Dragon's blood

605 Words
Gles came back after a while. I had already casted a second healing hand and was leaning on a stone pillar. She was running towards me, carrying something in her arms. "Solon! Solon. We got something good. You're gonna be rich." She took out a small bottle of red liquid and pushed it closer to me. "Its a dragon's blood!" Gles was brimming with excitement. She was right. That small bottle contained only a drop of dragon's blood but it already costs 500 million gold coins on the market. And most importantly it was always out of stock. Because, even if it had a 50/50 chance of dropping, no one would risk it. 500 million might be huge for an individual, it wasn't much for a 300-man bronze raid team. At most, one would be paid a million gold coins. Or two if you were a healer. That was too small for anyone risk his life. As for me, I took the boss alone, it was a great haul. So... "Drink it." "What?" Gles was confused. "The blood. Drink it." I told her again. "N-No. I-It's too precious. I can't. You should just sell it." She shook her head violently. "And what? Risk my life to fight another one? No, thanks." I grimaced at the thought. "I fought the Boss to get that thing for you. It's useless to me. So just drink it when I say so." "Okay." She uncorked the bottle and poured the contents down her throat. The dragon's blood had many uses, but as we only had a drop, it wasn't much use other than raising a person's rank to bronze. Gles was only an iron rank, so the blood was able to raise her rank once. "Arghh" She sweating a lot and her skin turned red. Mana gathered around her forming a vortex. "Ahhh. Mmmhh." She moaned in a sweet voice. My thing reacted and stood up, wanting to break out of its confines. I held it down with one hand, but hot liquid started flowing out of my nose. I raised my head and used the other hand to block the flow. The moans subsided after a few minutes and I felt strong energy coming from Gles. She had successfully advanced to bronze rank. As for me, I was shaking at a corner. Gles was a very, very dangerous girl. She was just moaning for a few minutes but I already came twice. 'Worth it!' I shouted inwardly. "Solon! I advanced! I'm bronze now! We can register for a hunter's license now!" Gles jumped up and down with joy. She just advanced, so she was brimming with energy. "Yes. Yes. But first let's go home. I'm tired out and you need to change your clothes." Gles was soaked in her sweat. And most importantly, I needed a change of pants and underwear. I stood up with my back towards Gles. I took my jacket of and wore it around my waist like a skirt. I hung both sleeves in front of the zipper to cover my crotch. Satisfied with my handiwork, I turned to Gles. Her clothes were starting to dry from the heat. "You should take a long soak after you get home. It's not good to let your sweat dry. You'll catch pneumonia on the long run and you'll start having body odors." I pointed at her shirt. "Uwehhh." Gles became flustered. **** Our clothes dried by the time we exited the gate. I can't imagine coming out with a wet crotch and a sweaty girl. Those who would see us might start giving us wierd glances.
