Crystal blue: fight for Avrolon

CHAPTER ONE

  I flip off my covers as the irritating alarm clock blares on the bedside table just beside my head,normally I'd knock it off angrily but this time I won't ,its my first day in final year and I plan to live it to the fullest

 Ring Ring!!!!! 

........urgh! ,I can't believe this thing's still on,I turn it off with an irritated shove............maybe I shoved too hard 'cause it fell off the table and went off.

"Let's go take a shower",I mutter to myself as I throw my legs off the bed and slip my feet into a pair of warm flip-flops before I begin to walk lazily to the bath room.

Thirty minutes later I'm outta the bathroom and ready to go downstairs, mum and dad are out of town so I'm left alone with my cat and the invincible house helps , literally, they come and fix the house and leave when no one's home,my besties Joanna and Katelyn calls them ghosts househelps.......... Ppff,we all know that ghosts don't exist, they're just mythical creatures garnered from someone's over active imaginations.

Staring at my reflection in the full length mirror dressed in A pair of snug black jeans and an equally snug black turtle-neck with a nice fluffy cashmere knee-length jacket of crystal blue I cant help but smirk for I liked what I saw, A teenage girl with almond shaped eyes of crystal blue and lush pink lips which was pulled up in a smirk with raven black hair pulled back into a high ponytail, A pair of matching blue sneakers went perfectly with the outfit and A nice black Gucci backpack completed it all, as queen bee of school I had to leave a fashion statement.

My name is Crystalline Royalè Grey,popularly known as crystal blue..........you know,my eyes and all ,I live in Forks and I I attend Forks High ,my parent are in California on a business trip ,I'm used to being home alone, I'm queen bee of school so I get a lot of perks ,I'm not just a beauty though ,I' m also the smartest kid at school, i mean math and chemistry are a joke to me, last semester I got straight Az, and I'm currently dating Tyler, the school's soccer team captain, Paige almost died due to intense jealousy, she's the leader of the cheer squad, she's been jealous of me since middle school so it doesn't bother me any more,i'm also the head of the school's solo club,what more could I possibly want?, my life is perfect!!!.

I'm just glad there hasn't been any rains lately,its cold though,rains hinder a lot of activities at school, plus.....who likes getting wet?.

I'm almost startled when I hears screams approaching me,instinctively I turn around and I uncover the culprits, Joanna and Katelyn……my girlfriends, Joanna's red haired and has black eyes,Katelyn 's a brunette with deep brown eyes, we 've been friends since kindergarten, I love 'em.

They run into my spread out arms and we engulf ourselves in a tight hug squealing loudly.

"Oh my gosh crystal,I never thought I could miss you so much". Katelyn said when we finally step back.

I raised my hand to my chest to show just how touched I was.

"You always miss me, when I’m not around its like your happiness can't be found”. I said dramatically.

We laughed heartily and  headed  for our classroom. On entering the classroom I spotted Tyler who smiled and waved at me from his seat,his copper eyes twinkled as he smiled charmingly, his golden blonde hair was styled perfectly as usual ,he was dressed casually in a pair of blue jeans,  V-necked shirt and the soccer team's jacket which was white and black with the school's badge imprinted on the back.

I smiled as Joanna and Katelyn giggled and playfully jabbed my ribcage ,they still hadn't gotten use to Tyler being my boyfriend, my smile brightened when Tyler stood up and began advancing toward me,his smile always did do a lot of things to my heart, he was almost here, just a few steps away, and...............

Paige!

 she stood right between Tyler and I ,she sent her Barbie doll smile at him and batted her lashes as she blinked her big doe eyes ,her golden blonde hair was set loose to her shoulders, she was dressed in a pink mini skirt and a white long sleeve turtle-neck top with a pair of pink knee-length boots.

"Tyler!!,its been forever",she said as she walked  to him and hugged him. "Did you miss me?".

He chuckled.

"Of course Paige ,who wouldn't?". He said as he tried to untangle himself from her.

"Just look at that....bitch",Joanna said from behind me.

I tried to keep my face expressionless as I watched Paige in disgust, Jinna and Maddie were never far behind, they were her besties, at least that's what she calls them but everyone knew they were more of minions, Jinna's a peroxide blonde and Maddie's a sandy blonde,they called themselves ‘blondie’ ......including Paige ,was  too occupied with  hating  on them that I didn't realize Tyler was now standing before me.

"A quarter for your thoughts Miss grey” He said as he snapped his fingers in my face.

I chuckled and said

"Tyler, still as fly as ever".

He chuckled softly and said

"Crystal,still as hot as ever".

We both laughed at what was supposed to be a joke.

I barely noticed Joanna and Katelyn had walked away. We both turned around quickly when we heard loud squeals outside, yeah  that's how you know school everyone's  back to school ,we both laugh and make our way to our seats.

"So the countdown begins". Tyler said ,he waved at someone who called his name.

"Countdown?". I ask.

"Your birthday, remember?",he says with his usual smile.

My birthday!, I didn't actually forget,I 've been planning it since my last birthday, I wanted it to be great,only perfection was  wanted ,I'm turning sixteen in two weeks,I couldnt wait, everyone at school's gonna be there except Paige, my mum already ordered a customized Gucci dress for me,I couldn't wait for it to arrive.

"You remembered". I said  finally.

"Naturally, can't wait". He said, a smirk tugging  the corner of his lips.

"The ancestors are outta town". I said,yeah....I call my parent ancestors, "I get to do what I want ",I added.

"Cool ,you inviting Paige?".  He says.

"Noo!". I exclaimed.

After what Paige did last year I can't have her at my party ever again,she ruined my dress!.

"Oh come on,she's gonna have a heart attack if she's left out",Tyler said.

Isn't that the concept of the whole thing?,I thought.

Our chitchat was cut short when Mr griffin walked  in along with someone, a new kid,I couldnt stop my eyes from taking his good looks in, his hair was equally as black and silky as mine,it seemed  to glow as the lights reflected on it,his eyes were a magnificent shade of grey,it looked as though storms were swirling in their depths ,he was dressed in a pair of snug jeans,an equally snug black inner shirt and a leather white jacket with a pair of white sneakers,a black backpack hung on his left shoulder, his looks seemed totally outta this world.

I snapped outta my thoughts when I heard Mr griffin saying.

"We have a new student in the class,he's been transfered from Florida".

I couldn't take my eyes off him,I didn’t  get why ,he's so cute.....no ,he's coo l,there was something different about him,something attracting,I could  hear the other girls in class giggling and talking softly, and they guys seem to have picked a certain dislike to him.

He stepped forward and said

"I'm Zain,zain carter ".

There was a smoothness attached to his deep but calm voice.

Paige was the first to smile and say a sleazy "you welcome".

I couldn't believe she was  already flirting with him, and to my horror he smiled right back and winked at her, suddenly he was just  as irritating as she was, a friend of Paige was no friend to me.
