CHAPTER 14

SANHIA POV

“Mom…..Dad…..no!!!  Wake up please! don't leave me please!!!”

“hmmmmm please don’t……please….dont…..”

“Aaaaahhhhhhh,,,,…!!!!”

“—Aaaaaaahhhhhh…!!!!”

What the f**k was that? s**t! Why do I need to dream about it! Who are those people?

This nightmare really hit me this time, I almost drop myself out of the bed, sweat is all over my face, I have fast breathing that I can't even swallow my throat!

Someone is begging for help which I don’t know who…

Honestly, I didn’t know that my life will suddenly be like this after that incident with the red lady spirit, I mean for how many years after my encounter with the mystical blue dress lady, I never had any kind of experience with those s**t, but now they are all hitting me so hard, damn!

I just calm myself first then try to get up and fix my things for work.

I really don’t have a good day today so I don’t want to involve in any sarcastic attitude of Mhavel, if only I have a choice not to go to work I would love to.

After preparing for work, I head my way out of the house, it is just 6:45 am, I am still early and my parents and sibling are all still sleeping.

I want to go to work early and just spend my extra time to just relax in my chair besides for sure that woman will arrive late, as usual.

When I am already outside waiting for a public vehicle a black car just stops in front of me with an open window and it is Jhonny who is inside.

“Hey, Sanie! Come on, let me take you to work!” he offers that makes me feel better since I don’t need to spend money for the transportation fee

I quickly get in and, I noticed that his faded red hair was being dyed so it becomes shiny red again

“So who’s car is this?” I ask

“From my uncle and this is new, haven’t you see the plate number? It wasn’t even there yet! Hahaha” he said that widens my eye,

“What the f**k are you up to Jhonny? Don’t you know that this is illegal! You cant use a car without a plate number!!” I shout at him

“Chill! I am just joking geez!” he said that calms me, This kid really loves to mock people around or pissed them off but what good about him is just he knows how to stop if it is way beyond joke anymore.

“Better be! Anyway, about our projects, I guess it will be move, we can schedule it on next week on the weekend” I said that confuse him

“Huh? Why? Do you have a schedule for that time? I mean your father is really waiting for this, you know that” he said but I didn’t mind it, I mean I have no time to answer that.

In just half an hour when we get to the office and said my thanks to him, I guess he has an event to attend today, most of the time he always joins the hang out of all the hackers in the city, they have this sort of organization and he is a member.

I walk straight at the elevator with the others waiting on the ground then they were all stunned and make a way for someone and when I gaze on who, well it is non-other than the woman I don’t want to be with for a while trying to avoid her sarcasm coz for sure there is.

I try not to look at her but I was shocked when she suddenly grabs my arms and pulled me in.

I can't help but shout at her and make her feel the hate that I am trying to hide since the time I had with that weird dream!

So the chaos between us that I am actually avoiding is now happening damn!

I even felt pissed when she mentions that she requested Mr. Sebastian to prolong my stay here at BCC, my pissed becomes madness, but I was stopped when she said something and her actions becomes different.

“Wow! Are you really taking this too far huh? Maybe you want to remind yourself that I am still the boss here and your boss is commanding you to work for me! I got the say and you’re not!!! Better put that in your mind!”

She said that stops me, I didn’t say anything anymore when she just walks straight at her chair and so I am.

The whole day was as silent as it is, we didn’t argue again or talk to each other until the end of work time, I saw that she hurriedly get out of the office which I don’t know why I mean it wasn’t her usual, then I remember the Arsenas building in Caloocan, s**t she will go there alone? Really?

Well she is stronger and braver than me I guess but….what if…she will be possessed again, f**k this is not right! I better get going and follow her

When I got to the building which is I already know that it is still owned by the Arsenas coz Jhonny discuss it with me, I believe everything here should still be working.

As I enter the lobby, I already saw the footstep here which I know is from her.

I walk around to find the elevator since I know she will head herself up to Mrs. Arsenas office, when I saw the elevator and was about to get in, I was stopped when I sense a spirit near me and I know that it is behind me.

“What it is that you want?” I ask then slowly turn around to see the spirit my eyes were widened seeing her…

“You…you are the secretary that died five years ago,” I said

“Ahmm…about that, well…” she said then walk straight towards me to touch my face but I avoid her so instead she picks something then pick other things

“f**k!….so you are….alive? But that cant be! You were stabbed by the killer and this case is all over the city!” I said

“I touch things and even hold it; you think I am a ghost? I was saved that time and was commanded to stay quiet and leave the place, I have no choice since I don’t have any money to fight for what is right, they want the janitor to take all the fault for everything” she said that shocks me, I feel like the hate within me will explode anytime, f**k those Arsenas! So they just plot all this and put all the blame on my father!!

I hurriedly walk towards the elevator when she stops me

“Wait, I saw the other woman here earlier which is she might be in danger, I mean the worst is she is talking to that spirit, I used to go back here to received money from Arsenas couple, and I always see the spirit upstairs,” she said that confuse me

“Spirit?” I ask

“Yes, I can see him, and he always acts like he is still alive, he almost got me before, but later I realize he is not alive anymore, he is the spirit of the Arsenas couple’s son” she explains which makes me think of something.

“Alright, I will go up and save her, you? do you want to go with me upstairs?” I ask

“No, I can't, if he will see me knowing that I know the truth and what is he doing, I am scared that he might be going to hurt me” she explains and I just nod at her then turn my way to the elevator

When I get there, I can hear Ms. Bernards is talking to someone, s**t! So I guess that is him

I saw them facing each other and talking, I can see that he is still holding his neck like he was being choked or something.

“Well somewhat like that, anyway what are you doing here and who are you? This is my second time to ask you…” he said which the only thing I heard.

So before she answers that I speak before her

“She is my boss and apparently we have a business here,” I said then walk towards them and I can see that indeed he is already a ghost which I guess Ms. Bernards didn’t notice so even he tries to impress me telling me that I am gorgeous, I cannot buy it.

I privately talk to Ms. Bernards when I pulled her going outside the office

“Damn! You shouldn’t do that!” I said

“Why? He needs to know that!” she said

“No!, Mhavel, look closely at him, he is already dead! He is just a spirit” I explain and I can see that she was all shock at it.

We decided to just persuade him since he still thinks that he is still alive but it will not be easy.

He suddenly burst out which pissed him about the question and made Ms. Bernards thrown into the wall.

Though I still feel like he is still a good spirit so I try to dominate them both that was about to fight, of course, Ms. Bernards will never bow down to anyone even you are a ghost!

“Stop…!!! Look, Vincent, we know you are already a ghost and if you really want to stay here then so be it but please tell us what happen the night here before you die!”

I can see that he loosen up and look at us,

“It was my Mom, who killed me and pushes me at the Balcony,” he said that shock us both.

Ms. Bernards was about to say something but we were interrupted by the secretary I just met at the lobby

“And who the f**k are you?” Ms. Bernards said

“She is my mom’s secretary and you both need to be careful now she is not just an ordinary ghost,” he said

“What? You are the ghost Mr. Arsenas, you know from the start that you are a ghost and still pretending that you are alive, you even got me there which why I am now afraid to come up here, but I am worried about them”

She explains that is almost going to cry

“That is a lie! You are the one who lied to me! You are the monster not me!!!” he explained that changes his appearance again and makes all the things around the move.

“Alright, Stop!!!” Ms. Bernards suddenly shouts that literally stops them

“Let’s come up with a plan, we need to resolve this, Sanhia here has a special talent, whenever there is a bad and evil spirits or creature around and hold or touch her skin, they will tend to vanish and die” she explains which I get what she wants to do.

Then Ms. Bernards pick up her cellphone then create a text message and suddenly my cellphone vibrate and I saw her text message.

“I choose to text this to you so they won't hear it or even read our mouth, now here is what you are going to do, you better need to identify which of them is telling a lie and it's all up to you if you are going to kill that bastard or not, I have one on my mind but it's all up to you” – Mhavel

After reading it, she just gives me that gesture like telling me, it's all up to me if I mess well it's all my fault! Damn!

I just step in the middle between the secretary and Vincent

“Alright, are you guys ready to know who is the liar?” I said and they both look determined to prove that they are telling the truth.

“In the count of three she will run to either both of you,” Ms. Bernards said

“One...Two…Three…!!!!” I shout then run towards the one who is lying.

I run to Vincent then stop in front of him, I can see the confusion drawn in his face then suddenly Ms. Bernards move quickly towards the Secretary then holds her both arms behind then shouts

“Now Sanhia!!!” she said and I run towards them and ready to touch the secretary but she suddenly changes into something different form which Ms. Bernards was thrown at the wall that hit her back

The secretary change into a human bug, I don’t know what the f**k is she but seriously I really hate bugs!!!

She was about to attack me when Ms. Bernards grab her wings then kick her hard

“Good that you show your real identity you evil bastard,” Ms. Bernards said

“How…How did the both of you know it??” the human bug ask while blood-spitting in her mouth

“Simple, the time I talk to you at the lobby, I already sense your filthy smell! I will never forget that kind of smell after encountering others like you! I also noticed the kind of skin on your left arm; it wasn’t the skin of a human, I guess you aren’t able to heal that after Mhavel holds your left arm last night, she told me that the night you attacked her, She has a good grip right? Since it is still damaged you cant turn it to human skin for a while, also, you were right, the secretary is all alive, I already know that since last night with my hacker friend! I was just surprised that you even copy her identity, you i***t! So tell me what did we missed?” I explain

“If you are going to ask me how did I know? Really easy dear I already choked Vincent earlier and a bad and evil spirit creature will turn havoc once they smell me coz what they will want is to overthrown my body, and that is why we both decided to do the plan” Ms. Bernards explains

I was amazed by her plan actually so I look at her but I was stunned to see her eyes, s**t, it turns green! What the hell!

I buried my eyes on her that I didn’t know the human bug will about to attack her and so I run fast to cover myself before her and touch the bug’s head and face so it melted into the air.

I was literally shocked right now, but not with that bug but with Ms. Bernards eyes.

She turns her gaze on me and I can see how her eyes suddenly turn to black again

Now she looks bothered staring at me, I guess she already noticed my gesture.

“Did you see it don’t you?” she asks having those weary eyes.

I didn’t say a thing I just give her a silent nod.
