Whoever you are, Heed my prayer

I sprinted towards the Beast and swung my sword. A shockwave flew out and slice the air. Since I was using a sword with a blade art, I couldn't produce any blade light. And since it wasn't a sword art, it also couldn't produce a sword light. But I could use the shockwave to overcome this. The shockwave hits the boss squarely at the chin, tilting it's head to the side. It glared at me. The paralysis passive didn't work since it has a draconic blood giving it resistance to negative statuses. ROARR I rushed to its side dodging a bite. I sent another shockwave and tried to lure it away from the gate. It followed and bit at me furiously. I dodged but a red pillar came falling from above. I was crushed flat on the ground by the tail. I must have broken a rib. The monster tried to swallow me up but I rolled to the side. The pain coming from the broken rib increased and I was barely able to sit up. The Boss came at me again. I focused and casted Ore-pig stampede twice pushing the beast back. It was startled by the horde that popped out of nowhere and stumbled back. It roared angrily at the ants that tried to bother its meal. The herd vanished before the boss could chomp on them. When it saw them dissappear, the boss transferred its aggro to the only person in its sight, me. I had already healed my wounds by then. It rushed at me and I blocked it with Three Blades. Three shock waves formed a wall, keeping it from moving forward. I sprinted to one of its legs. I sent a shockwave to its neck, pushing its head up then slashed my sword towards the front leg. A deep cut was made. Its draconic scales couldn't do much against a peak silver sword. But the cut was smaller than expected. I slashed at the wound, making it wider. It's leg buckled to one side, unable to properly hold its weight. I miscalculated a little bit as the head came crashing on me. The boss tried to raise itself only to fail. It fell on top of me again further flattening me on the ground. I felt that all of my bones must have been broken. I tried to crawl myself from below the monster but the scales where too rough, preventing me from slipping away. The beast's head was too heavy and my lungs were pressed. I could barely breath. With what small air I had left, I started to cast a skill. "To the gods watching over, I pray to thee. Give me strength and power. Whoever you are, heed my prayers." GEOSHOCK!!! Tall pillars rose from the ground. They skewered the Salamandrake high into the air. I gasped for air but coughed after feeling pain from my lungs. I tried taking in air in small quantities. My breathing stabilised after a while. The Salamandrake above me disintegrated and a shower of light fell on me. A few minutes later, I heard someone shouting. "...lon! Solon! Where are you!" "Here." I tried responding but my voice was low. I used Healing Hand. My MP was only enough to use it once. The pain in my chest subsides and I was able to call out, "I'm here!" "Solon! Solon! Are you okay!? You're hurt. What do I do?" Gles started panicking when she saw me. "Calm down. I'm fine. I just need to rest for a while. I'm drained. A few minutes and I'll be back to tip-top shape." I smiled at her. "You should go gather the loot. I would be injured for nothing if someone else was to take away the loot." "Ah! Yes. I'll go get it."
