The Anger In His Eyes “Don't touch me, don't you dare, just get out of my sight.” He said his voice was as strong as steel as he pushed her away from him before her hand could barely touch him. He had his back turned against her and his fist clenched angrily, the cool air from the grand windows suddenly became so hot that he couldn't breathe. This was so unbelievable it was catastrophic he had never imagined such a thing would happen. How could she deceive him? Still couldn't understand why for the past two years they had been together she never brought the subject up. The skeletons in her cupboard, the truth which she had been hiding. What was even more painful was that he had heard it as a rumor which he couldn't believe and that was the most annoying part of it all. He thought she could have brought it up herself, carefully, fearfully coming up to tell him about it, at least it could have been better, it was the anonymous message that was sent to him as a text message on his phone during the board meeting that annoyed him most. Women, you can never trust them. He wanted to say something but the anger in him paralyzed his tongue, how would he face the council and the rest of the pack? How would he tell them this forbidden thing which was bitter for him too to hear? The board meeting had ended in chaos immediately after he had gotten the text message, he didn't even wait or explain to the confused members of the meeting before calling his driver and he drove to the packhouse. He was fuming all through the drive and couldn't wait to confront her. Stupid Wilhelmina had rushed to hug him when he came back, pretending as if nothing had happened. He stood in the lavish and magnificent bedroom, the moonlight dancing in as if mocking him for being angry, his feet set apart as he held his palms closed in anger. He knew that soon his mother would come running to the room and the worst part of it all was that half of the pack could have heard of it. It had never happened before, he was 100% sure that none of the Alphas who ruled before him had made such a mistake. He would be a laughing stock to other Alphas of the northern border when they heard of what happened. He had been deceived by a woman not just any woman but a mere omega whom he had loved. They had said he was deceived by love and they would laugh at him to scorn. He wished she was just an Omega, there was no huge crime in it, just that they were the lowest of all but the bitter parts, the bitter part which he couldn't bring himself to say scratched his heart.
