notice me.

"Ah... I was just checking out because I found her here crying... Sir guard"

"Crying..? who..?"

The guarr saw a little girl hinding behind Nyx and saw that her eyes were a little red and felt sad that while they were being scared a little girl was crying for her own life, at least that's what he thought.

"Hmmm... little girl I'm sorry, but we adults didn't properly defend our village... were so ashamed of our selves-"

"Ahhhh... let's stop with that boring talk Mr. guard, and let's just watch my mom fight that huge chunk of meat..."

"W-what..? you kid... you-"

Nyx ran and while holding the girl he clearly saw that he was uncomfortable around men that was older than her, so he stopped the guards pointless talk and ran while the guard was shouting at them.

"You two..! stop running it's dangerous there what if you'll get hurt there..!"

Meanwhile

Phew... it's been so long since I fought with a magical beast that has this mich mana leaking out of it's body... and what's more it felt like ice, cold and merciless. Well it's time to fight this boar... I hope that Terran is doing well since he fired off a spell that was beyond his own level... I hope his doing okay... but for now I should focus. Zira then camled down and retracted her sword that was stuck at the ground while shielding from the shockwave of Terrans spell.

"That giant boar is at the very least at half a mile away from me... hmmm... and I'm also a half mile away from the village gate... which the shockwave travelled, now that I think of it Terran seems to have also gotten stronger, but he never told me... hmph, I'm gonna ask him this when I'm done"

"I should probably use that technique..."

Zira then hold her blade in it's sheath and started to focus and chanted "energy blade"

Zira then focused and gathered her mana and formed an energy blade but the energy blade was stored at the sheath and as she was focusing a loud trembling was heard!

The Giant Dawn Tusk Boar roared at Zira after it saw that the small human was actually gathering energy that it has never seen before that any human could do, as he also saw a human fired off a powerful wind bomed at him his body was tattered to pieces, it remembered how much it hurt when he was almost knocked unconscious by a human! As he saw a spinning spear like wind came to him he braced himself and used one fourth of his total magic stored in his body to harden his hide and make it as tough as an armor, but sadly it wasn't enough and still got injured. His body was razed and his chunk of flesh was blown away as if a hoe was tilting the earth hos flesh was also carved out of his very bone that excruciating pain it had experienced was enough that any normal being would wriggle in pain as if it was being butchered alive..! And what's more he didn't do anything wrong in the first place, because his real identity was a woman the boar was a girl and she had her first born but a fat human stole his precious baby and took her away while he was gathered food for the baby she had but a damn fat human took her away my prescious baby... why, why... why is this human interfering with me..! I just want to know why, why would they do this... do humans not love their children..? if that was it then... I'm gonna go on a rampage and show this puny human what it means to be a parent..!

*GROAN* *ROAR*

The Giant Dawn Tusk Boar suddenly gatheted all it's magic, then suddenly it's gigantic tusk bore a glow of ardent then gust of winds blow below the feet of the Giant Dawn Tusk Boar and as if a sand storm came to life the Giant Dawn Tusk Boar summon a giant magic cricle in it's feet and the magic circle moved upwards, then the magic circle envelope the whole gigantic body of the Giant Dawn Tusk Boar glowed the same hue of color as the magic circle a black color came to be and soon a transformation occur, the thick hide and hair transformed and form a scally armor that looked like black basalt, and when the transformation finished the area around the Giant Dawn Tusk Boar sunken a bit but to it's feet sunken even more.

Zira saw this transformation and made her think that if it wasn't for the distance then she probably wouldn't even win so easily but, she had time to prepare her ultimate move which she has been gathering mana and concentrated it in one location and a certain skill, the energy blade.

"Well... I hope this much mana should be enough to slice through all that rocky armor... Heh! as if I'm pretty sure it's gonna slice it in half if gatheree some more... but it seems to have finished it's preparation and is starting to lunch an attack, well whatever"

Zira had a murderous grin at her face as if she has gone crazy from her first love, Zira was once an adventurer so she a side to her that likes to fight a battle that seemed that she'll lose, it just came to her as she used and loved the sword and came to be her personality when fighting.

Meanwhile

The Giant Dawn Tusk Boar already finished her preparation and started to move, it dashed forward and with each and every step the ground which it's boar hoves step on to made the ground break and collapsed by the sheer power it had and to add to it, it's weight at least reached 360,000kg. When the people on the gate regained their courage the scene they saw made their knowledge of the outside world grew bigger, the guarrs, captain Kenny, vice captain Eadwig, Terran, Nyx and the little girl saw that a lone woman made her stand on the battle field fought against an opponent that any normal or sane human would make them pee their sleep and tremble, yet this lone woman was standing still while a gigantic moving fortress was rushing towards her at a speed of at least 100-120 km/h and was closing on in to Zira but Zira didn't made a move until the boar was fifty meters in front of her, Zira moved her left footh backwards, she then moved he right footh forward slightly and hold her sword Mitsuki and pulled it slowly, it was so slow that a snail would even be ten times faster than her pulling speed.

The people on the gate was very confused to what she was waiting for, as they saw this sight they couldn't help but both fear and be in awe they all wanted to say "is this woman crazy..?" "does she want to die, because if you don't make a move then your gonna die..!"

But when the boar gotten closer to Zira she felt it... the power that was gathered at the sword sheath, it felt like she was raming huge boulder that could even be as tall as a moutain, the Giant Dawn Tusk Boar hesitated for a moment, but as she thought of her child being kinapped and used by a swine human, then it would do anything for her but, she saw a human chil, a girl like her daughter, her mother heart wavered and as if halted but her momentum didn't allow her huge body to stop but her hoovs skidded along the ground and destroyed the four meter wide road but then she heard it.

"D-Do your best... ma'am Zira..!"

The little girl couldn't help but shout and to her full power to support Zira and couldn't help but be emotional as she saw a girl, like her sacrificed herself to fight for the village, even if ahe saw the gory sight of the battlefield the giant boar which almost half it's body was gone was now covered by a layer of basalt armor, it's flesh and dangling innards and the broken ribs that was poking out was covered but she still couldn't help but fear this sight.

When Zira and the boar heard it they heard the same thing "Do your best mommy!", as they were both mother the other was motivated while the other was hesitating to annihilate a village full of kids that still couldn't have ventured out, but unlike them the magical beast they wandered around freely as they had the means to survive, this made her mothers heart even for a magical beast to waver and halted but Zira was opposite she was protective and annihilated a threat that could endanger the her family and the childrens and all the people, the guards and all the whole village. Whe wanted to protect it all so she assumed that she couldn't reconcile with beast and said in a graceful tone.

"Mitsuki arts- moon blade"

*swoosh*

The Giant Dawn Tusk Boar looked at Zira, and the same with her she felt it, Zira also wanted to protect something so the boar sacrificed her greedy desire to save her child but left her soul and created a message for Zira to see and tried to have her help her, as she was slo a mother she should understand her disposition. And just like that the huge chunky flesh the gigantic body fall down like a a mountain peak that was sawed off by the body of the mountain it came down crashing like landslide and the people, was shocked, very shocked they only saw a glimmer of light, a mysterious light that looked like a bunch of thunder and formed a n incomplete circle came out of Zira's sword and suddenly the Giant Dawn Tusk Boar died in an instant!
