Nicole drove as quickly as she could without breaking the speed limit. What am I missing? she continued to wonder. On her way to Adam’s house, she reviewed what she knew about the property in the few times she had been there during the week. She had seen the front of the property, the back, the side next to Felicia’s house, but she hadn’t actually made it to the other side of the house, the furthest from Felicia’s. She decided to head there first. She had noticed it was more obscure from the street. There was a large tree that blocked that side of the house, perhaps one of the reasons she previously ignored it.
