Bad Habits

Everyone in the family expects her to be the best, to be so good and successful. But she can never be that. She thought. She was so suffocated by her family that even going out for a bit, they won’t let her. Everyone would contradict her if she has something to say when talking with her family. It’s toxic. She was crying and crying every night thinking why would her life end up like this. That why does she have a family like this. Even her course in college that she likes to take her family wouldn’t let her take it. They said “It’s our money and you should follow our rules” Her home was not a home anymore. She started blocking her family in social media and made a new one just for them. She was so sick of the treatment. “It’s like living in a toxic environment that i want to get out of” Oh and even her birthday, her family doesn’t celebrate it. Since they said “It’s nothing” That’s when she started going out with her friends, drinking and partying every night like there’s no tomorrow. She thought. “It’s fun” She felt like home with her friends, they were her real family.
