“Turn it off!” I moaned.
“Go back to sleep baby. I’ll see you later.”
I felt a soft kiss on my head before my eyes closed again.
The light streamed through my window, waking me up. I felt well-rested and not at all groggy, like I usually do in the morning. I sat up and stretched my back and arms whilst looking around the room.
Hold up!
It’s light!
Too light!
I look at my phone to see 6 missed calls from work, 2 text messages, and the time 10.13 am.

I jump out of bed and grab my phone so I can call Trent whilst I try to get my ass to work. I grab a pair of leggings and a top and try to quickly pull them on whilst hopping on one foot and balancing my phone between my head and shoulder.
