The Elven Matriarch, Leah, leaped to the window to assess the chaos below. She watched in horror as goblins dragged a male elf’s body from a nearby treehouse and tossed it onto the ground.
“Damn goblins!” Leah’s fury surged. She raised her dagger and lunged at Oliver. But with his more petite frame, he quickly dodged her attack. Sneering, he said, “Stop resisting. I’ve already captured your scout and mated with her. We’re practically family now, heh.”
“Scout? Kasana! What did you do to her?!” Rage overtook Leah as she launched a flurry of desperate attacks, her movements wild and uncontrolled.
Clang!
Their blades clashed, but Oliver quickly overpowered her, blocking her every move. “Why fight when you could just accept your new role as a breeding tool?”
With a swift s***h, Oliver’s poison-coated dagger cut across her leg.
“This... this can’t be! How can a lowly goblin match me in combat?” Leah gasped, her eyes wide with disbelief. Desperate, she leaped toward the wall and grabbed her longbow. But the tight space left her with no room to aim. She realized her only option was to flee.
But when she looked outside, her heart sank.
All around her, the treehouses were burning. The scene was straight out of a nightmare. Female elves were being bound and dragged away by goblins, some already violated. The lifeless bodies of male elves lay scattered, their eyes wide open, staring into nothingness.
“Why... why is this happening? Goblins! How could they overpower us?!” Leah’s mind spiraled as she tried to make sense of the c*****e. The air was filled with the cries of her people, echoing through the flames.
“Matriarch! I don’t want to be impregnated by goblins; save me!”
“My husband has been killed! Someone, please save us!”
“How did goblins get here? Why are they so strong?!”
“They’ve taken my child! What are they going to do to us?!”
Leah’s body trembled. The poison coursing through her veins was nothing compared to the shock and despair consuming her. With a trembling hand, she nocked an arrow and activated her skills, aiming at a goblin attacking an elf. One precise shot and the arrow pierced through his armor, killing him instantly.
But before she could fire again, Oliver struck, severing her bowstring with his dagger. “Give up, Matriarch. I’ll treat you well.”
“Go to hell! Give me back, Kasana!” Leah screamed, swinging her sword in desperation. But Oliver disarmed her with one decisive strike. The poison in her system began to take hold, weakening her body further.
Oliver’s cold laughter echoed through the chaos. “The elven tribe belongs to us now. Don’t worry—I’ll take good care of you.” He knocked her unconscious with the hilt of his dagger, then tied her up with vines and lowered her to the ground.
The goblins, now in complete control, worked methodically. Some secured the captives, while others gathered the elves. Oliver’s command was clear: “Don’t harm the children. We’ll raise them until they’re old enough for breeding.”
That night, the Elf Forest descended into hell.
By dawn, Oliver and his goblins returned to camp, bringing all thirty captured elves with them.
“Mother! This can’t be real! How could they capture you?!” Kasana screamed, clutching her head inside her cage, her mind reeling in disbelief. She couldn’t accept the sight before her.
But her mother’s voice pierced through her shock. “Kasana, my child... this is all my fault. I’m so sorry,” Leah said, her voice heavy with remorse. She had underestimated the strength of these goblins. They were far more potent than she had imagined, even more robust than the male elves.
“No! Get off me, you disgusting goblins!” a female elf cried as the goblins, energized despite their all-night march, eagerly began expanding their tribe.
Leah couldn’t watch any longer. Turning to Oliver, she begged, “You’re their leader, right? Please let Kasana and the children go. I’ll stay here forever if you agree.”
“You’d stay willingly? Then show me how sincere you are,” Oliver replied with a wicked grin, standing still as Leah, weak from the poison, crawled toward him, using what little strength she had left.
Kasana, still trapped in her cage, cried in horror, “Mother! You vile goblin, stop this!”
“Oh? Little girl, I haven’t even touched her,” Oliver sneered, relishing her helplessness.
Tears streamed down Leah’s face as she sobbed uncontrollably. “Kasana doesn’t need saving. Please, Mother, don’t do this!” her voice broke, watching as her mother submitted.
Beep! Congratulations! You’ve gained a boost in potential and converted to +200 HP, +30 Strength, +30 Defense!
“What? Another boost?” Oliver’s brow furrowed for a moment before realization dawned on him. Could mating with Goblin Moon have triggered his evolution into the Goblin God?
Instead, the potential that should have boosted my power has been converted into attributes. If that’s the case, mating with stronger individuals will make my strength skyrocket! I can crush that bearded man with ease now!
A full day and night passed.
The goblins, wholly exhausted, could barely move. Oliver locked Leah and Kasana in a cage, keeping them for his use. The rest of the captured elves were left to the other goblins.
Leah clutched Kasana tightly, and they wept together. Their only consolation was that they were still alive, and at least they were given fruit to eat every day.
“You both need to stop resisting. Settle down, focus on producing offspring, and I’ll ensure you get three meals daily. But if you try anything, I won’t hesitate to kill you.” Oliver’s gaze shifted to Goblin Moon, who tended to the young elves they had captured.
Leah didn’t respond directly but looked at Goblin Moon, pleading. “That child has been crying for hours. Can I please feed them?”
“Boss, what do you think?” Goblin Moon ignored Leah’s request and turned to Oliver for guidance.
After a moment’s thought, Oliver nodded. “Allow her. From now on, she’ll feed all the children.”
These young elves would eventually grow into crucial breeding tools for the tribe.
Afterward, Oliver led the other goblins into the forest to gather food for the elves. Vegetables and fruits were easy to find in the enchanted forest.
“Mother, we need to find a way out. I can’t bear to go through this again, and I hate seeing you suffer...” Kasana’s voice trembled as she spoke, tears streaming down her face.
Leah, cradling one of the elf children, stayed silent for a long time before finally responding, “Child, there’s no escape. Soon, all of us will give birth to goblin children. Would you abandon your child?”
“I don’t want to give birth to a goblin! I don’t want to bring a monster into this world!” Kasana’s face twisted with fear as she repeatedly hit her stomach in desperation.
But it was useless. Goblin children were incredibly resilient, and a few strikes wouldn’t make a difference.
About two weeks later, Kasana and Leah’s bellies had swollen significantly as time passed. It was apparent they were nearing the time of delivery.
Slowly, the elves began to accept their fate.
One day, Oliver approached the cage with a smug grin. “How are things going in here? Enjoying your stay?”
“You!” Leah’s eyes blazed with anger, but the presence of the child growing inside her forced her to rein in her fury.
In a cold voice, she asked, “Is this how you treat your wife? Locking me in a cage?”
“Don’t worry. Once you start behaving, I’ll grant you your freedom. But now isn’t the right time. Just focus on giving birth,” Oliver replied, his tone indifferent, before checking the other captured elves.
It was as if he were inspecting livestock. After all, to him, elves were just another kind of magical creature.
Fortunately, all the elves were close to giving birth, and their health was stable.
