Chapter - 13

I finally got to school and went inside. As usual, I went inside, studied, and left after school. When I got home and changed into my gym wear, I was doing my homework and preparing to leave. When I was done, Jenny was already waiting for me outside. As I got into the car, I looked towards the house and noticed someone looking through the window, but I couldn't see who it was. I was about to get out of the car, but Jenny had already pulled out of the driveway. When we got to a secluded spot, we put on our masks and she led me towards a building that looked abandoned. When we got inside, a knife landed near my face and a guy walked down the stairs.

"Well, hello there, how can I help you?" The guy said, looking at me.

"I have brought the person you have to train." She said.

"I see, why does she have my master's mask?" He said, glaring at me.

"Allow me to introduce her to you. This is Shadow, also known as. The Fox and also known as your master. I was surprised myself, but it's truly her." Jenny said, still looking straight at him.

He then went down on his knees and took my hand. Kissing the back of my hand. "I heard about your death. I was so sad about it, but I knew you couldn't die so easily, my goddess. It will be my honor to train you as you trained me." He said, looking up at me, still not getting up. I nodded, and he stood up, looking at Jenny.

"Her vocal cords are damaged, but they will be fixed, but until then she is mute." He nods and smiles at me, taking my hand and guiding me downstairs.

The training was rough and I think that's what I needed. He kept pushing me just as I used to force him to push past his limits. I was proud of him. He was the only trainer I trained and he still holds the top trainer position in our group. He always holds me as his superior, no matter what I do. Even when I'm wrong. He still stands by me and defends me. I trained him to be my personal bodyguard on a mission, but after that, I assigned him to be a trainer to train more people, which he was honored to do. He is never easy on people, even to the point where he would say that they are not worthy of serving me. I am truly proud of him. Oh, and did I mention that his name was Vince? I guess I didn't. He is truly a loyal follower of mine, just like Jenny.

When training was over, Jenny was already waiting for me. We drove to HQ and we went back to our paperwork. She had already arranged them from important to less important. By the time we finished going through them, it was already midnight. She drove me back and I left my mask in her car glove compartment. I got inside, but before I could turn on the lights, someone pushed me against the wall and I accidentally knocked over something and it clashed on the ground.

"Who were you with?" He growled in my ear.

Aldea? What was he doing? I tried to push him off, but I was unsuccessful. He then pulled something out and handed me his phone. I took the phone and started typing 'I was with a friend'. When I handed him his phone back, he finally let go of me. I then quickly turned on the lights to see him half naked, only in his boxers. I then looked at his face and saw him sigh.

"Female or male." He then gave me his phone again and I told him it was female. When he saw that, he smiled. Literally smiled! Not a smirk, not a grin, not something else, but an actual real smile!

When he looked at me again, his smile quickly dropped, and he went back upstairs. I was still dazed by all that had just happened. After a few minutes, I finally relaxed, took off my shoes, and locked the front door. I then turned off the light and went to my room. I took a shower and changed into a black Lace Satin Nightdress with a deep V-neck. I then stood in front of the mirror and saw a bruise on my hand from Aldea. Of course, there was a bruise, that guy pushed me against the wall and grabbed my left hand with so much strength that I thought that it might break. That jerk. I sigh and apply some ointment. I then sat down at my desk and took off all the makeup that I had on. I thought the shower would take it all off, but it only took off most of it, not all of it.

I then opened my laptop and looked for any news about my ex. Then I saw it. He is planning to build a company about half an hour away from my home. That's the perfect spot and it will be finished in about 6 years. That's enough time for me to finish school and apply for a job there. There's a small chance that I might not get a job there, so I'll need to use one of the people Vince has trained. The more people on my side, the better the chances of them getting hired too. I sent Jenny a message to tell some of the people under me to try and get a job there. Any kind of job and they will need to work for a while there until I can get the job.

It didn't take her a long time to reply to my message. And once she did, I knew it was a matter of time until one of the people got a job there, since some of the people that work for me already have companies of their own. With my support of their business and my money, they even paid me back double the amount I lent them. With their support for me and if they suggest that I should work for that asshole, he should gladly accept me.

I closed my laptop with a smile and went to bed, falling asleep with a smile on my face.
