Everyone climbed into the armored cars and prepared to wage, what could very well be the final war against the Bloodwings. As soon as the vehicles crossed the safe zone they were confronted with several swarms of Bloodwings. It was highly unusual to see so many Bloodwings out at night. The Shock Hound and Arch Knight tanks opened fire and shot them down.
They kept running into multiple swarms of Bloodwings on their way to the forest. It seemed as if they had prepared a welcoming party for the soldiers. By the time they reached the forest it was almost 3 AM. Killing those Bloodwings on the way had slowed them down. They were ready to dismount when Lieutenant Amy asked them to stop; she had spotted a Blood Demon behind the tree line.
