Blurb

I spy with my little eye. A blonde who slept with her best friend's boyfriend.

I spy with my little eye, a bun in the oven. No, "a little quarterback" in the oven.

I spy with my little eye, do what i say or the truth comes out.

"The three m's in economics are simple, and easy to identify Macro, Market, and Market" after that simple explanation I bit the back of my pen disappearing to my own forbidden fantasies. Staring at those plump pinks lips, cute glasses, really it should be a crime for him to wear a vest showing those sleeve tattoos, what did he want us to do? Die? Sighing, I bit my pen even more stopping myself from drooling, don't judge me, I was not the only one drooling, the whole class was, and I think some of the boys were too, and the rest were just glaring, hating at how all the girls were drooling at him. The school quarterback, debate Master, smartest senior, and fucken hot teenage boy I have ever seen. Jeremy Bull, my crush for three years, unfortunately this was the only time I was allowed to stare at him shamelessly. Jeremy Bull was dating my best friend Mel, and this was the only class we didn't share together. Mellisa Blue is what you called the 'it girl' long straight ginger hair, freckles, grey-green round eyes, heart face, and plump lips you'd swear their fake, but I know better, so when Jeremy chose to date her, and not me, I couldn't blame him, she was at his level, who could miss those long legs, she always made a point to show off, no one. They are a great match made in highschool. Both their families were Elite's owning half of the city, and I on the other hand was just a middle class girl, who was lucky enough to have Mel as a best friend. She didn't care about my family status, heck, the girl has the kindest soul ever, I gulped the guilt building up in my heart. I had done this a dozen of times, and Everytime the bell rang, and economics was over, I felt guilty, and ashamed of my actions. Who in their right mind has a crush on their best friend's boyfriend? No one. Okay, just me. "Remember, kids, I want my assignment by Friday, yes that means tomorrow" Miss Darling chuckled at our shocked looks, didn't she just give us the assignment yesterday? Ugh' damn me for only doing things last minute, the assignment was actually given to us two weeks back, but I completely forgot, who could blame me, I only came to this class to stare at Jeremy, anf nothing else. "Yes, Miss Darling" I joined the chorus of voices answering her. Yes she wanted us to, like some middle school children, at first it was weird but now, like good little robots we got used to mumble it. I packed my books, pen in the pocket ready for my next class, chemistry. I Didn't dare go to my locker since the classes were just a few doors away, so I carried both books. Rushing out of class, and found Mel waiting for me outside class as usual. "Ready?" She smirked, and I shook my head no, who could be ready for Mr. Gordon? Seriously the man made chemistry boring. "Really? We had him as a teacher for three years, Gwen, you must be used to him by now" she giggled giving me a hand with my heavy textbooks. "Never, I got detention for sleeping in his class more than I can count, how am I supposed to get over that?" I rolled my eyes, as we reached room 26 with it's bright red door, and gold steel numbers, poorly hammered at the door. Last year's senior's played a prank on Mr Gordon on their prom giving him their going away gift, of course they were punished by not giving them a proper graduation, but they didn't care much, all they wanted was their diploma's anyway. They took out the gold numbers, and put Mr. Sleepy's head on the door. It was simple but it got the entire school laughing for days. "I was there wasn't I? But I suggest you don't do it today, Jeremy is playing tonight" she smiled, and what else could I do but smile too. She was smitten with him, as always I swallowed the jealousy inside me like a professional actor. Don't judge me, I was trying so hard to get over the crush, but I couldn't. I don't know why even after three years I got butterflies Every Time he talked to me, another reason I stayed far away from him. I didn't want to be that girl. "Hey, babe" I heard a voice from behind me, and I automatically got stiff, how could I forget we were standing at the door, closing the way in? Stupid me, now I have to talk to Jeremy. I turned to see him give her a peck on the lips as their usual greeting, and I blushed tilting my head to the side. "Hey, Gwen," his soft yet alluring voice greeted, like always butterflies in my stomach, decided to do their work, and I blushed as I answered shyly. "Hey, Jeremy. Let me give you two privacy, Mel I will see you in class" I almost ran into the class when I heard him call my name, and I stopped on my tracks. My name sounded good coming from his lips, f**k concetrate Gwen, concetrate. "Yes" I turned to look at them. "Happy birthday" he smiled at me before looking back at Mel. For a second I forgot to breathe. This was the first time he wished me a happy birthday, and I have known him since eighth grade although he's been with Gwen for a little over three years. "Thanks," I muttered, running inside the class, almost knocking Mr. Gordon on my way in. This crush was going to be the death of me.
