The room fell completely silent as everyone waited for Joy to tell them who she's been dreaming with. you could hear a penny drop on the carpet as they held their breaths, Not wanting to make Joy nervous.

Finally Joy spoke 'It's Alpha Jake's younger brother Julian"

"What ??? Julian how I've never seen you guys talk. Joy what are you saying" asked Lisa

"We havn't well not here anyway " by here she was referring to earth.

"This can't be real. is God punishing us? did our parents do something to piss him off?" Sam fired question after question wondering why would God mate Joy to the Alpha Jerk's brother, and she had an idea of the shewolf Joy was talking about. It had to be that little Omega always draped on his arms with her face toted up.

As they were in a panic tryna figure out what they were going to do, The Big Anciet white light wolf appeared again and they all beheld his glory.

Lisa rubbed her eyes, Dwayne bowed his head He stood in all glory of the living God of werewolf creation.

"My child why do you weep" he asked Joy wiping her tears.

"Didn't i tell you to trust me" Joy nodded her head yes

They all stood off watching the interaction between God and Joy astonished of the intimacy they shared.

"Tell me Joy what did I tell you" He asked her as if they were the only two in the room

"You said that I am beautifully, wonderfully, fearfully, and intentionally made in your image" Joy said picking up her head

"And what else" He urged

"Not to be sad about Julian because you have a David for me"

"Literally Joy, You don't have to find David because I will bring David to you when the time is right. focus on your music, focus on mastering your gifts. I will never lie to you I love you now go forth and conqueor You are a very special wolf. forget about Julian, forget about everything you have a pageant to win" He kissed joy, He kissed sam and disappeared again just as quickly as he appeared.

"What was that" Lisa asked still in bewilderment

"That was God "Dwayne and Sam said at the sametime then laughed seeing how insinct they were.

"Okay so according to God Julian isn't who we need to find or worry about, what we need to do is work on Joy winning the pageant" Dwayne smiled confidently.

Dwayne knew God, He'd had his own encounters with him battling his own feelings for Sam. she was mean, He knew she was his mate, he couldn't tell her, she was betrothed to that Alpha Jerk, and She still hadn't shifted yet.

God came to him and told him that Sam wasn't mean, it was a mask to keep pain out and that all he had to do was be patient and love her. After that day he revealed his love to her in the car, he started noticing Sam's icy heart begin to melt. He thanked God everytime he discovered something new about her and as he watched her heart be transformed into his perfect mate.

*Flashback 5 years ago*

Dwayne was 17 and had just shifted for the first time. Sam had just turned 13 and Dwayne noticed the mate bond. It confused him cause she was only 13. She was so young, It was weird. He'd always expected he'd be mated to Lisa. He was in his room crying and talking to God cause it just wasn't making sense to him. As he sat talking to God he heard a voice speak back to him.

It creeped him out causing him to scream.

"Dwayne , are you okay I heard you scream" asked his mom lightly knocking on his door

"I'm okay mom it's nothing" he replied back as she entered his room sitting on the edge of his bed

"Okay son I'm here if you need to talk" she reassured her son

"thanks mom" he said kissing her cheek. she closed the door back leaving him alone with his thoughts.

As he sat alone he continued talking to God. "Lord why am I always thinking about Sam ? She's young, She's mean and it's not making sense. "

The voice begin to speak "Dwayne Sam is your mate"

Dwayne listened intently. "You can not tell her because I have a plan that will melt her icy heart. She's not mean she's hurt and she's built walls around her heart as a defense mechanism. When the time is right she will know on her own just wait for her. I'm working it out."

"But Lord she's betrothed to that Alpha kid from the BloodSilk pack"

"Dwayne do you trust me ?" God asked him

"Yes Lord I trust you, my mom has always taught me your ways are higher than mine, your thoughts are higher than mine" Dwayne replied.

"Okay then just believe me, trust me, and wait. Do not take a counterfeit, it will do you no good because I have already revealed to you who I have created for you"

"Yes Lord" Dwayne bowed his head humbly and gave praise to the Almighty God.

As Sam grew older and colder everything God had spoken to Dwayne seemed so far fetch. Every monthly visit broke his heart but he loved God so he just waited. He watched that Alpha kid grow into a real jerk, talking crazy to Sam and it broke his heart that he couldn't save her from her torment. He knew Sam didn't want to be with him. As Sam grew older he realized that Sam loved him too because she would look at him in a way that she looked at no one else not even Alpha Jake. He often wondered if she could feel the mate bond too. He took the job as the Girl's driver to be close to Sam and he fell in love with Joy's spirit. She was so pure, it inspired him how she managed to be so joyful, loving and encouraging to everyone she encounters despite her own pain. He understood her, he understood Sam, he understood Lisa, and he was waiting for God to fix their sister bond so they could have each other. Although he respected his Luna and Alpha he despised the way they treated the girls but he would never say it.

"Ssooo Joy Joy you're gonna participate in the pageant ?" Sam asked excitedly

Joy tucked her hair behind her ear "UUmm Sammy I don't know, you know I don't like that kind of attention."

"But you have to God said he wanted you to participate, there's still time for you to register" Lisa said trying to play it off

"Yeah the deadline is in 2 weeks " Dwayne added to make it sound good trying to make sure He's not thinking about what him and Lee did in case Sam or Joy reads their mind.

"Oh guys with all the excitment and visits we forgot to tell you somebody entered Joy into the pageant already" Sam says excitedly

"Oh wow who would do that " Lisa said getting nervous, she didn't want her baby sister to be upset with her.

"Lisa drop the act " Joy said exhaugsted "I know what you and D did"

Sam was shocked she was so distracted she didn't even pay Dwayne or Lisa's thoughts any mind at all.

"Okay Joy, you got us but we didn't mean any harm we just thought it would be a great idea for you to compete and recornize your greatness" Dwayne said

"Plus you can't be mad at us now that God has spoken it before us all" Lisa added

Joy was too tired to contend plus she always strived to live a life that's pleasing to God. She just was wondering how on earth was she gonna win a pageant she had zero interest in competing, and she was entirely too shy to show the whole world what was really inside of her.

Joy opened the door to the library leving them sitting there looking stupid

"Joy where are you going" Sam asked

"To my studio to release this stress, then I'm going to take a nap"

She mindlinked her producer "Jeeeffff she sang"

"Joy Joy the star what it do, I havn't seen you in a while"

"Yeah life has gotten a little weird are you free"

"I'm always free for you baby girl"

"I got a new beat I made for you the other day, I think you're gonna love it"

I'm so shy, I can't even face the crowd I'm scared how am I supposed to do this

Joy sang getting lost in the beat releasing all her stress and worries. She finished up and headed to her room for a long overdo nap.

As she drifted off into a peaceful rest Someone comes to visit her "Ooh God not you again" She said to herself as she fell into a deep sleep "I just can't win for losing this too much"
