CHAPTER THREE Charlotte yawned her way through setting the bookshop up for the morning, wishing she’d gone to bed a little earlier. Whether it would have made a difference was anyone’s guess because she’d barely slept between going over the Giving Tree launch and worrying about Rosie. For all she knew, Lewis and Rosie were doing nothing more sinister than meeting a travel agent to arrange a holiday. They’d spoken of going to Hawaii. And that was a better guess than the other thoughts running around her head. Zoe left before Charlotte was up.
