Ruby POV

I couldn't help but wonder how on earth the alpha of my pack found me, and now treating me like some princess without knowing who I am , and what I really didn't understand was why my wolf Rita kept behaving strangely when he was around me, if she weren't in me shed probably jump in bed with him straight away, " what the f**k Rita, what has gotten into you, that's our alpha" I yelled at her but she growled at me and kept jumping up and down in me

* Knock, knock, knock*

" Ugh, come in"

" Hello, ugh?" She said

" Ruby, it's Ruby, you must be the one the alpha sent me, what's your name?" I asked trying to be polite to her

" Sarah, the names Sarah" she said with a little bow

" Nice to meet you Sarah, I would love to be friends with you" I smile at her and surprisingly she smiled back " of course, miss Ruby" she said

" Just Ruby is fine, drop the formalities, I'm just a guest here" I say

" Okay then Ruby, the Alpha wishes to take you out later tonight, he thinks you need the experience after that other experience,ughm so sorry about that" she says

" It's fine, tell I said I'd be honored to go out with him" I say

" Splendid, hold on a minute " she says before staring into the void like she's here but her mind isn't, after a while she nods and brings her head and eyes back to face me

" What just happened?" I asked

" I just spoke with the beta Zaine, he will inform the alpha" she said with a smile,

" Oh the mind link, wish I was connected here though" I joke " anyway, you could have just gone to tell him" I say

" True, but whose gonna get you ready?" She says helping me to the walk in closet of the room

" Woah that's alot of clothes, I'm not really the type to over dress" I say a little afraid of what I was seeing

" Oh your just the alphas type, my gosh!" She yelled before holding her mouth" sorry got excited for a while"

" You're funny, what makes you think he would ever look at me?" I ask genuinely

" He saw you in the woods and picked you up, true?" She asked with a smirk

" Well yes but, it was an emergency for him, plus he knows my story, any normal person would leave another man's rejected stuff" I say the last part trying to sound tough but my voice breaks and fails me

' s**t' I thought as tears fell freely from my eyes

" Ruby!, it's alright, don't push it, he was a dumb ass hole who doesn't deserve anyone, try to forget him, he's a piece of s**t for hurting you" she says wiping my eyes , I fall to my knees and crouch to the ground" but I loved him!" I shout out not knowing how I got enough air to do so

" Ruby calm down, your fine , go on this dinner with alpha and forget him, please don't do this to yourself" she begged, I tried to get up but my ribcage fails me I fall to the ground with a huge thud " Ruby!" The light shakes or is it just me

" Can you hear me, Ruby get up, please!!, Alpha !!, someone help!!" I hear

Then the light goes out

" How is she?" The voice sounds so familiar, my head hurts and the room seems to be spinning, I close my eyes and open again, it's getting clearer than before, so I continue till I can see a man with silky white hair and a bigger one right beside him, both have white colored hair and look similar just a little different, I knew them both but I was sure the one on the left was the Alpha and God he was gorgeous in that shirt ,he raises his head and looks at me before rushing towards me

His sea blue eyes looking ever so beautiful but whats this is he worried about me or is this my wolf making me see things that would make me fall for him, this is definitely Rita's doing " evil canine" I bark at her

" Are you okay?" The words entering my very soul, did he just ask me that, " Rita you didn't tell me you were a dream weaver" i thought

" Ughm, I think so, where am I?" I asked as I looked away from his eyes to keep from doing stupid things

" That doesn't matter, what happened? ,Sarah called us immediately, she said you fell is that true?" He asked

" Ughm I think, we were talking about something, I don't know what came over me, where is she?" I asked concerned

" She's in your room, getting it ready for you to sleep in" Zaine said from the other side of the bed " how long has he been there?" I thought

" Okay" I closed my eyes Abit " I'm sorry for what happened,I'll try to keep my emotions in check next time, didn't mean to worry you all" I said genuinely

" It's alright, your a member of our pack we are here no matter what, well except if it's a trap" Jack joked , getting himself a growl from Mark , he stopped laughing instantly

" Hey now, just trying to lighten the mood" he said with his hand in the air

" What were you and Sarah discussing that got you so worked up anyway" Jack asked with a smirk on his cute face " Rita!"

" Ughm nothing..it was nothing important" I lied

" Should we torture and ask her?" Jack joked

" Are you out of your mind?" Mark asked him, and he laughed loudly " just trying to..

" Lighten the mood?" I asked knowing him a little too well

" No, trying to piss my brother off" he said, was he lying or ..

"Why would that piss him off, I'm just a stray in your home?" I asked not liking any of this

" Ugh.. nothing... nothing important" he said mocking me with a smirk " f**k this son a gun" I thought

" That's enough Jack, out!" Mark yelled

" Aye this is my house too" he scowled, " and I'm your alpha and big brother, so leave the room I'll be out in a minute" Mark said his eyes flickering colors

Jack swallowed hard before leaving, I chuckled at the scene honestly it was cute to witness, f**k now I miss Rose

"Is there anything that's bothering you?" Mark asked me

"I don't know right now, maybe but it's not important, I'm really sorry for missing the dinner you offered" I said

" Aye, it's fine, we can do that tomorrow, right now you need to rest, and stop thinking about that son of a gun, please!" He begged

" I... I'll try, I just hate him that's all" I said

" Should I kill him for you?" We heard from the door, it was Jack , Mark glared at him but surprisingly he asked me " should we?"

" What no, I mean not yet, i...I'm not sure" I say in a hurry , Zaine chuckles " we could you know" he added

" No, don't at least not yet" I said

" Okay but if he tries anything, don't blame me " Jack says before heading back out

" Okay you all can leave now please alpha" said the physician who had been listening to all the potential killers plot

" Fine, but call if you need me" jack yells

" Pervert!" Mark yells back
