13. Small boy and Elder child

"Just last bite." The woman forwarded the spoon filled with rice towards her 7-year-old son's mouth.
Sam was playing a game on the mobile he found in the empty house at the end of the street.
He was just looking around the house when his eyes fell on the half-burned teddy bear in the fireplace.
Just as he picked up the teddy bear a black mobile fell from it. It was hidden inside the teddy bear.
He just found it today and was trying every game that was on the mobile.
There were at least 18 games on the mobile. It looked like the mobile was only used to play games. Except for games, there was nothing much in that mobile.
"Sam go home, and complete your homework. I will check it."
The woman graced her son with a strict look before going away.
The woman became indulged in her work.

"The location shows Elvedin village. A restaurant..
I have sent team eleven there. They will manage the situation."
Adrian informed Kai whose back was facing him and was standing looking outside at the brightly lit city through the floor-to-ceiling window.
They were in the study room of his penthouse. The whole room was dark except for the little light coming from the single standing lamp on the right corner of the room.
"That mobile should be on my table by tonight"
Adrian heard Kai's cold voice. And nodded his head.
Adrian left and Kai sat down on the chair and indulged in his work. But ever since he came back from school today every now and then his thoughts took him back to the girl supporting an injured boy out of the school. Her ankle twisted a few times but she didn't care about it.
Kai swirled his chair and once again looked outside.
He couldn't understand why he thought about it again and again.
Perhaps because it somehow reminded him of her.
Him and Her.

Savannah looked at her mobile showing the current location of the mobile and then at the restaurant.
Nearly 15 people were surrounding the restaurant at the moment. She could only hope that there was no sniper.
Two people behind the tree, 3 o'clock direction.
Three people were lurking around front of the restaurant. One busy in his mobile, 6 o'clock direction, one sitting on the bench a little away. 5 o'clock. And one was keeping an eye from the shop in 7 o'clock direction.
Savannah was sure that 3-5 people would be guarding the backside of the restaurant.
Savannah internally winced.
Anna looked towards the direction where she left the car.
Is it too late to turn around.
The restaurant was completely surrounded from every direction.
Savannah looked at her mobile and that blue dot moved coming closer.
Every now and then a few passersby strolled past the restaurant.
The blue dot was moving out of the restaurant.
Savannah gulped.
Her eyes fixed on the exit of the restaurant.
I have to get that mobile.
I have to get it at all costs.
Savannah encouraged herself.
Her hand clutched the mobile tightly. Her other hand went to the pocket knife in her hoodie's pocket.
She was prepared.
I will get that mobile.
Seeing a child coming out of the restaurant Anna was dumbfounded.
She looked at the boy whose whole attention was on the game he was playing as he trotted out of the restaurant. Savannah looked at her mobile phone and surely that moving blue dot was none other than that child.
She looked as the man also got alert and took a step towards the little boy.
The next thing happened in a flash as Savannah ran towards and into the boy causing the small thing to land on the ground on his butt.
"Ahh"
"AhhhhOhhh"
Both the small child and the elder child shouted at the same time.
The mobile fell from his hand.
"Ohh I am so sorry. Sorry." Savannah said as she helped the boy to stand up.
From the corner of her eye she saw the men moving towards their direction.
"AAGGHHHHHH"
