Now that I had access to her phone, she was within my reach at all times.
I followed her, always in the shadows. She seemed sharper now, like she could sense me close by, and that wolf she always had by her side was a nuisance. He was like a f*****g guard dog. Every time I attempted to get closer, he would show up. It’s not that he scares me. I’m not ready for her to see me yet. I need that Alpha out of the way first, so she’s open to a new bond. If my plan goes accordingly, which it will, she will be mine soon enough.
“We just got word Evelyn is on her way back home.” Well, that is interesting. She could throw a spanner into the works if she talks to Amelia.
