Dark Eyes - Transformation

Dark Eyes had chosen to stay quiet today and not talk to Lilly, she didn't wish to scare her. Dark Eyes knew their time to merge was close when they would constantly be together at eighteen the wolf could transform. It was normally younger for many other wolves as they knew, they didn't live like this in the human world, so they were more willing for their wolf to come through. Lilly was sleeping but their body was burning Dark Eyes could feel they didn't have much time left. It was nearly midnight they couldn't do it here not with Ray close by, he wouldn't understand even though he was a deep sleeper, he wouldn't sleep through this. 

Dark Eyes took over Lilly's blue eyes were now gold once more. She pushed herself up and unzipped the tent slowly still being cautious not to wake Ray. They were an hour away from home these were not the woods Dark Eyes knew, she stepped with caution wanting to put distance between herself and Lilly's father she smirked a little as his snoring drifted off into the night as they moved further away. She was starving that one fish had not touched the sides, there fever had seemed to burn it away. 

They felt strange the burning was distracting but Dark Eyes pushed through she knew what this meant. It wasn't going to be pleasant she knew that for sure. When she was satisfied that this would be enough distance she would have to let Lilly have control for this to help her understand. 

“Hey Lilly it's time to wake up” it was a very strange feeling being one person but having two people in your head, she felt Lilly's presence stir.

“Hello” Lilly voice spoke in their head. Dark Eyes could feel Lilly was scared, she rolled her eyes she didn't have time for this. 

“I need you to listen Lilly can you do that for me" 

“Yes who are you? What am I doing here? How did I get here? and why can't I move? What - " 

Dark Eyes cut her off her tone stern " your answer to my question should have been no. Now please I understand this is confusing, but we need to concentrate we are running out for time. I promise I will explain everything just know that you're going to be ok, ok? I'm going to give you control" 

Lilly started to comprehend everything that had just been said to her. Was she dreaming again? Had the fever made her have visions of things that didn't make sense. She told her body to wiggle her fingers and her body responded she breathed a sigh of relief as her blue eyes overflowed making the gold disappear.

"I'm still here" Dark Eyes voice sounded in her head. Lilly put her hands to her ears and dropped to her knees a deep cracking sound echoed. Dark Eyes wondered if she had spoken to loud she was still getting used to this to. “ Sorry Lilly I'm still getting us-” 

“No my head its burning" Lilly responded through gritted teeth, then Dark Eyes felt it their body was burning up. It felt like a fire burning their whole body. Lilly cried out but Dark Eyes felt excitement she couldn't help it, she felt sorry for Lilly and the pain but Dark Eyes couldn't help but want this. Lilly's bones started to crack, she didn't scream but her mouth was open but with no sound this wasn't pleasant. Her bones cracked into different shapes her brown hair changed to grey and emerged all over her body, her nails stretched out of her skin turning into claws and her mouth extended. Her silent cries soon turned into whispers, what once was in Lilly's place was now a large grey wolf with scatters of material around it. 

Dark Eyes waited a moment for Lilly to stop whimpering, and for the pain to end, she didn't take control not fully Lilly was still in charge of their body for the moment. The wolf pushed itself to its paws and opened its golden eyes to the new world.
