"You called"? Sabrina asks walking in to my office. "Glad you could make it. Sit" I tell her and she raises an eyebrow. "This has to be important. You said to never come to your pack unless it was life or death" she says. "It is. The tribrid is alive" I say to her and watch as her eyes grow as wide as saucers. Now she realizes the severity of the situation and this is exactly where I want her. "No. She can't be alive.... She will be the end of us all" Sabrina says in panic.

"Yes she will. And she is a smart one, very tough. Her aura alone, is quiet, intimidating. She will win the war if you ask me" I explain, folding my hands as I place my feet on the desk. The atmosphere in the room starts changing, becoming colder and darker. Sabrina is upset now. "Settle down Brina. I called you here for a reason. I know how we can stop the war from happening" I say and she instantly calms down. "Talk wolf. I cannot and will not allow that child to win" she say with conviction. "I want her. All for myself" I say.

The witch in front of me pauses for a moment, clearly not understanding what I mean. "I want her to be mine. Her mates do not deserve her nor can they handle such a powerful woman so why let her go when i can have her and i am more deserving of her to be honest" I tell her and watch as she goes from confused to amused before she starts laughing. "You are in love with Her"? She asks and I sigh. "Yes. She is the right one to rule beside me, she is Queen material. That's probably why Selene paired her with that Augustus boy".

Sabrina gasps when I say that. "She is mated to William Augustus"? I nod to the witch and she shakes her head. "That girl, Anaya. She came to me and asked for a potion to make William believe that his mate bewitched him. I never thought he would be mated to the tribrid" she says. "Why? Is there a problem? The potion worked didn't it"? I ask and she laughs. "Yes it worked but not for long. It will wear out". Now I am confused, Sabrina's potions are very potent, why would this one wear out?

"Alright wolf. You are confused. The tribrid is very powerful, she has an effect on someone without even trying. She will get her mate back. This is why we need to subdue her" she says with certitude. "Who are her other two mates? Do we know them yet"? She asks and I groan. Did she have to ask me about those two brats? "Yes. Aiden and Jonathan" I tell her. She scoffs in disbelief, clearly not believing me. "I am serious" I say to her. "No. How are you in love with her if her mates are so close to you? They are your...." I bang my fist on the desk.

"Do not dare finish that sentence witch. Those two idiots are nothing to me" I tell her feeling myself getting angry at the thought. They are nothing to me, which is why I will take her from them because they are just plain idiots. Nothing more. "I called you here to help me help you. If i get the girl, i can protect all witches from her, helping and keeping you safe. Now, will you help me or not"? I ask her and she smirks. "Why of course. What do you need"?

I smile at her, now we are getting somewhere. "I want to a.bd.uct her. Then mate with her, get her pregnant with my child and we live happily ever after. What i need from you, is a d.rug or potion to make sure she falls pregnant and something to make sure she cannot escape where I keep her" I explain and she widens her eyes in shock. "Why so blunt? Can't you sugarcoat it a little"? She asks and I shrug. "This is serious. I have no time to be fooling around. Can you get me the potion"? I ask her and she smiles. "I have an old friend of mine that I know can make it happen".

This is it. This is what I have been waiting for my whole life, once I mate that girl and knock her up, the world will be mine. "Who is this friend of yours? Another witch"? I ask out of curiosity. "Yes. She is one of the most powerful witches of dark magic, now she is pretending to be good for the sake of her family but i know who and what she is" Sabrina says. "As long as we can trust her" I say and she nods. "She knows the real prophecy, so yes. We can trust her" she says getting up from her seat.

"Leaving already"? I ask and she rolls her eyes. "Yes. The girl has found all her mates, if they find the prince of hell, everything will be in motion and we will be in deep shxt" she states firmly. "Just let me know if there are any new developments" she says walking out of my office. Sabrina has to find a way to make sure the girl gets pregnant, while i put my own plans into motion. I need to take her as soon as possible; before anyone realizes what I did then.

Amelia POV

I watch as Jake and Jonathan beat each other up. Their fight is so gruesome and blo.ody, and they said they were just 'training'. Chad and Aiden are next to me on either sides making sure I don't try to stop the fight, which I have tried a few times. Lucian is the one that started all of this. He spoke of how weak the boys look and how they need to be strong to help me in the coming war and so they decided to prove him wrong. By literally hurting each other just to prove a point.

I have to say though, I am impressed with Jonathan's fighting skills. Not to say that I was doubting him or anything, but I did not expect him to be this good. He looks like a k.illing machine with the way he swiftly moves. Blocking and attacking like a well programmed robot. If Jake was not Royal Beta by blood, I do not think he would keep up with Jonathan. His fighting skills make me so proud to be his mate. I actually want to start training with him and maybe he can sharpen my own skills a little. I could actually learn a lot from him.

"Alpha Amelia, your phone has been ringing none stop" Lila says as she walks up to us completely unbothered by the b.loody fight happening. She hands me my phone and I find missed calls from Alpha Killian. "It's the Alpha King" I say and all heads turn to me. Even the boys stop fighting and they listen to what I am saying. "The King does not like using his phone. It must be important" Jake says wiping some b.lood off of his face with a cloth handed to him by Eric. "Let me call him back" I say getting up and walking away from them. With werewolf hearing, they might hear the phone call anyway but I still move a few steps away from them.

The King picks up after the second ring, almost as if he was watching his phone waiting on me to call. "Alpha Amelia. How are you"? He asks, clearing his throat a bit. "I am good Alpha how are you"? I ask. He chuckles somewhat nervously before answering. "I am good. But i will be even better if you can honor my invitation" he says. "I know this might be too much to ask, but I need you. William and Anaya have their mating ceremony in a week and I would like you to come".

Neither one of us speaks, as I feel like time itself has stopped. Why would he ask this of me when he knows what happened not long ago between me and his son? "Alpha. You know the situation, I can't" I say, feeling dejected. "Amelia, please. This would mean the world to me. I know the situation but I have my reasons for asking you to come, even though I cannot reveal much right now". I listen as he speaks, my heart breaking at the thought of watching my mate mating someone else in front of me.

"Alpha. I do not want to watch my mate confess his love and loyalty to another woman, but i will do it. Only because you asked" I say, even though I wish I didn't. This will be the hardest thing to do for me but I will do it, for King Killian. "It's on Saturday, the 23rd" he says and I sigh. "Will see you on Saturday then" I say before hanging up. I turn around and everyone is just staring at me. They all heard my conversation with the King judging from the looks of pity from them and looks of anger from the guys. I decide to run in the direction of the forest, shifting mid-run allowing Kara to take over.

We run for hours and hours and only stop when we receive a mindlink from Jake. He is always the one brave enough to talk to me when I don't want to talk. That Adams guy is a true Beta. 'Well as much as I want to let you sulk, I need you to come back. Everyone is worried about you' he says. 'Who said I was sulking'? I ask and he snorts. 'Just come back. The i.diot does not deserve you worrying about him' he says and I chuckle. 'Yes Sir. Anything else Sir'? I ask mockingly. 'Bring some meat with you' he says before closing the link. I know he was joking, but i can't help but hunt for a juicy thick deer. Jake is going to love this.

We run back to the packhouse and I shift back when I reach the door, carrying the now d.ead deer on my shoulders. I walk inside and I am met with a huge commotion, a shifted demon, an angry Vampire King and wolves standing in the middle between the two kings. As usual, Jake is eating popcorn and laughing on the side. "What on earth is going on here"? I ask and all of them turn to look at me. "I asked a question and I expect to be answered" I say, my voice changing as Kara makes her very angry presence known.

I feel a wave of power coming from me as I watch everyone bow their heads and the shifted ones shift back. "Well, Hellman here wants to take his son and fortune teller back to hell. King b.loodsucker is refusing, on the grounds that Hellboy needs to help you in the war. What happens when two Kings argue? This and you are just in time for the fun part". Jake explains in a way that, only Jake can explain. "Lucian"? I call and he sighs. "I will die soon. He needs to learn the ropes so he can take over when the time comes" the Demon explains dejectedly. I understand his concern, he is the King of hell and his son needs to take over. I can't help but feel guilty my mother did this to him.

I face the Vampire King and he bows his head in shame. "Angel, you need the boy to be here for the war. He can't go to hell. Not now" my grandfather says. "Chad. What do you want to do"? I ask the Prince in question. "I want to stay and help you win the war. But, the prophecy speaks of me as the Prince of hell, not just your beta. Meaning, i need to know how it works being a Prince of hell. I would like to go with my father, for training and i promise to come back in time" he says determined. I know more than anyone how this whole thing has affected Chad. The fact that he is willing to go to hell with his father and he acknowledges him as his father, is a lot.

"I am sure you will not let me fight alone, so go home and train. By the time you guys come back, i will have a solution for your father's problem and I am sure we can keep him for longer so he can meet his grandchildren" I say with a smile as Annabel chokes on air. Chad comes to hug me, kissing my head which grants him growls from my mates and his mate. "You can't be jealous of siblings guys" Jake says facepalming. "I will come back" he says and I nod.

Lucian opens a portal, which again, is fiery. "No bags"? I ask and the Demon smirks. "They won't need clothes that side" he says before walking back into the portal, Chad and Annabel following him, but not before Chad and Jake share a look, making Jake nod. What is up with that? They must have mindlinked but about what? The portal closes and I turn around facing the others. "No more fighting. Please. Jake,here is your meat" I say showing hin the deer on the floor before running up the stairs going to my room. I need to find out what that look between Jake and Chad was about but I am not particularly sure how I will find out.

I smell something different in my room. A different scent that I do not recognize. Someone was in here. I look around and spot a note on the bed.

Spend as much time with your little family and your i.diot mates because you are mine, and I am coming for you.
