Margaret and Alex looked at each other nervously. This sudden revelation meant that they now had to deal with two foes: General Abraham’s men and the Bloodwings. Just when matters were heading towards a resolution, this new discovery had tangled up a lot of loose ends. If General Abraham was planning to strike a deal with the Divine One, they needed to stop him as soon as possible. In order to stop the man in charge, they had to find out who else was aware of the General’s intentions inside Winston Advanced Command.
Captain Elijah looked at Major Morris and said, “The Bloodwings massacred half of General Abraham’s men inside that god forsaken cave, yet he wants to make a deal with this bloody Divine One instead of avenging the fallen soldiers. I just can’t believe it!”
