Helleia Demetria's POV

Hindi nga umalis si Red. Hinintay nya ako hanggang dismissal. Nang lunchbreak ay sabay kaming kumain sa restaurant na malapit sa school at hinintay nya ulit na matapos ang klase ko sa hapon

Pakiramdam ko ay sasabog ang puso ko sa tuw. Ang totoo ay excited akong umuwi kanina dahil alam kong naghihintay sya sa akin sa labas ng gate ng school

"Aalis ako mamaya, may kailangan akong asikasuhin" maya-maya'y paalam ni Red nagbabyahe kami pauwi

Mamaya? Saan naman kaya ang punta nya at anong oras sya uuwi?

"I'll be home before midnight and i'm expecting you in your room, sleeping soundly when i get home" dugtong nya na tila sumagi sa isip nya na hihintayin ko ang pag-uwi nya

Kinagat ko ang pang-ibaba kong labi. Iyon talaga ang plano ko pero mukhang bulilyaso

Wala akong karapatang kuwestiyunin sya pero hindi ko napigilan ang bibig ko na magtanong. "A-Anong aasikasuhin mo?"

"Company. Some paperworks"

Tango lang ang isinagot ko sa tipid na sagot nya.

Natahimik kami matapos 'yon at hanggang makarating kami sa bahay ay hindi na sya nagsalita pa.

Pagpasok namin ni Red sa loob ng bahay ay naabutan namin sina Jelly, Lei, Kei at Percy na nakaupo sa couch. Agad akong lumapit sa kanila at naupo naman sa single couch si Red

"Red, we recieved a box that was named for young miss"

Napatingin ako kay Percy. Para sakin? E bakit kay Red nya sinabi? Sabagay, baka nag-aalala lang sya sakin. Tiningnan ko ang box na iniabot nya kay Red. Malaki ito, parang box ng sapatos. Pero nakaramdam ako ng kilabot dahil itim na itim ito. Hindi ko alam kung bakit kinilabutan ako dahil sa kulay ng box. Hindi naman nakakatakot ang black pero iyon talaga ang nararamdaman ko ngayon

Ano kayang laman ng box at sinong nagpadala non?

"My instict is telling me something that i can't figure out. Maaring panganib ang laman ng box" napatingin ako kay Jelly.

Nangilabot ako lalo sa sinabi niya. Napatitig din ako sa box na hawak ni Red

Unti-unting inalis ni Red ang laman ng box. Malakas ang kabog ng dibdib ko habang hinihintay na makita ang laman ng box. Ano kaya yon? Saka sino ang nagpadala non?

Hindi na ako nakatiis. Agad na akong tumayo at pumunta sa likod ni Red. Tuluyan nyang binuksan yung box at agad na tumulo ang luha ko sa nakita ko. Pakiramdam ko ay bumabaliktad ang sikmura ko at para akong nasusuka na nahihilo na ewan.

Nanghina ang tuhod ko at napaupo ako sa sahig. Patuloy lang ang pagtulo ng luha mula sa mga mata ko sa hindi ko malamang dahilan. Malakas din ang kabog ng dibdib ko hanggang sa may lumapit sakin at agad akong niyakap

"Hush now. Young miss. We're here" rinig kong bulong ni Kei habang yakap yakap nya ako

Patay.

Patay na pusa ang laman ng itim na box. Hiwa-hiwalay ang katawan nito at punong-puno ng dugo. Sariwa pa ang dugo sa box at mulat pa ang mata ng pusa.

Hayop, demonyo at walang puso ang gumawa noon. At kung sino man ang gumawa noon ay sisiguraduhin kong hindi nya ako mapapatay. Hindi sya magtatagumpay na patayin ako

"You have to rest, young miss. We'll call you later for dinner" tinanguan ko lang si Kei.

Inakay nya ko patayo at inihatid sa kwarto ko. Kasunod naman namin si Jelly na bitbit ang bag ko

"You have to be strong, young miss. Don't worry, we will never leave your side"

Ngiti at isang mahigpit na yakap lang ang isinagot ko kay Jelly. Humiga ako sa kama at tumitig sa kisame. Naka uniform pa rin ako, mamaya nalang ako magpapalit. Kinagat ko ang pang-ibabang labi ko. Hindi maalis sa isip ko yung hiwa-hiwalay na katawan ng pusa.

Bakit ganoon? Pakiramdam ko ganoon din ang mangyayari sakin? Bakit pakiramdam ko mamamatay din ako sa brutal na paraan. Mariin kong ipinikit ang mga mata ko. Hindi pwede! Ayoko! Tama si Jelly, kailangan kong maging matatag. Para sa parents ko. Para sa kanila na itinuturing kong pamilya. Para sa sarili ko

Ipinilig ko ang ulo ko at pilit na iwinaksi ang takot na bumangon sa puso at buo kong pagkatao. Hindi dapat ako madala sa mga ganitong pananakot. I have Red and besides, i am the heiress of Vandross Organization. I will be a mafia queen soon

Red Falcon's POV

'Start hiding, little miss heiress. You might end up being chopped like what happened to this cat'

Letter. Chopped dead cat. Fresh blood. That's what inside the black box. I gritted my teeth and throw off the box. Nasa labas ako ng bahay habang nanggigigil na nakatingin sa kawalan. They found us! f**k! I told her to stay at home that night but she refused to obey me

That night, i followed her. I'm watching her from somewhere inside that bar. May mga tauhan ang X Clan sa bar noong gabing yon. They tried to poison her with the damn pineapple juice she ordered. I f*****g beat the waiter to death in anger

On the dance floor, while she was busy swaying her body like a crazy woman, someone tried to stab her from behind. She's just f*****g busy to notice the woman with a knife behind her. I pulled the woman and hurt her like she's not a girl. I fuckin' punch and trapped the girl inside the stock room right after she passed out on me

Damn! No one can hurt my girl

I gritted my teeth and kick the door when i remembered her terrified face a while ago. The horror that i've seen on her beautiful face made wanna kill someone

Fuck! We have to move out. They might track this house. Don't get me wrong, i'm not a coward to be afraid of them. I just have to keep her safe

I'm not even afraid of dying. I am afraid that she might get hurt. I don't like that. I hate that. Nothing, no one can hurt her. Not on my watch

I fished out my phone from my pocket and dialled the most trusted person in my contact. It took two rings before he finally picked up

"It's me, faggot" sambit ko sa malamig na tono

"Visit my property. The Villa Scott. Make sure that it's safe" pagkatapos kong sabihin iyon ay agad kong pinatay ang tawag

Villa Scott a subdivision. Kakaonti ang bahay doon at tago ang lugar. I actually bought the whole subdivision kaya walang nakatira doon. There are few houses but all are abondoned and owned by me

I dialled another number. [Hello. Mr. Falcon]

Mckenley Alejandre. The one i trust when it comes to my business. He’s my butler and my secretary

"Reschedule my meetings. Send me the papers i need to sign tomorrow" iyon lang at muli ko nang ibinaba ang tawag

Bumalik ako sa loob ng bahay. Dumiretso ako sa kusina at agad na nagtimpla ng kape. Humila ako ng isang upuan at doon naupo

I drop my phone on the table and stare on it. We stayed in this house for so long. How did they found us that easy? I saw Percy approaching me. He sat in front of me and started saying things

"Jayson Villa is part of the X Clan. He owned the codename J"

A smirk appeared on my lips. I knew it. That asshole. I knew from the very start the he's up to something. J huh!

"How about the girl?" I asked pertaining to the crazy girl

"Drianna Castro. She's Jayson Villa's cousin. X Clan sent them to play with young miss. She owned the codename D" Percy answered.

Fuck it! Her friends just betrayed her. How cruel. I want to ripped their heads off their bodies. Burn them, skin them and bury them six feet under the ground

"N-Niloko nila ako" that voice..

Agad akong napatingin sa bungad ng kusina. There she is, looking at us with a tears escaping her eyes. She look so fragile yet precious

My heart aches. Seeing her crying like that pains me.

"Young miss.." Percy called her in a low voice.

She remained standing on her spot while crying her heart out

Fuck!

I want to hug her tight. Kiss her tears away and take all her pain. I want her smile. Only her smile. Her smile brighten up my mood and now that she's crying, i want to end someone's life

Fuck them for making her cry!

Percy stood up and accompanied her to sit. He remained standing beside her while hugging her from the side and gently patting her shoulder. She doesn't deserve this. She's too kind hearted to be played and betrayed

"P-Pinagkatiwalaan ko sila. T-Tapos niloloko lang pala nila ako" she said in between her sobs

"Hush now, young miss. Traitors don't deserve your tears. You have us. We will never betray you like what they did" Percy keeps on tapping her shoulder while saying things to calm her down.

I took a sip of my coffee and made my way to the refrigerator. I went back to the dinning table and pushed a glass of water in front of her. With my gritted teeth and clenched jaw

"Drink" with one word from me, she slowly took the glass of water and drank it till the last drop.

I lean on the table and slowly wiped her tears with my thumb. She froze on her spot upon my action but i continued drying her cheeks and ignored her stares

Once again, i clenched my jaw and stared back at her. Her eyes are melting me. It's like i was sent in a beautiful fantasy and i feel like neglecting the reality

"Don't shed tears, Helleia. You are a queen, my queen and i am your knight, i will always be by your side. If everyone turned their back in you, betrayed you and left you broken, always remember that i am here, always be here to fix you"

I offered her my hands. She look at me with nothing but a confusion and shock written all over her face.

"Come. Take a rest. We're moving out tomorrow. It's not safe here anymore"

She blink thrice continuously but she took my hand in the end. I gently pulled her to stand. I glance at Percy and nod at him before walking out of the kitchen with her

She's my precious gem. To hell with those bastards who dare to take her away. I will keep her and nothing can stop me.
