I'm just staring at nowhere the moment we got home. Hindi ko nga alam kung paano kami nakauwi dahil tulala lang ako buong araw. I heard Apollo laughed but I didn't even move an inch.

"Hey." he said and I felt his warm palm on my cheeks and softly caressing it. I sobbed and almost cry that made him chuckled.

"Nasa Law School ang trauma!" Sigaw ko na ikinatawa nya na naman.

"You'll survive this, I know." Tatango tangong sabi nya na inilingan ko.

"No, please! Magda drop out na'ko!" ngawa ko sa kanya na inilingan nya at hinatak ako papunta sa kusina para kumain. Nag order nalang sya ng fast food dahil pagod din daw sya para magluto.

Seryoso lang akong kumakain dahil iniisip ko yung mga nangyari kanina. Napalabas lang naman ako ng room sa first period palang dahil hindi ko nasagot ang tanong ng prof namin. Syempre! Anong alam ko sa mga batas batas na ganyan? Ayain nya nalang akong makipag patayan, papalag pa ako.

*Flashback

"Stand up, Miss." Turo sa akin ni Atty. Salasa kaya dahan dahan pa akong tumayo. I'm not nervous because they're all looking at me. But because I don't know what will I answer!

"Can you give me atleast three rights of every Filipinos." He said and looked at me while raising his brows. I gulped and tried to search my brain if I know the answer, it took me two minutes while having a staring contest on our prof.

"Just leave--."

"I believe, one of it has something to do with privacy?" Alanganing tanong ko din sa kanya. I heard some of them grasped pero hindi ko nalang pinansin.

"Let me tell you something. First, let someone finish talking before you interrupt. Second, I ask you a question. You should answer it instead of asking me back. Third, always be sure of your answer, if you don't. Just shut up. Fourth, time is the most important thing we have. A minute without doing anything is a waste. Fifth, leave my room." Mahabang sabi nya na ikinatulala ko. What the f**k?

Ano ba tong mga taong to? Galit ba sila sa mundo? Bakit pati ako dinadamay nila?

Tahimik akong lumabas ng nakayuko dahil nahihiya ako! Una si Zenia, pangalawa yung prof namin. Ayoko na! I almost cried while waiting outside and waiting for the class to end.

*End of flashback

"Where are you going?" I heard Apollo asked while I am wearing my hoodie at akma ng lalabas.

"Dyan lang." I answered and opened the door.

"Sama ako!" he shouted at napailing nalang ako dahil wala din naman akong magagawa.

Sabay na kaming naglalakad ngayon papunta sa mall na katapat lang din ng condo na tinitirahan namin. Malapit lang din dito ang school, walking distance lang.

"Ano namang gagawin mo dito?" Takang tanong nya habang nakasunod sa akin. Hinahanap ko ang National Book Store at bibilhin ang mga tanginang libro na yon.

Nagliwanag ang mukha ko ng makita iyon at patakbong pumasok. Humarap ako sa kanya at inabot ang basket na lalagyan ng pinamili.

He shooked his heas but still accept it. Nagpunta kami sa section ng mga law books at kinuha ko lahat ng makita ng pigilan nya ko. Nag-inat pa ako sandali dahil ang bigat pala non.

"What are you doing?" Sabi nya at binalik sa shelf ang mga librong kinuha ko.

"I'm going to study! Why are you so pakialamero?" Inis na sabi ko at binalik ulit sa basket ang mga libro. Umiling sya at binalik na naman iyon sa shelf!

"You--!"

"Hindi to lahat kaylangan mong basahin. We'll just stay at this timeline until we get Zenia's trust." He said and read the books titles before putting it on the basket.

"Which is damn hard. Have you seen her behavior? She's so rude!" sabi ko at umirap. He chuckled while still looking for the books I needed.

"She just said the truth." He said that made my eyes widened.

"Kinakampihan mo sya?!" Hindi makapaniwalang tanong ko. Tumingin naman sya sa akin at huminto sa pagtingin sa mga makakapal na libro. He took a step closer na nagpa atras sa akin. He took a step again pero hindi na ako umatras. I bravely raised my head and looked back at him. Akala nya ba porket gusto ko sya ay magpapatalo na ako? duh, dream on.

"Kailan kapa naging isip bata?" He whispered. My eyes widened when he kissed the tip of my nose bago tumalikod at naglakad papunta sa counter para bayaran yung mga libro. While here I am, unable to move for the third time today.

Nang makauwi kami sa bahay ay dumiretso ako sa kwarto at walang kahirap hirap na tinakbo ang mabibigat na librong to. Sanay naman ako, I even lifted something heavier than that.

At dahil masyado akong competitive at napahiya ako kanina! I need to get my revenge. Kakasabi ko lang kanina na never akong magbabasa ng ganito kakapal na libro pero I don't care. I am motivated because I was hurt!

I'm just reading this s**t for hours now, malapit ko na din iyong makalahati. Hindi ko naman tinatapos lahat because that would be that death of me. I just read atleast ten pages a book. Napalingon ako sa orasan at nakitang alas tres na ng madaling araw. We have a class at seven!

I groaned. Kasalanan to ni Zenia lahat!

"I'll sleep na after this." I said to myself and continue reading.

I was amazed on how beautiful this law's are. I mean, literally everything has a law in it. Maybe it was harsh sometimes but I was used to it, it's already normal for me. The world has been harsh on me too, pero wala naman akong reklamo.

I giggled because I remembered how many times I killed people but I'm still outta here--doing missions. I should be in jail rotten, right?

I yawned and when I think another hour passed before I fell asleep.

"Wake up, we're late." I heard someone said and tried to shake my shoulders. Bumangon naman kahit na nakapikit pa din.

"I've seen worse, but I'm still not used on seeing you getting tired."
