Chapter 46 CCTV Is the Evidence

619 Words
Was she the informer? Giddel. Aurora curved the corner of her lips into a slight smile. Indeed, as she had predicted. Giddel had always been friends with Lune. Giddel was a decent and honest girl. Lune had deliberately revealed some false information to her and instigated her to submit a report to the administrative board. A student came to inform her. "Aurora, Mrs. Morris wants to talk to you in her office." Aurora nodded and went to the office. In the office, the principal was examining Aurora's school transcript. He had spent a lot of time on it. "Do you wish to talk with me, headmaster?” "Well, Aurora, have a seat over there. Please sit down." The headmaster acted out of his habitual lordly manner but spoke in a warm and kind way. The principal's attitude surprised Aurora slightly. She hadn’t expected the situation. "What can I do for you, headmaster?" Aurora picked a seat by his side and rested herself before she asked. Elysia, who sat on a chair next to Foster’s couldn’t cover her resentment very well. She did not expect the principal would treat Aurora in such a polite way. "Principal, this is Aurora, a straight F student. Her only strong suit is cheating on her exams. I strongly recommend the administrative board expel  her from our school, the sooner the better!" Elysia was very angry as she thought about the pictures posted on the campus’ forum today. She would never let Aurora beat her so easily. She would kick her out of the school. The principal was talking to Aurora. His face was full of displeasure because of the interpretation. "Mrs. Morris. Remember your identity as a teacher. You should behave yourself decently, you should set a model for your students." The principal just wanted to remind her of two things. At first, he wanted to blame for her openly improper behavior. And then, he wanted to remind her that if she wanted to accuse others, she would have to provide sufficient evidence. In a word, the principal was not satisfied with Elysia. He was extremely dissatisfied. Elysia clenched her fists and kept silent. Aurora looked straight forward into the principal’s eyes, "I didn't cheat, headmaster." Aurora spoke in a very stable manner. She managed to restrain herself from being rude and she did not show any trace of fear. She behaved neither humbly nor pushy. The principal appreciated the manner in which she carried herself. Commendation glittered in his eyes. "Miss. Foster, you’ve done very well in this monthly exam." "Can you pass on your tips to me? You achieved such a great improvement in such a short time." "Well...” Aurora paused. What were her tips? The tips of learning were no more than hard work. Working hard on your text books. Working hard on your exercises books.  On the other hand, Aurora had a stronger memory than that of ordinary people, which gave her an advantage. "Principal, maybe it’s only luck. It just so happened that I could deal with most of the questions." Aurora didn’t provide much detail. Elysia was angry at these words, she couldn’t help but interrupting again. "Foster, cheating is cheating, copying is copying, you just copied what you’ve been able to, how dare you claim that you’ve mastered the knowledge!" Aurora rolled her eyes. She did not expect Elysia to be so impatient. "I want to make it clear that I did not cheat on the exam." Aurora confronted her face to face. "CCTV Is the Evidence!” Mrs. Morris pointed to the computer nearby.
