Two weeks after Winter was taken to Sir Victor, she woke up, not that she really knew how long it had been. She was weak and scared, in pain and felt so much hurt in her heart. She remembered every single thing that happened. She remembered the way Lachlan had looked at her with disgust and murderous intent. She remembered how the days blurred into each other as time went on, how she could hardly move by the end of the first week of torture. She knew people had come to try and help her, but each time they were stopped.
