I checked everything in the room until the evening. When I saw that the closets were full of women's clothes, I went into the bathroom and took a shower without questioning. Even if I were a prisoner, I couldn't be dirty. There was a jacuzzi in my bathroom. While I was having fun at it, I imagined that this was a spa center and not Kutay's house, but reality prevented that. After I got out of the bathroom, I put on the sweatpants I found in the closet and lay on the bed. There was no phone, no computer. Moreover, there were no books.
I was about to die of boredom. I was also hungry. While I was looking out the window, I saw Kutay coming. When his gaze met mine instantly, I closed the curtain with greed. I didn't even want to see his face. This man who took my freedom away from me had no right over me. I sat on the bed and waited for him to come into the room, but he didn't.
While I was questioning why he hadn't come, the door key was turned and a woman entered. It was obvious that she was one of the women working in this house. She was wearing a white shirt and black pants. She looked like a middle-aged and very sweet woman. “Ms. Belemir, the table is ready downstairs. Mr. Kutay is waiting for you at the table,” she said.
I frowned. Look at the gentleman! He was calling to his feet.
“Tell your boss, I will not eat with him!” I shouted.
I raised my voice so he could hear. The woman looked at me in surprise and said, “Ms. Belemir, Mr. Kutay is very angry, if you wish, do not make him angry any more. Follow me, please!” If she was angry, she was angry. I did not care.
I shook my head. “Tell him I do not want it,” I said and pointed to the door. Actually, I was not such a disrespectful girl. When the woman left the room, I heard the sound of plates breaking downstairs. Even though I was scared, I tried to control myself.
My heart was beating in my mouth as I heard his footsteps. He entered the room with a bang not long after. His eyes were bursting with fire. The shirt he was wearing looked like it was going to explode.
“Why don’t you come downstairs?” she asked.
In response to the question he asked through his teeth, I sat on the bed and crossed my legs. Kutay, watching my movements, could see that he was getting more and more angry.
“Belemir, don’t test my patience!” he shouted. I stood up and stood in front of him. “Let me go then,” I said.
He acted as if he didn’t hear what I said and said, “Go downstairs and eat your food. I won’t be at the table.”
I hit his chest. “Didn’t you hear what I said to you?” I asked.
I continued to hit his chest. He grabbed my arms and pressed our bodies together. I could feel all his limbs.
“Belemir,” he said. The tone in his voice was terrifying.
“Can’t you just keep up with me? Why are you making things difficult?” he asked.
I began to struggle with the illogicality of the questions. Who did he think I was? Or did he think I was one of the Barbie dolls he used?
“I don’t know what your purpose is, but I am not the woman you sleep in and out of at night and I never will be!” I stated.
Kutay said, “That’s not my purpose, anyway!” Then, what was his purpose? While the number of question marks in my mind was increasing, Kutay did not answer any of them.
“What more do you want from me?” he asked.
He did not answer, said, “Eat your food,” and left the room. I threw myself on the bed in anger. If I stayed here any longer, I would go crazy. I had to find my phone and get out of here. I was sure it was in his room. If I left the room and acted normally, he might not get suspicious.
After going down the stairs, I was greeted by a large living room. There were two sofa sets in the living room. There was a large television across from the gray and modern sofa set, while the black sofa set looked directly at the garden. There was a bar right across from the dining table. There were many different types of drinks at the bar. I went to the wide and long dining table and sat down. I put something on my plate and started eating.
While I was eating my food, Kutay asked, “Have you decided to be a good girl?” and I lifted my head from the plate.
He poured himself a whiskey from the bar. He leaned his hips on the bar counter and started sipping. I continued eating my food. I realized that his eyes were on me. Why was he looking at me so intently?
He had looked at me so intently in the car yesterday. “Do you live alone?” I asked. He shook his head. “I live with you,” he said.
If he had known me before, I would have thought he was in love with me or something, but we had just seen each other for the first time. Otherwise, it would only be in Dreame books or something.
“I lived alone before you,” he said. I shook my head.
When I finished eating, I said, “Tell me about the house.” It was obvious that he didn’t understand what I meant as he looked at me in surprise. The house was a mess. My only concern was to find the phone and call Aden or the police.
Kutay put down the glass in his hand and shook his head. We went out to the garden first. There were a lot of guards in the park. They bowed their heads when they saw us. In fact, those who were close to us had left. There was a huge pool. There was a pergola right next to the pool. You could see from here that the pergola was opening and closing. Then we went to the kitchen. I was surprised by the number of people working in the kitchen.
“Come on, Mr. Kutay,” said a blonde girl.
“We are touring the house. You mind your own business,” said Kutay.
Although they were all surprised, they didn’t say anything and just looked at us. I have fallen in love with the kitchen. It was furnished in white and red. When I left the kitchen, he took me upstairs.
“Your room and guest rooms are on this floor,” he said, and I showed him the upper floor. “What’s there?” I asked.
“My room and my study,” he said. He was definitely in the study room.
“I want to see those too,” he said, and he nodded. When we went upstairs, I was surprised by the white furniture, although I expected everything to be black. He must have sensed my surprise because he asked, “Do you know Ying Yang, Belemir?” I nodded. He believed that there was white somewhere in there.
His room was twice the size of the one he gave me. There was a huge TV across from his bed. There was sports equipment and a punching bag in one corner. He must have owed his body to these. Three doors opened from inside his room. When we entered the first one, I saw his clothes. One side was filled with only his suits. Sweatpants, jeans, belts… All of them were extremely expensive items. When I saw that the other side of the dressing room was empty, I asked, “Why is it empty?”
He didn’t answer and went out. When I followed him out, we entered from the other door. A huge bathroom welcomed us. There was a jacuzzi in the middle of the bathroom. Although my room also had a jacuzzi, this one was better. There was also a shower cabin. There were cosmetic products in one corner. It was obvious that he was well-maintained.
When we left here, we went to study. There were bookshelves covering three walls. There was also a desk right in front of the French balcony. My phone must be somewhere around here. While thinking about what to do, I grinned when I remembered something. I pretended to take a book from one of the upper shelves and climbed onto the stool next to the bookcase. I groaned as I deliberately threw myself on the ground.
I held my wrist and said, “It hurts,” falsely.
Kutay hurriedly knelt down and touched my wrist. I said, “Don’t touch it,” so that he would think it hurt when he touched it.
While checking my wrist, he said, “Wait, here. I’m coming downstairs to get some cream,” and left the room. When he left, I stood up and started rummaging through the drawers of the desk, but I couldn’t find anything. I felt a breath on my neck as I searched for the last drawer.
Was it normal for him to come so quickly? While I was frozen, he put his lips to my ear. “Are you looking for this?” he said and showed me the phone in his hand. How did he know? While I was still standing with my back to him, he turned it to himself. “I knew what your purpose was from the beginning, Belemir,” he said.
I was surprised at how smart he was. As I looked at him without answering, “Did you think I was stupid?” I was startled by his roar, but I said through my teeth, "Don't shout, you have no employees! You left me no other way!" He grabbed my arm hard and said, "I told you to behave, Belemir. You will never get your phone back until I trust you."
This was unfair. He would never have the strength to keep me here.
I approached him and said, "As soon as possible,
I will get rid of you,” he laughed coldly.
“Even if your father, Omer, forced you to do something, you wouldn’t want to see his lifeless body, would you? Or your mother,” he said, and the boiling water poured down on me. He was threatening me with my family.
All I could say was, “I hate you.”
