I dropped the kids to school by 8am on Tuesday morning wanting to get to Logan by 10 I have contractors meeting me on site and food and clothes to drop off at motel. Plus yesterday afternoon I found some perfect nick knacks for Dorothy house.

I got to Logan at 9.30 thanks to traffic been good and yesterday I paid attention to Marcus shortcut. I decided I would talk to the contractors removing trees and plants and marking new boundaries. Jerry is in charge of this so I quickly dial his number and find out he is at fruit plantation.

I head to fruit plantation an immediately spot jerry all Forman are in white hats the rest are in yellow, Jerry Caitlyn please to meet you I can’t believe how much is done here already. We went over the area markings for plantation flower a vegetable gardens there hoping to be done by this time tomorrow.

Next I spoke to Forman in charge of the buildings Darrell who informed me materials have been order and gave me a copy of invoice when I looked at it I noticed it was more then I approved. Darrell the amount he then informed me he order material for cafe, shop, horse stable, barnyard house and butcher shop. Wow that’s impressive.

Darrell gave me the option of working on one building at at time or working on all of them as he sees fits so far I’m happy with progress and it makes sense to work on what they can. I’ll be around to keep eye on it anyway.

Next I spoke to the only female Forman on the job Lexi she’s managing the stadium build car park and trail for pony rides. Lexi let’s me know stage 1 is expected to be completed by tomorrow then she’ll have a quote for material. Thanks I said.

I then drove to the motel unpacked kids and my clothes I filled the pantry full looking at my watch 11.30 I knocked on mrs Jones door to say hi but no answer I ventured downstairs where I found mrs white. Hi mrs white do you know where mrs Jones is? Yes dear mr white has taken across to the doctors for a check up can I help you with something.

Oh it’s ok I wanted to grab her cottage key to do some tidying up. I have a key you can borrow it for the week if you like I trust you’ll do right by Dorothy. Of course I bought some new curtains and sheets pillows. I hope she has disinfectant and a mope so I can do a mop before I leave. I’ll lend you one maybe a vacuum too thanks I’ll bring it back tomorrow.

I drove to mrs Jones striped all the curtains and sheets and blankets to take to dry cleaners, got vacuum and mopping done left.

Wednesday contractors were good I finished cleaning and decorating mrs Jones cottage then returned vacuum and mop and keys to mrs white I told her she could show mrs jones or wait till weekend when she goes with me.

I dropped off 4 cash drawers 4 iPads and stands plus 4 printer receipts to our motel room in this moment I realised we need a storage room at the farm and made a note to talk to Marcus tonight.

Later that night when the kids were in bed I phoned Marcus hi I was thinking today that we need a office at farm but I’m unsure where to put it. Caitlyn I did give the contractors the stables plans I sent it to you it included a office he replied

We talked about contractors that are on site that I got cottage fixed and and filled pantry filling fridge tomorrow what time Marcus was planning to get there realising how late it was i said good night.

The next couple of days flew past a quick trip to Logan Thursday to fill fridge make a lasagna for Marcus for dinner and some berry muffins for snack. Works are all going well
