Drake and I leave my parents house the way back to Rosalee's to pick up my car. On the way there I guess we are both distracted by what we found out at my parents house. Drake turns and briefly Glace at me and say, what are you going to do. I tell him I truly don't know. I wasn't really expecting that I would find my mate, and with her being human I just don't know. It doesn't change the fact that I'm extremely attracted to her, there is no denying that. As we pull up to Rosalee's I can see Elexsia walking to her car. But as we got closer ,I see a man grab her from behind and then I see the knife that he put against her neck. I open the door and jump out before it even stops. With my speed it's easy to reach her before he has the chance to do anything to hurt her. I grab him and his feet are dangling , and he tried to kick me off. How does it feel to know this is your last night on earth. You should not have grabbed my mate now you better hope she is in a forgiving mood after you just tried to hurt her. I look up and notice Elexsia fumbling with her purse, I assume she is looking for her keys. She looks me in the eyes and her fear makes me angry. The man sees the expression on my face and he looks scared now. As well he should be. I didn't notice that Drake had pulled in, but I was glad because I threw him to Drake. And I go check on Elexsia, who looks like she is in shock. Finally she snapes out of it. She looks at me and says thank you so much I don't know what would have happened if you had not come along. I've got a feeling if I hadn't showed up she would be dead right now. At the thought of that I've made up my mind. I will definitely be looking out for her now. I could have lost her before we even begin. I'll wait until tomorrow, today she has had a scare and her mind is not come to terms with what has just happened. Are you alright I ask her. Yes thank you just shaken up. I thought I was dead. I didn't see him when I came out he took me by surprise. I didn't tell her I pulled up as it was happening. I'm so angry right now I want to kill him. I make sure Elexsia is okay before I go back to Drake. Take him to the police station have them lock him up. Tell them what happened. Drake shakes his head, he puts the unconscious man in the back of his SUV. Bet your glad I've got this monstrosity now don't you. Then he drives off and I return to Elexsia. Let me take you home you should not be driving in your state. Ok, she says. I open the door to my car for he. After we are both inside I start the car and make my way to her house. Elexsia falls asleep from exhaustion and the events of the night. She looks so peaceful I don't have the heart to wake her. Plus I know the way to her house anyway and don't need directions. Yeah, not creepy at all I think. I pull into her driveway and get out of the car. I open the passenger door and pick Elexsia up. I grab her purse and get her keys out to unlock the door. I go into her memories to see where her room is. I take her to her room and open the door. I lay her on her bed and stroke her hair. She is so beautiful I just can't take my eyes off her. I hear a whisper coming from her lips. I move in closer to hear what she is saying. There is only one thing she says and it shocks me to my core. My names cross her lips and I'm wondering what she is dreaming. I have a renewed hope that she has feelings for me too. I leave her bedroom feeling a little lighter. I lock up and get in my car.
