“And here comes my beautiful fiancé!” I exclaimed as I saw Kat enter the living room.
She smiled at me and then settled down beside me. I had just returned home from work.
"Here she is," Kat chuckled.
I leaned in closer to kiss her, and she smiled so sweetly when I pulled away.
"Was it a success?" I inquired, knowing she had been out shopping with Megan.
She smiled and nodded. "I found it."
"Now I want to see it!"
"No, bad luck!" she replied.
"Do you really believe in that?" I questioned.
She shrugged, and I looked at her in surprise.

"Hey!" She pushed me, and I burst into laughter. I couldn’t help myself.
