Chapter Sixteen

Chapter 16

As for the defeated team. Everyone from the black team were unconscious. The masked men brought them inside a humongous cage. All sixteen people. After all of the masked men got them all inside. They locked the cage. One of the masked men signaled the others and one of them started clicking a green button to start rolling the rotating wheel to lift the cage up above. They were all inside a plain black room. It was only lit with dim lights above them. It was big and spacious.

All of the masked men who were all in ten estimated numbers did not do anything until they saw that, one by one, people who were inside the cage were starting to sat up.

The first one who had the courage to hold the bars was a man with tattoos but the moment he laid his hands on it he felt an electricity travelled from his fingers and to his arms. He immediately stepped back. He could feel that his hands were still numb. Everyone was shocked with what they saw. Everyone who was near the bars immediately placed themselves on the center of the cage. They were all bundled up on the center, trying to evade the metal bars that imprisoned them.

“What is this?!” The man who was corporate suit and now he was on his black clothes that the organization provided, shouted. It was a shriek and his voice broke. “Let us down!”

The masked men looked at each other. One of the men nodded. The one who was handling the control slowly rotated the wheel and the cage swung down. Everyone inside the cage shouted. The cage continued to swing. It was still up above.

One of the woman inside the cage slid to the side and vomited. With her build, she had caused to tilt the cage to the side. Luckily, the people in the center was able to hold their ground and stayed on where they were.

Everyone covered their noses. The smell coming from the woman’s vomit spreads around them.

“Have some respect!” The man in corporate suit shouted to the woman who vomited. The woman looked at him and spitted at him. The woman was in old ragged clothes when she first got in. She was twice the size of the man in corporate suit.

“How dare you?!” The man shouted and stood up despite of the cage tilting from one side to other side. “I am Robort Lopez! I am the CEO of Lopez Company! How dare you spit on me?!” Robort shouted while trying to shake away the spit that was on his suit.

The woman in corporate suit lightly laughed the reason for Robort to look at her.

“Mister Robort Lopez? Lopez Company? Is it not the company that is about to be bankrupt?” the woman asked.

Robort Lopez turned red due to anger. He pointed to the woman in corporate suit. “Once we get out of here. I will make sure you will pay because of your laugh,” Robort warned.
