The Werewolf Mate( my Luna)

I see those lovely eyes , green not with envy though but full of beauty . Ashlee was a new student that recently got transferred to my school. Oh and about my school, well it's one of these schools where humans and wolves come to. We coexist not peacefully though because the humans are taught to be wolf hunters and we the wolves are taught to stay far away from them. I am glad Ashlee is a wolf like me , something similar in check. Fridolf said chuckling. Since the first day Ashlee set her foot in merit academy she was always bullied by the bigger packs and the human hunters. And just like this day, Carmen, the human hunter was in for it again. -can you just quit being a bully ? I have done nothing wrong to you carmen- Ashlee said. -i wonder what a weak wolf like you is doing in here , wait let me ask which of the packs are you- Carmen sneered at her. -i do not think that is a part of your business, why do you like snooping around people's stuff? You always want to know everything and in then put yourself in danger- -woah, see who is finally getting the nerves to talk, I might as well hunt you down here and now- - you know you can always do better Carmen, being a wolf hunter does not give you the right to hunt down wolf's here in school, you won't want the school guard knowing- fridolf chipped in. -oh I see, wolves defending each other, that's super sweet. Turning to Ashlee - we will meet again-. What else could I say, I will stand up for Ashlee any time any day. I mean she is beautiful, adorable , perfect and pretTy smart. We have had some competition for quite sometime now and she performed excellently well at them. I stared at her as she brushed off the dust from her school wear then I lent a helping hand to lift her off the floor. -Do not worry, I can get up. Jut gat to dust off the dirts from my shirt- Opx , did she just reject my offer to help her, okay I get it that we barely get to talk and she probably does not know me quite well but it is not bad offering a helping hand to a stranger. -uhmm I am sorry, just wanted offering you a helping hand, my name is fridolf it means the peaceful wolf,what is your name? -Ashlee and trust me I do not seem to know what it means -  -That is fine, we can always get to know later, so are you not supposed to be in class now- -sure , same as you too, we should get going-. I watched as she walked past me heading to the classroom and ofcourse I followed suit. She seems a really cool person and since I have no friends I will like to make her one. I am still learning how to switch from being a human to a wolf though but it's really like a gift which I have not beeen able to unravel. I have asked my parents several times to teach me or give me a guide on how to turn into a wolf but they keep telling me to exercise patience and it will happen when the time is ripe. Well I hope it is soon. Most people I know over here in the academy can change from being human to wolves in a split second and how cool it is to watch. I come from the high pack wolf family ; it means we rule the wolf kingdom and have power over all other wolfs . They live by our rules and they can not come into our territory except they seek permission which has to be granted before they can get access. Before I can be seen as a real wolf and associated into the family, I need to pass through the four stages of initiation which is the reason why I am here in this school. It teaches us all the basics of being a wolf, the do's and dont's of being a wolf , how to switch from one form to the other and learn basic survival skills. I am still on the process of learning though and so far, I have been doing great. My parents lead the pack more like the head of the higher wolf pack and the overall head of the wolf nation. We are living pretty well and I can say I lack nothing or maybe I lack something which is having Ashlee as my friend. I so want to make friends with her so bad and I hope it happens. Mom often told me that when I finish the going through the four stages of initiation, I will meet my Luna, that' is my mate. A female mate whom will stay with me and rule over the wolf nation with me. But until then I can not know where she is or who she is. I often ask them how I am going to know she is the one when I see her but I was always met with no response. ________ Now back at home, I tried practicing some growling skills but nothing good would come out of my mouth. Mom came by and stood beside my bed. -when the time is right fridolf, you will have all the powers even more than us, keep learning but do not stress yourself out- Mom's reassuring words calmed my aching mind and got me more determined to learn and implement all I am been taught. I am really glad I came from the wolf's nation, I just love the feeling of it. My aim is to protect our nation from the invaders and rule with justice and honesty. I know one day I will take over the Wolf's nation as their ruler and I have to prepare myself for the task ahead.
