Rain propped lower on the bed as soon as Karey settled in beside her. Their night was finally drawing to an end and Rain couldn’t help but be grateful for that. Aside from the exhaustion, Rain felt a headache looming not far off.
“Ah...finally, done for the day,” Karey draws out planting a kiss on Rain’s lips. She wanted nothing but to snuggle under the sheets and sleep into oblivion. The long shower had helped easing her exhausted muscles but now her body craved rest. Karey turns to switch off the bedside lamp engulfing their master bedroom in pitch black darkness. She shifts to the middle of the bed propping her head on the pillow next to Rain’s. “How does it feel?”
