Chapter 5. Meanwhile Back At The Party

They walked up hand and hand. Her Fairy and his dragon were loving it. They could also feel their feelings for each other.

Smokey was right everyone was looking for her and their friends looked up and saw them walking their way. They were all shocked to see that they were holding hands.

" Well it's about time," Dawson said slapping him on the back.

"Come on," Gina and Ginger said at the same time.

I'll be back shortly. Interigation time." She told Smokey laughing. He planted a kiss on her lips.

"Don't take to long or you'll cause me to start missing you already."

"Oh we have alot to talk about," Ginger laughed as all the girls walked off.

"I told you so. Here comes the third degree." Willow yelled over her shoulder.

Now all three of the girls were cracking up.

Okay, Gina said, "Give it up how did it finally happen.

"First he turned into a dragon in front of me. I'm sure ya'll know about that too. Since you're dating two of his best friends which I am going to assume their Dragons too."

"Your assumption was dead on."

"Good I didn't want to say anything I shouldn't."

She gave them the 411( the lowdown).

"We have been waiting on this for a long time," Gina said.

"How did ya'll know?"

"The way you both have been flirting since the 9th grade. Have you not noticed that neither one if you have been out with anyone else since you met each other?"

"He pointed that out to me and then guess what?"

" What?" they both said at the same time moving in closer.

"He taught me how to fly. First he gave me a ride on Fearless. That is who he is when he changes. Then he asked me if I was ready and then he told me what exactly to do. Before I knew it I was flying through the air. It was great, but I didn't go very high because we weren't sure about the landing but I flew. I was so proud of myself."

"You don't have to worry about the landing your feet will always touch the ground lightly. Even if you soar up high. I don't know why it just happens that way."

"Tommorrow after the party dies down a little bit let's go fly together. Maybe you can teach me some of your tricks. How does that sound?"

"That sounds good to me." Gina said.

"Me too." Ginger replied.

"Now lets get back to our men. God that feels good to say!" Wllow said smiling from ear to ear.

Her dad seen her walking up to Smokey and all he could think was it was about time. He couldn't believe they made it this long and never got together. Especially being star crossed lovers except when you are you can't be with anyone else but them. It's a little stronger than being soul mates. Even that tie is hard to break and usually winds up ripping the two hearts in half. Straight down the center. He knows because he's been there once when he had to let Willow's mom go.

     Finally they seen her. "When should we go up and talk to her?" Lawerence asked Elizabeth.

     "Lets let her enjoy her time with her friends.  We have all night and this is her night. She doesn't need to worry about any of this until she absolutely has to.  So let's go have fun.  I wanna dance."   Elizabeth said to Lawerence.

     " They were dancing to a popular slow song,  When he bent down and whispered in her ear, "Don't get me wrong I love our love as Fairies.  I was just remembering the way you looked into my eyes the night we knew we were star crossed lovers and it got me thinking.  I remember us when we were just like this.  Everything was so new and we were just finding our way around love.  Stumbling and falling so deeply in love we couldn't stand to be out of each other's sight.  I want to feel that way again in this world.  It's like we can relive it now that we've been around the world a little more.  Can you imagine it being even better now than it was then?" 

      "Oh yes I can because our love can only grow stronger over time."  A new song started.   "This is my song to you."

     (I don't love you like I used to.  This gets better everytime you kiss me.  It's stronger the longer that I'm with you.  Know that every single day before didn't know that I could ever love you any more than I did.  I do.  I don't love you like I used too.)

     "I can't wait to go around this world with you again.  I never stop falling in love with you over and over day after day. 

The teens entered onto the dance floor. It felt so good dancing with him with his arms around me holding me so close I could barely breathe. Willow thought so herself.The heat between them simmered al through her body.

"This feels so good." she whispered into his chest."

"It does don't it," He replied he bent down and whispered in her ear. Then he kissed her slowly up and down her neck. She tilted her head back and to the side to give him easy access. She didn't think her body could get any hotter but it did. With each and every kiss he planted on her. She loved the feeling of his body pressed up againest her. She felt like her head fit perfectly unto his chest. Like that place was made specially for her. The song ended and they turned loose and clapped. Then a line dance came on and they danced it out. Laughing and having a blast all of them were up there together. Dawson, Gina, Ginger, and Jesse had joined them on the floor. After that dance was over they left the dance floor and all found a table in the corner in the back yard away from everyone. The guys went up and got them all drinks. In their towns you only had to be eighteen to drink so this was the first time Willow had enjoyed a a legal drink. No more hiding and sneaking around to relax, have fun, and enjoy herself with everyone.

"So how does it feel to be Fairy?" Gina asked.

"It feels good to know I'm not losing my marbles." Willow replied back.

The guy's returned to the table. Jesse grabbed Ginger's hand. Dawson had his arm around Gina. Smokey pulled Willow onto his lap.

"I'm glad I can finally be with the woman I have fallen in love with. No more secrets we can finally be together." Smokey happened to come in on the last commit."

When a couple is considered star crossed lovers It means on the day they were born the two stars with their names on them croos each other over the moon at the same time then it crosses over the cribs through t h e window if their rooms and then the are sealed together from birth.

This is what happened to Smokey and Willow. That's why they were brought together. To love together like most couples don't get to.

Just then her dad walked up your mom is in the house and wants to see you. She had me go out and get you a few things just from her.

"Okay. I'm coming," She gave Smokey a long kiss and then they watched her disappear.

When she seen her mom in her room she ran up and gave her a large hug.

"I was hoping that you would come."

"I couldn't miss my daughter's eigteenth birthday."

She handed Willow a present. Actually a couple. The first was a Journal with all colors of gel pens. This is important to a young Fairy. Especially one of your abilities and reponsabilies as a Fairy.

"Which is exactly?" Willow asked her.

"You are the keeper of Souls all Souls in both worlds."

"How do I do that?" she asked.

Her mom replied, "Open the second gift."

Willow obeyed her mother and opened the next gift. It was a palr of overalls and a purple t-shirt.

"I like those," Twinkle said.

She just looked at her mother.

"Garden," she said, "It does not only house the Fairies but it is also souls.

Her mom explained to her how Willows garden housed the souls and how all she had to do was keep her flowers alive. If they were sick she could heal them and the one's she couldn't heal. Then it was their time to go their souls could not be cleansed.

"Do you understand?" she asked her.

"I think so," Willow replied.

She offered her the third present. Willow opened it carefully like she did all her presents. It was a case that was full of make-up. Base, Powder, lipsticks and eyeshadows any color she might want.

she gave her mother another big hug, "Thank you," she said appreciably.

Her mom gave her a big kiss on the forhead and told her she had to go before anyone recognized her that shouldn't have.

"Will I see you soon?" Willow asked.

"Just come to fairyland as soon as you can."

Then her mom turned in her Fairy and flew away back to Willow's garden.

     Willow returned to her friends.  

     "Well did you get to see her?" Ginger asked.

     "Yeah she had somethings for me," and some advice for my Fairy's responsibility.  

     Smokey pulled her back to his lap.

     It wasn't long before her dad came to her again.  

     "There are some more people that want to see you.  Why don't you and your friends mingle and get something to eat.

     "Okay dad we're coming."

     Smokey then grabbed her hand and held on tight and then let go as they entered the crowd.  The sun was beginning to rise.  She had until 1:00 that afternoon before the party was over.  Lawerence and Elizabeth were part of the ones who wanted to meet her.  

     " Should we tell her now?" Lawerence asked Elizabeth.

     "Yes when she gets around to meeting with us we need to let her know what's going on.  First she met with the queen of the Faries.  "It is my pleasure to meet you.  You will be a strong part of our family." the queen said to her.

     "Look forward to see you in our Fairy world your job is of the utmost importance for not only the Fairy realm but also for the human realm.  You are the keeper of Souls.  That is one of the highest Fairies.  We have been waiting for you a long time.  You have done well with the flowers to not know about. Who or what you are.  I'm very proud of you and can't wait to work with you."

       The next people she was talking to was Lawerence and Elizabeth."  Elizabeth stood with the white bird on her shoulder.  "We come from below to let you know there is a Wizzard named Magnum and a female dragon named Temptation and they are working together to find the secret of souls.

      "Why are they looking for the secret of the souls?"

     It is said that although Magnum is only 17 his grandfather many many cenuteries ago had a spell put on him and his family that rendered them soulless.  He wants everyone in both worlds to be just like him.  We have came to help.  Lawerence is the supervisor of all Fairies and I'm the keeper of purity and we have also brought with us Levi keeper of secrets.

"Do you know of a good hotel around here?"

"Why don't you just stay in the mansion with us. We've got plenty of open rooms. I'll just have the maid make up a couple for y'all."

" Okay if your sure."

"Of course I'm sure."

"I'll go and let them know right now just find me when the parties over or before then if you want to get into your rooms before that.  It will only take me a minute and I shall be back to show you your rooms whenever you're ready.  I'll be right back snd then she disapeared into the house.  She told one of the housekeepers, Shena to make sure two guest suites beds were fresh and turned down and they had plenty of toiletries in their bathrooms.  Will you find me out at the party Shena and let me know when the rooms are finished."

     "Sure will mam'.  No mam' for me Shena just some good ole Willow will be just fine.  Thank you for making sure we always get what we need and at least half of what we don't."

     Wiillow rejoined the party letting Lawerence,Elizabeth , and Levi that their rooms were being taken care of and then after everyone has had some sleep tomorrow we will talk to my dad and Eliza and see if they have any ideas on how to difuse this before it ever gets started."

     1:00 pm finally rolled around.  As bad as she hated to see Smokey go she knew they were all in need of sleep.  She gave him one extrodinary long kiss any one could give their mate.  You would have thought he was going off to war.  "Call me as soon as you get up and if you want we can meet up later." 

     "Girl are you crazy I've waited so long I really don't even want to spend one more minute away from you."

     The music was still playing for the few straglers that were left.

    "Would you mind showing us to those rooms you had made up for us?"  Elizabeth asked her.  

     "Sure follow me I was just on my way into the house to get some sleep it has been a long 24 hours + My bed is calling my name."

       "That's right your transformation was tonight?  How did it feel?  I remember mine and my Fairy was just dying to get out.  I'm sure yours was too."

     "Oh yeas mine has a mind of her own and let's out her feelings at all times or when she deems necessary." 

     "Ha ha," Twilight said.  "Very funny."

     "Oh there you are you've been basking in your own bliss tonight so long that I thought I lost you."

     "Who little ole me.  I'm with you for life so you better just get used to it."

     "Then I would say you need to learn your place.  I'm the one who has to change to let you out so don't be dissing me or you may be in there a little longer than you want.  I want to start this off on a good foot but you have to meet me halfway."  

     "Okay Okay.  So for someone so small I do tend to get a little bossy.  I don't mean to it's just I don't know quite what my role is in all of this either.  I'm just as frightened as you were today when you changed into me."  

     "We'll just have to work on it." We're already doing pretty good that whole conversation just took place in your mind no one else heard it."

  She came to a stop in front of both rooms.  Now just call down if you need anything someone will pick up and help you.  You have restrooms in your quarters feel free to take a bath or shower.  There should be shampoo and soap in there for your use and I'll see y'all after we get some shut eye.  Good night." Willow said and they said their goodnights and shut the doors to their rooms.  So that was Willow's cue she was off to her room she opened the door and pretty much fell on the bed face first.

"Goodnight Willow."

"Goodnight Twilight."
