Chapter 8: The Elves' Hell

Kasana winced as sharp pain shot through her butt, her face flushing red. She could no longer hold back and screamed, “Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!” Frantically, she yanked out the arrow and glanced down. “So, it’s you, you filthy goblin! I will make sure you pay for this!” Kasana, furious and humiliated, Leah drew her bow, determined to take Oliver down rather than flee. Oliver quickly darted away, and Kasana pursued, her confidence soaring as she leaped effortlessly through the treetops. She followed him deep into the goblin camp, sneering from above.” A bunch of lowly creatures thinking they can raid our elven village? What a joke! Wait, you probably don’t even have brains!” Swish, swish! She unleashed a barrage of arrows, each one hitting its target. To her surprise, the goblins she struck didn’t die. They were only injured. “Why didn’t they go down with one shot?” Kasana muttered. “Well, two arrows should do the trick!” “Enemy attack! Up there!” a goblin shouted, and suddenly, the camp erupted in chaos. Goblins scattered, scrambling for cover, powerless to attack the elf perched in the treetops. Kasana smugged. “Heh, see how powerful I am? I’ll wipe all of you out today, and Mother will surely praise me!” To elves, goblins were the lowest of creatures—filthy, evil beings that needed exterminating, just like humans stomp out cockroaches without hesitation. “I’ll shoot you! I’ll shoot every last one of you! Especially the one who dared hit me in the butt!” Kasana shouted, her bowstring vibrating as more arrows flew. Oliver knew the moment had come. Calmly, he stepped out of hiding and stood still, waiting. Kasana’s anger surged again. She drew her bow, aiming directly at his head. “Boss!” the goblins shouted in panic as the arrow flew toward Oliver. Swish! The arrow whizzed past, grazing his head but failing to hit its mark. Kasana’s expression shifted. “How... how did I miss? My hands... are going numb... something is wrong…” Her vision blurred as dizziness overtook her. She lost her balance and tumbled from the tree. Though the fall from over 30 feet didn’t kill her, it left her bruised and battered, sprawled pathetically on the ground. Her stealth suit snagged on a branch during her fall, tearing and fully exposing her slender frame. Kasana was around 5 feet 5 tall, her pale skin glowing like polished marble, radiating an ethereal beauty. Her long legs, accentuated by her tight-fitting silk outfit, highlighted her perfect curves. She looked like a fallen angel, utterly helpless as she struggled in pain. The sight of her sent the goblins into a frenzy, their eyes glowing with excitement. Almost all of them were heavily aroused, their pent-up desires ignited by the sight of an elf—something they had craved for so long. But with Oliver present, they restrained themselves, barely holding back their urges. Oliver approached slowly, his eyes gleaming as he took in her form. With a cold smirk, he said, ” So, you’re the one who’s been shooting at me with your bow, huh?” “I-I… You wretched goblin! What did you do to me?!” Kasana tried to shout, but the poison paralyzing her body left her completely immobile. Oliver didn’t bother explaining. “Since you tried to kill me earlier, I think it’s only fair I return the favor. An eye for an eye.” With a swift motion, he extended his claws and tore at her clothing. Rip! The silk fabric shredded, exposing her snow-white skin, soft and flawless, as if sculpted from the purest snow. “Help me! Mother! Brother! Father! How could this happen?! They’re just goblins... how did I end up like this?!” Kasana sobbed, her voice breaking, utterly helpless. In front of the gathered goblins, Oliver began exacting his revenge. Beep! Congratulations, the level cap increased by 30! Due to max aptitude, it has been converted to +50 HP, +10 Strength, and +10 Defense. Oliver paused for a moment, slightly surprised. Unlocking the elven race had boosted his level cap, but the conversion into attributes puzzled him. Usually, actions like this shouldn’t increase stats. He dismissed the thought quickly; there was a better time for technical details. Kasana’s cries for help echoed through the camp, mixed with the goblins’ wicked laughter. The once-innocent elf, who would blush at the slightest embarrassment, was now broken, unrecognizable after hours of torment. When Oliver finished, he locked her in a cage. “We’ll attack the elven village next. After tonight, you’ll all get your turn with this elf.” The goblins, ravenous and eager, forced themselves to wait, the thought of the impending raid keeping their urges in check. With their forces ready, Oliver led the goblin army forward, leaving Golbin Moon behind to guard the camp. Kasana lay curled up in the cage, her sobs barely audible. Feeling a twinge of pity, Golbin Moon approached her with a leaf filled with water. “Disgusting goblin! Get away from me! Don't touch me!” Kasana shrieked, her voice breaking as she flung the water aside, retreating to the far corner of the cage, trembling. Golbin Moon sighed, realizing there was little she could do. In a gentle voice, she said, “Calm down. Boss is different. He’s not like other goblins. I’ll make sure he treats you well.” “I’ll never believe a goblin’s lies! My mother, brother, and father will come and crush you all. They’ll save me!” Kasana snapped, her defiance flaring as she thought of her family. Her heart ached for the warmth of home, longing to escape this nightmare. Seeing her words had no effect, Golbin Moon gave up. She climbed a nearby tree, retrieving Kasana’s torn stealth suit. Handing it to her, she said quietly, “Here, put this back on.” “You…” Kasana hesitated, momentarily surprised by the gesture. This goblin felt different. But she said nothing more, silently praying for rescue. Outside, the Elf Forest was unnervingly quiet. The suffocating stillness made it feel like the trees were holding their breath. The massive trees blocked the sky, plunging the forest into a deep, oppressive darkness. Silently, Oliver led his goblins into the heart of the forest, each armed with a dagger for the stealth attack. Their mission was clear: kill the male elves and paralyze the females with poison, bringing them back alive. Looking up at the towering treehouses, Oliver couldn’t help but marvel at the elves’ way of life. Without their newly acquired climbing skill, an attack like this would’ve been impossible. Even the trunks were coated in slick, specially-made wax designed to thwart anyone trying to scale the trees. But that wouldn’t stop his goblins. With a sharp gesture, Oliver signaled for the goblins to begin their climb. Using their daggers as support, they scaled the trees quickly and silently, blending into the shadows. Soon, they reached the entrances of the wooden houses, poised and waiting for the signal. Oliver climbed to the highest treehouse, where the Elven Matriarch resided. Activating his Silent Step ability, he moved like a ghost, undetectable even to the elves' sharp ears. He saw her through a small c***k in the door—an elegantly shaped elf woman fast asleep, her body relaxed and vulnerable. [Elven Matriarch: Lv30 | Species: Elf | Career: Archer | Title: Mother of Elves, Overflowing with Maternal Love | Strength: 43 | Defense: 39 | HP: 280 | Skills: Keen Senses, Eye of Precision, Archer’s Focus | Equipment: Dagger | Combat: 370] Her stats were formidable, but Oliver’s power had already reached 400. He felt confident. He slipped through the window, intending to administer poison quietly, avoiding a fight. However, the Elven Matriarch was far sharper than expected. “Who are you? Wait... A goblin? How did you get in here?” Before he could react, she had drawn her dagger, her eyes burning with cold fury. Realizing the element of surprise was gone, Oliver bellowed, “Attack!!!” Ahhh!!! The goblins, lying in wait, stormed the houses, stabbing the male elves without mercy. Chaos erupted instantly, giving the elves no time to defend themselves. Argh! “What is this?!” “No! My love, run!” The desperate screams echoed through the Elf Forest, their haunting wails cutting through the night like the cries of lost souls. It was a sound that chilled the blood.
