Jess studied the fountain and the nearby area. According to the information the Wanderer had taken from the Arms Dealers’ computers this was the right location to use the access code, but there were no details of exactly where or how. Jess had the key, the code to open the way, but he needed to find the lock.
Jess didn’t see anything that looked like an entrance. The fountain was the most obvious place to look but the square base was too low, only half Jess’s height.
