"You really think I care how I look" I almost yelled at him, he put his hands up in surrender and it helped

"Sorry Jared. It's just hard. This (I showed on my gown) it's not me, I'm a girl in jeans and t-shirt with camera on her neck. Now I'm wolf, now I'm mate and got some obligations. And what I get in return - the disappointed gasps of woman who wants him. I'm not f*****g drama queen" I was talking fast holding my tears away.

"I think you should go back and be charming future Luna. Will leave you. Take few breathes and go inside" I didn't move crossed my hands on my chest, when I heard opening doors I smelled him second later felt his hands on my arms and warm chest on my back.

"I deserved it. I'm sorry" I didn't move, looked what's in front of me not behind. I closed my head for him. If he thought mate bond will be enough and stupid I'm sorry to forgive him, he was mistaken.

"We have to go back" I said and left his warmth. Like Jared said he frozed again, by the doors I gasped and straighten my hand in his direction

"You coming?" he turned to check my face when I smiled a little he run to me and raised me up in his arms. We got back to ball room not stopping our kiss. Yeah, I was lost. Small his gesture and whole anger gone. When we came back music start playing. Alpha announced that our dance will start this evening. I can't dance, and dancing in front of all this people made me trembling

I tried focus on us but my eyes made circle and stopped on Jared who winked to me. Following Jimmy was easy. After few smooth moves rest joined us I wanted run, end it but Jimmy took me closer and we were again in our bubble in case I put on us one with protection it made him smirk.

"Hungry?" I nodded and we went to our table. After delightful meal we made our runs with talking with people not once I felt jealous. Jimmy got his lesson and didn't let any woman old or young cut distance between them. By accident we collided with Sabrina and her husband who smirked at our meeting

"Sabrina, Matthias - this is love of my life Sotheana Thompson" I waved, happy. Not mate, not future Luna but love of my life. It's not something he used for first time but he used it by her. With husband by her side and after our little show she kept her hands away from my mate.

"Don't" Jimmy dropped in his direction Jared smiled under his nose. He loved Jimmy still liked pinch in him nails

"I've heard from Matthias that you have strong mate, Sothie, Sothie, Sothie" whole his body laughed when head was traveling from left to right, I hid my head under my hair and join him. Jimmy just gasped

"Now seriously man, Sabrina? Really" he loved torture Jimmy but now it was hurting me also. I looked at him with pain in my eyes. Jimmy said nothing

"Tomorrow 6:30 on field, don't drink too much Sothie" he had mercy on me

"Jared can we stayed by wolf training and individual. I don't wanna show my weakness to all" he nodded

"When tomorrow?"

"I have to go to city in the morning after I've promised run to Emmanuel." was I looking for excuse to avoid one day of it?

"5 pm one hour before wolf training. You will go straight on field from it" he was harsh and was no place for arguing so I accepted. With corner of a eye I saw cakes and pies on waitresses trays and I squeezed Jimmy's arm

"Come before they vanish!" It was exited run for best desserts ever. Jimmy giggled and joined we put on one plate few types of desserts and tried piece by piece which is the best. When was my chosen as best I took spoon from Jimmy's hand and made extra bite. It amused my partner. I had remorse after what I did but when I was going to apologize Sabrina winked to Jimmy, once she send him a kiss. He played that did not see her actions. I bit my tongue. It will be big problem. Uncle Jerry said she is alpha blood. Daughter of one's who joined mariage off packs so she had access to same places and had same level of respect till we will be top of the top. If Alpha Jerry would be bad leader families of founders could change it. "Good night" I stood up and left on bare feet went upstairs on my own. Did I wait for him to run after me of course I did. But he stayed. f**k you!yelled my brain.

She took my gown down put on us comfy sweatpants and t-shirt, even put all in loundry basket and washed up our makeup, she made me back when someone knocked to the doors. I knew it wasn't Jimmy he could just get in.

On the other side stood furious Matthias

"Is Jimmy here?" he asked with anger. His eyes were red. His heavy breath was mix of alcohol and pure rage

"No" I said like it wasn't annoying. Like fact that my mate and Sabrina are missing doesn't touched my heart

He grabbed my arm in strong grip and yelled at me

"Can't you watch your f*****g prince charming" It was really uncomfortable I was scared but Emmanuel gave me strength

"Maybe if you would not hit yours She would not looking for salvation" I yelled at him and pushed him away

"You saw that?" his temper got back

"Yes" I answered rubbing my arm.

"She miscarriage month ago and since drinking too much I lost control over her. Today she said that we lost baby because of me, that she need her equel to have baby. So when she found candidate for father I lost temper" this was a guy who you can like. And he was saying the truth. He sound like guy carried hudge among of pain in his heart.

"Well I'm sure Jimmy will not volunteer. She is probably outside" he nodded and when was on his way to Say goodbye Jimmy was on stairs with foodpack in his hands. I let go my arm not to show him that Matt hurt me.

"Have you seen Sab?" fury came back

"No" answered Jimmy

"Where have you been?"

"In kitchen packing sweets for Sothie" Jimmy didn't like this interrogation but was answering

"So long?"

"First I had to said my father we leaving and than packed this while chatting with Bella" he passed Matthias and stood by me sniffing my hair. I let him put hand on my back. I knew he was telling him truth but I was still pissed at him.

"Sorry Sotheana I didn't mean to scared or hurt you"

"It's OK Matt just ask someone to help you find her." I waved and opened doors to our room. Jimmy followed me like lost puppy. I went to mirror check my arm purple hand showed up f**k!

"He did it to you?" Jimmy growled loud

"He lost his wife and you weren't present so he lost temper, I don't blame him" I wanted to hurt him.

"And it was your fault because?" with others he can't discuss with me no problem!

"Jimmy I don't wanna talk about them" I took tooth brush and started wash my teeth ignoring his presence

"Dad wants us go straight after he will open training and be back as fast as possible. It's not looking good that we get all people here while we go to city" he leaned on doorframe with crossed legs and arms on his chest in this black color looked super good. Dark colors highlight his eyes.

"You can stay and spend time with your friends while we will check this box" I saw my words hurt him, I regret them second after they pounded from my mouth. He just gasped and left me. I washed my face left only t-shirt on me and laid in bed I turned with my back to Jimmy's side while he was changing in wardrobe. He got into room turn off lights and laid down without taking me in his arms. I'm not master of relationships but I hoped he will take me in his arms and I will forgive him everything. But he was sitting leaned on headboard and played with phone. It reminded me about alarm. Should I set mine too. f**k all drama.

"I set alarm at 6" I didn't answer.

'Emmanuel can you take lead. I wanna sleep in my head' I begged her. I felt so uncomfortable by his side. Was so close to cry.

'No' she said and left me. Never felt so lonely. I tried meditation I took deep breathes and cleared my head from thoughts till saw only black. In this moment his heavy arm arounded me and felt his lips on my neck. And I was able to sleep.

But it wasn't good night I woke up few times. Last time about 5 am and decided to call it a day. Was hard to freed myself from Jimmy's grip but I managed it without waking him up. Pack with cake had my full attention. I opened it quietly and saw that inside were only cakes and pie I liked the most. Apple pie, cake with cherry and blueberries. This man knew how to melt me. I started to wonder what was his plan. I took apple pie and found courage to made try to look into his head. I licked my fingers and got back to bed sat gently on my side and looked at his calm sleeping. Thankfully his snoring was quite. Curious if in few years he will made sounds like chain saw I chuckled and tried focus on what's in his head. It was like he let me but on his terms.

'no' what now I did wrong! I supposed said I don't care. I don't care about her. I was polite maybe too much but I got my lesson. And I even didn't notice her winks

"Blueberry still in the box" I said with grumpy voice. He jumped out of bed and took pack away from me.

"You won't get it till we talk!" well I'm full.

"There is nothing to talk about" I said and tried go to bathroom but he catched me fast. I was stock in his arms covered in warmth of his body. f*****g bond and its shivers and goosebumps and electricity!

"Sothie stop being so difficult. I love you and only you. Yes I freeze, yes I'm heavy mind sometimes, but always love you, never doubt in my feelings please" it was less statement more begging.
