Dana's Point of view
Everything went dark. After a while the chloroform began to wear off, and my senses woke again. I felt something hanging around my neck, but when I tried to take it off, I realized my hands were tied together. "She is waking up." An unfamiliar gruff male voice stated. I was not going to let them know how scared I was, or how much my head pounded, so I kept me eyes shut and laid still. I was in a car, because I could fell its fluid movements. "My queen, are you awake?" Another male voice asked, but this was almost gentle. I opened one eye and looked at the direction the voice came from. "Yes... But what do you want with me?" My head was spinning with the pain and confusion. "Don't worry your highness, everything will be explained soon. We are almost to our destination." He gave me smile and turned around in the passenger seat again. "Jayden, can you hear me?" I tried mind-linking but was met with a block, that was not from me. "Oh yeah, I would not try mind-linking or using any of your powers. The amulet around your neck has a magical block worked into it, so it will absorb all your attempts." Something told me, that if I really wanted to break the amulet, and get free then I could do so easily, but right now I would play the scared victim, and see where this was going. "Who are you, and what do you want with me?" I made sure to put some fright in my voice, so my captures didn't get too suspicious. "Everything will be answered in due time, and where we are headed. We are headed to Lord Tony's mansion. Everywhere is being searched by the young king." My heart skipped a beat. So Jayden was looking for me? "Yah, well that will only be temporary, until Clarissa gets her way with him." Someone else behind be laughed. The man in the passenger seat hissed at him, and he stopped laughing abruptly.
After a few moments later the car slowed down, and a man asked if the men in the car had an appointment? When they were confirmed, a gate was opened. I tried to listen to any marks on my whereabouts, so I could form a plan to return home. It was weird how Jaydens family mansion had become home in such a short time. But it was, and he was. I just wanted to be curled up to my Jayden and feel the tingles and butterflies me gave me every day. We drove for a few more minutes, before the car came to a full stop, and the doors were opened. I was led out of the car by the man, who had spoken friendly to me. "Welcome to your new home, your highness." A man in a server’s uniform informed me. "This is not and will never be my home. I am sorry if I'm being rude, but my home is where my mate is and that is not here." The server looked a tad confused, "but your mate is waiting with excitement for your arrival?" My breath became erratic, "Jayden is here?" He shook his head, looking even more confused than ever. "No, your highness, Lord Tony is here? Why would the young king be here? He has his mate, Miss Clarissa with him?" The server wasn't lying. He truly believed me to be the mate of this Tony guy, and Clarissa the mate of my Jayden. "This is all very fascinating, but you have been lied to. I'm the fated mate to king Jayden, and not this Tony guy. I kindly ask for you to return me now." The servers’ eyes widened in shock. "I am afraid the young queen hit her head when we rescued her, she is not feeling well." The gruff man from before quickly said, and the server only nodded.
I had noticed how my ability to sense lies were still working, that meant only my active powers were restricted by the amulet on my neck. This was a relief, because now I still could see through all lies, and therefore know what to believe or not. Unless it was a servant who firmly believed in the lies, they had been told. This was frustrating to say the least, and my head still pounded. "If you will follow me, please, and Lord Tony instructed me to say that the young queen were to be able to move freely." He gave my handcuffs a disgusted look. That was a lie, but he was good at it and the men took the cuffs off. I send him a grateful look, "may I ask, what is your name Sir?" I asked in my most polite and innocent tone. "My name is Victor, and I am head of the household here." He gave me a genuine smile. We walked inside, and the mansion was fabulous decorated. It had an old vibe to its style, but the furniture and walls were all held in light colors. The house wasn’t as big as Jaydens, but it screamed money and power non the less. I was led to a study, where this handsome man was sitting. "Ah. Dana my sweet and beautiful queen, finally you have arrived. I hope your trip was pleasant?" I raised at his tone of voice. "I assume you to be Lord Tony?" I asked in a bored tone. "Yes my love, indeed I am." He sends me what was supposed to be a loving smile, but more seemed like a light sneer. "Aha. Well Lord Tony, it is indeed a pleasure for you to meet me, but I am not sure the other way around. Now that we have met, I would like to be returned to Jayden and my home, please." He definitely sneered this time,” you belong to me now, and this your home. I will not tolerate this kind of attitude, not even from my mate. You do better remember this, Dana!" I openly rolled my eyes at him. "Uh huh. This is very fun and all, but I will not tolerate to be talked to like that, nor will I tolerate to be abducted from my home by some power-hungry vampire with a king complex." I didn't get to finish before he was before me and slapped me to the ground. "Be careful my dear. I am in charge now, and you will do what I say. You will bear my heir soon, and he will become the next king to this world. As soon as the stupid b***h Clarissa has found a way to break your bond with that fool Jayden, I will mark you are together we will rule the world of vampires. But I of cause must kill Jayden first, and everything will be set into motion as soon as Clarissa fore fill her end of this deal." His words gave me nausea and I wanted to vomit on him. I had nothing to say back and figured it was best to play along for the time being.
"So, you plan on killing Jayden? Well good luck with that. I am tired, will someone please show me to where I am sleeping? Unless you plan on courting me while being held in the dungeon?" I looked at Tony though my lashes and gave me a sly little smile. "Well, this is better. And regarding Jayden, he will die no matter what happens. I have more than one plan on his behalf." I swallowed and nodded, not able to trust my voice. "Victor, please escort the queen to her quarters, and make sure she is comfortable. We eat dinner at 7." I followed Victor out in the hall, up the stairs and to a room on the 3rd floor. I was sure this was deliberate so I couldn't escape through a window. "This is your rooms your highness, and I will send up something to drink and a snack." He seemed so sweet and genuine. "Thank you, Victor. Please call me Dana, and the drink and snacks sounds nice." He walked out, and left me to explore my new temporary home.

Jaydens Point of view
It has been two weeks since Dana was taken, and to say it was going crazy was an understatement. I missed her so, so much. Her warm body, her smile, her sass and her kiss. I missed how she didn't take s**t from anyone and would put me straight if I was over line. I missed how she was always encouraging everyone around her to the best version of themselves, even without knowing she was doing it.
We had been searching for her high and low, in all homes belonging to high-ranking members of the vampire world. Especially those who had ties to Clarissa but have had no luck so far. Everyone was swearing to not know anything about Dana's whereabouts. Clarissa had not told us anything worthwhile, and I still couldn't believe her. She has incanted Mikey so get information’s, and then left him in the belief that he had lost his fated mate. The only good thing that had come out of this was Mikey actually finding his fated mate, a girl named Sofia. She was the youngest daughter of a wealthy family, who had been thrilled to find out Mikey was my head worrier and a personal friend. Sofia was a sweet girl, and I would make sure she would become Dana's lady’s maid when she returned. Both had been helping the search relentlessly. "Jayden!!" I was interrupted in my depressed thoughts by a yell from the hall. Storm, Max, Mikey and Sofia came running inside, "Jayden?!" Storm yelled again. "Jeez Storm, I am right here, what is it?" I said annoyed by his loud tone. "Do you remember that we put enchanted security cameras up in Clarissa’s cell?" I remembered like it was yesterday.
Nearly two weeks earlier.
"What are we going to do? She is not talking, and we have tried everything. The torture doesn't even help." Mikey said with a frustrated sigh. "I think I may have an idea?" Max said with a thoughtful glint in his eyes. I nodded for him to continue, "well, we already know Clarissa gets visits in the cell, because word spread when we arrested her, and put her down there. Even with the magic blocking her mind-link and vampire abilities." I sighed, we knew someone in the house was in this with Clarissa, but we couldn't figure who, or how they did it seeing as we all took turns to guard her cell. "Well, I believe we can out smart them. If Aron is willing to disguise himself and go with us next time we interrogate her, he can put up enchanted cameras, that will show people even under a magic cloak. And we will be able to hear what they are talking about." The plan was great, which I made sure to tell Max.
Nothing had happened since, and I was starting to think they knew what we had done. "Yes, I remember that clearly. Why?" I asked Storm, who now had a wide smile on his face. "Well, take a look at this." He then showed me the tablet we had hooked the cameras up to. There on the screen was Clarissa in her cell, and... WTF?! That sneaky son of a b***h! "Tony" I growled out... I pressed on play to hear their conversation. "Tony what took you so long? Where have to been for almost two weeks. Don't tell me that little b***h takes so much of your time already." She rolled her eyes, but he didn't seem faced by her. "What I do with my queen is none of your business Clarissa. But if you really want to know, we are having a really good time together, and she is behaving like the good little girl she is. And she is twice the queen than you. Dana is starting to believe what I tell her, and her belief in Jayden recurring her is going thinner by the day. But that is not why I'm here." He gave a fuming Clarissa a smirk, and a small flask of some sort. "This is what you need to seduce that moron Jayden, and then you'll need to say this spell over him to get rid of her mark." He gave her a piece of paper. "Make sure to do it soon. I want my heir in her, and I want my mark on her. Not that i***t! It is a disgrace he marked her." My blood was boiling. f*****g Tony had her. He had hidden her and made sure to stay in the shadows and made Clarissa do all the dirty work. "If he has touched one hair on Dana’s head, I am going to slowly rip him apart!" My eyes were black as coal now, "get our men. We are going to get our queen and my mate back!" Mikey stood up, "what about Clarissa?" I smiled a cold smile, "Dana is going to kill her when she is back, and I will her have that pleasure." Everyone nodded, and we headed out.
Danas Point of view
It had been almost two weeks. I was growing ever impatient, but I was also realistic. To rescue someone took time, and if Jayden truly didn't know where I was or who had me, it could take months. I was not planning on staying here that long. I was finally able to break the magic of the amulet a few days ago and now I had all my powers and abilities back. I had been trying mind-link every day to reach Jayden but to no avail. He was far from me, and I couldn't reach him. I had to find another way home.
Tony was growing very impatient with me, and the lack of interest I showed him. He had been trying to woo me, but every time I said or did something he didn't like I would be hit by him. The last few times i had hit him right back, and it had served me some time in his cells. On the other hand, I was getting closer with some of the servants here and the man from the care who had been almost sweet. He had defended me every time Tony would hit me and protect me from his wrath. He hadn't left my side since I came here, and I found out his name was George. He had been loyal to the true vampire king for centuries. The Jayden found me, and Tony had made George believe that I was truly his mate and not Jaydens, and Jayden was egoistic because he desired me and nothing else. George had agreed to abduct me, and bring me to Tony, but he had also had his doubts. "Good morning my queen." George stood outside my cell. Yes, I was here again, living on nothing but a little bread and some water. Or so Tony believed. He didn't know George, Victor and some others had become very loyal to me and made sure I ate and drink enough. "Good morning, George. Did you sleep well?" He had been gone for a few days and came back this morning apparently. "Yes, my queen. But may I ask why you are back in here?" I grinned. "I may or may not have talked back and told Tony he sounds like a 5yo throwing a tantrum when he is angry." George rolled his eyes, but they held smiles. He then suddenly looked at my amulet. He muttered something, but nothing happened. "My, my. I must say, you are one powerful young woman. No one have ever broken my amulets before." My mouth dropped open. "Your amulet? You mean... But how and why?" He smiled, "I am a half-blood. My mother was a witch, and my father was a vampire. I can live forever with my abilities. But I also have magic at my disposal." I nodded at this new information. "So that is why you know this doesn't work anymore?" I asked. "Yes, and I must say I am very impressed. I knew you were powerful because of the type of amulet I had to make. But you broke its magic." He gave me a big toothy smile. "My queen, you are truly special, and I hereby pledge my loyalty to you, and swear to protect you until my final days." I felt a bond create itself and knew he had made it. He had bound himself to me and my destiny.

Two days later Victor came running in my room. He looked bewildered, and sort of panicked. "Victor what is going on? Why do you look like you have seen a ghost?" He gestured for me to look out of my window, and there outside the mansion was. "JAYDEN!" I screamed his name, and he looked up. He had found me; he had come for me. He had not given up, even though I had full confidence in my bond to Jayden, some days those dark thoughts had taken over, and I had feared he would for get me and take someone else. But here he was, just outside the door, handsome as ever! Goddess I had missed him! Everything about him. He was my home, my love and my entire world. His dark expression softened, but before either of us could do anything I felt someone grab me by my hair. "You are not going anywhere sweetheart." I heard Tonys cold voice in my ear, and then everything went dark.
Not again.
