HATE FOR MATES AND WEREWOLVES

The heavy rain droplets make me shiver, I quickly hurry into the house to take shelter from the rain. I hurriedly remove my heavily soaked coat and smile at the back view of my favourite uncle, the most reliable person ever. I walk up to him, and then greet him with a hug, he shivers from the contact with my wet clothes. "Uncle", I say to get his full attention, "I'm hungry", he chuckles then asks me to head up and change, I happily oblige and run up the stairs to my room. I quickly change out of my clothes then decide to lay in bed for a short while because I exhausted my energy from training in the rain, although the rain was just a mere drizzle when I started my training few hours ago, it soon turned into full blown rain. My chain of thoughts stopped because I hear two loud voices arguing or maybe they were just discussing loudly, it is hard to picture my uncle and his wife having an argument, but then again, anyone can fight, I'm sure they'll settle it. But 30 mins into the argument and their voices get even more louder, I can not hold back my curiosity anymore so I head downstairs, besides I am also very hungry. I quickly run down the stairs but because I focus entirely on their voices, I don't notice "Ginny"— my uncle's pet porcupine on the last stairs, I eventually notice it but it was already too late, I slip trying to avoid it but end falling with my hand landing directly on its body and it's spikes going into my hand, I try my best to hold back my scream as it's really painful. While, I was still processing the pain, my uncle's wife slaps him hard across the face, I gasp in shock, I was still processing that then she picks up a silver knife and stabs him right across the heart, she does it the first time, making my uncle stumble, then again and again, five times, six times, seven times. Until the knife, her hand and her white shirt are completely soaked in his blood. His blood pool flows everywhere, while I'm completely frozen unable to move , still glued to the floor where I fell earlier unable to accept the reality that's unfolding before me, with the porcupines spikes still in my hard, I use the hand to poke myself and it hurt, this is not a dream or nightmare like I had hoped, It was real, as if mocking me, my uncle's wife moved close to me, smiles at me and then just picks up the porcupine. She turns to leave with the porcupine, then I start screaming and running after her or attempting to run, I was still in shock. "Why? What did he do that was so wrong? Why couldn't you forgive him?" She didn't respond clearly not affected by emotional rambling, she smiles, then recites something and my body lifts off the floor and is slammed hard on the wall, she then lifts a heavy table and places it on me to crush my body, and she uses magic to remove the spikes in my hand and put them in both of my legs rendering them immobile and me completely unable to move. "You asked why, it's because he doesn't listen, he is too selfless and too caring. I'm choked up dear and when the coven calls, I must answer, he was simply going to be a burden, it's true he was my fated one but I'll be fine even without him dear, don't hate me ok, I just want to be free, bye I won't kill you because you're an innocent child" With those heartless words, she takes her leave, I cry hard for help but I couldn't move and my uncle's blood already flowed from his lifeless body to where I currently am. I am going to find her and kill her. That was many years ago, I eventually found out she died fulfilling the coven mission she killed my uncle for. She died leaving me with nothing but my hatred. How sad!!
