Elena's POV
Grey was already asleep. He didn't even bother to clean himself up. It was so quiet I could only hear the ticking of the clock and the sound of my breathing.
I lay down on the bed and stared at the ceiling. I was still thinking about what Patricia had said earlier when Grey left.
"If the stone is taken from your body using other powers, then you will die, Elena."
Strange, this is very strange. How did Patricia know about the stone? I never told her about it at all. Did Bezel tell her? Shouldn't this be a secret between me, Grey, and Bezel only?
I don't understand this.
Then why did Patricia say I would die if they took this stone? Meanwhile, Grey is saying the opposite. I don't know which one is right.
Does this mean I should ask Uncle Alfredo about this directly? Sinc
