Dana's Point of view

When everything was going dark, I felt a surge of power inside me that chased the darkness away. I stayed limp in Tony's arms as to not alarm him of anything. This was going to go down! I had not done anything to him yet, but my patience was wearing thin, and I wanted to be in Jaydens arms. The two weeks I had been here, I had tried to get an idea of what Tony wanted with me, and it was clear he wanted to mate with me, have me pregnant yesterday and make sure he could take Jaydens place as high king. But he had no idea that Jayden wasn't just a high king, but a supreme king. I am the queen, and I will not tolerate this anymore. He is going to regret ever interfering with my life and trying to take me away from my love! Tony also had no idea that the amulet didn't work anymore. I had kept in on me, so only George knew I had my powers again. They were flowing inside me, just waiting on my command and be set free. I had been training with Aron for these scenarios, and I was prepared. Tony would not know what hit him, before it was too late. I didn't want to kill him pr say, but I was going to do what I had to keep everyone alive. And if this meant his live, then it was what it was.   

 As I was thinking this, I felt Tony drag me downstairs. He was going to Jayden, probably trying to escape with me. But he had another thing coming, if he thought he was going anywhere with me again, but for now I would play along. I started stirring in his grasp and I felt it tightened. "So, the queen is awake. Fitting you wake up to see me kill that weak king of yours." Tony hissed. I rolled my eyes. I was done being polite to this man! He had been a good host at my stay, and if I kept him thinking there was a small chance of a future, he had even been charming - as charming a crazy, power hungry, chauvinistic son of a b***h could be. I was done being the afraid little girl! I was the queen of the vampires, and I was going to show this sorry excuse of a man what happens when you mess with me and my family. "So, you actually think you have a chance against my mate? Pff even I can take you down!" I said rolling my eyes. Tony sneered at me and showed me to the ground. "Tony leave my mate alone. It is not her you want, it is me." Jayden sneered. Tony laughed, "oh it is definitely her I want. All of her! And when I rid her of that disgusting mark of yours, she will be mine. In every aspect!" He licked his lips as he looked at me. I shuddered; it was a revolting thought. "See, she wants it too. Don't worry my dear, as soon as I kill this sorry excuse of a king, you and I are going to rule together, and our children will be strong and rule after us." I heard growling all around me, and realized both Storm, Jordyn, Max, Sami, Aron and a lot of our guards was there as well. Tony's attention was momentarily shifted away from me, and I took the opportunity push him away from me, and down to the ground with my powers. I stood up, keeping my hold on him in the ground in front of me! "You will never be a match for either me or my mate Lord Tony. And I will never leave Jayden! EVER!" My temper was raising, and my aura grew darker with every second. I could feel how everyone else cowered away from me on fear. One person seemed unfazed and came straight up to me and put his warm strong arms around my waist. I had missed him so much the two weeks we were apart, and I inhaled his sweet scent. I felt my body relax and was aware of my powers keeping a hold on Tony on the ground. It was just a small presence in my mind, a place keeping me aware of the man trembling under my anger. 

Jayden let his hands stroke my arms. "Easy my love. Let him off your powers, and we will take him into custody. I look into those deep forest green eyes I had missed so much. I felt myself get lost in his green orbs, and in that second it was just Jayden and I there. He closed the gap between us, and I almost melted under the heat in his sweet kiss. Everything inside me reached out to Jayden, and I felt our souls connect once again. The void that had been grown inside of me was filled once again. "I am not sure I want to let him go just yet." I said with a smirk, when our lips parted. Jayden gave me a look, and I sighed. I looked to Tony who was still under my hold on the ground, he had a look of hatred and disgust in his eyes. I slowly let him go, and he got to his feet. "Lord Tony. I am arresting you for the k********g of our queen and my mate Dana Sanders Hamilton. I will decide your fate with my mate later." As Jayden was finishing, I was something out of the corner of my eye. I pushed Jayden out of the way and caught the object in midair. One of Tony's hence men had thrown a silver dagger at Jayden. I turned the dagger around and threw it at the man. It hit him in the chest, and he yelled in pain. With my attention drawn to the man, Tony had tried to attack Jayden. I was beyond furious! How dare he attack my mate. Not that Jayden couldn't defend himself, he was more than capable of that, but I was not going to let anyone, or anything happened to him! I threw Tony of off him before anyone had time to react and bashed him into a tree. I then ran to him, picked him up and stared into his eyes. "That was very stupid Lord Tony. No one touches what is mine. Not Clarissa, not you, not anyone." My voice was deadly calm. He gulped and tried to reason with me, but I wasn't having it. I dragged his ass over to the guards. "Take him back to the dungeons, and make sure he is held there. I will do the punishment myself. Lord Tony, I sentence you to death! No one disrespects me, my mate or try to kill either of us. I am setting an example out of you!" My voice had a commanding tone to it, and I knew it was my queen aura coming out though my words. They were absolute! Jayden came to me and crushed me to his chest. "You heard your queen." He stated. The guards looked me with awe, before they all bowed and then took Tony away. 

Out of the mansion came the staff. Jayden growled, but I hushed him. "They are not the enemy babe. They have been taken care of me under my stay here." Behind the staff George came scurrying out. I couldn't help but laugh at his antics. "You aren't just leaving George. Are you?" I asked bashfully. He gave me a crooked smile. "I wouldn't dream of it my queen. But I wasn't sure how the young king would feel at my presence." When the attention was shifted to George, a lot of growls were heard from my family around me. Before I could react, Storm and Max had grabbed George and held him down. They were both seething in anger towards the hybrid. "Who and what are you? And why was your scent all over the garden where the queen was kidn*pped from?" Jayden asked through clenched teeth. I rolled my eyes at my overprotective males - all three of them. "Guys, would you please let him go. He was tricked to believe I was imposing on Jayden, and not the rightful queen here. He is a hybrid between wizard and vampire, and he is my friend!" The guys gave me the 'you can't be serious' look. "Okay, listen. George had been protecting me here and made sure I have been treated with respect. He has not left my side, unless absolutely necessary and he has been my friend from the start." I said in earnest. Storm and Max reluctantly let him go. George stood up and gave me a bright smile. "I apologize for my role in the queens k********g, but I have dedicated my life to her. She is special and I will serve her and your young king to my end." Jayden looked suspicious, but after a minute he smiled and extended his hand. "It is Jayden, please." He spoke. "My name is George, and I am honored to be serving the true royals again." 

I looked over the others. Victor, Melly, Dexter and Holly all stood there and didn't know what to say or do. They were somewhat accomplishing to my k********g as well, but they were following orders. I knew they didn't want to hold me against my will, but they also couldn't go against their master. "Jayden this is Victor, Melly, Dexter and Holly. They were the staff here and has been nothing but good to me." I looked up at him. He nodded to each of them as I introduced. "I want them to come and live and work with us. Please." I added the please in the end, knowing he couldn't deny me. Jayden shook his head with a smile on his luscious lips, "well, my queen has already deemed you good people and who am I do not deny her. If you want, you can have home with us and work in our home. It is the least I can do for the people who have helped my mate." All of them nodded eagerly and disappeared to get their stuff. 

We had sent guards to search the house and grounds for more of Tony's men, but they had all disappeared when we apprehended him. So, the hunt was in, and Jayden ordered his guards to make a schedule and search in teams after them. They had their scents and would take them into custody. I was very happy and content at Jaydens side and couldn't believe he had actually come for me. 

As we were on our way back, Jayden got a call. It his father. "We have a visitor when we get home. I am sorry my love. I was hoping we could get reacquainted, but that will have to wait a little." He said with a mischievous smirk playing on his lips. I laughed. "As long as I get to shower first. I feel dirty and want to get cleaned up a little before meeting with our guest." I smirked back at him, and he caught my not-so-subtle hint. "Storm you will meet with our gust and explain the situation. I am going to help my queen getting cleaned up before we join you." Storm chuckled. "As long as I am not going to entertain him/her for hours on end. I have a mate of my own, you know." Jayden's face showed pure shock. "Eew, I don't want to know what you do with my sister." He said in horror. "Yeah, same bro. Same." Storm chuckled. The drive home was fun and easy. We were talking, and Jayden always had a hand on me, never letting go. He was probably afraid I would disappear if he let me go for a second. I didn't mind though, it was nice having the tingles from my mate, and the calming feeling he gave me. The guys filled me in on what had happened at home, and how Clarissa had tried to replace me, merely hours after I had been kidn*pped clamming, I had run away. "I want her dead Jayden! I will not let her have another chance of trying to get to you, or me for that matter." He was quiet for a while. "She is right man. Clarissa was in on the k********g, she said it herself. And you know she will keep trying." Max came to the rescue, while Storm nodded from the driver’s seat. Jayden sighed, and then nodded. "You don't agree? After everything she's done?" I asked annoyed. "Of because I do. But... Well, my dad told me she was gone. Someone has helped her to escape after we all took off to get you." "What?" I growled. "How in the goddess’s name did she manage to get someone to help her escape, and why now?" I asked. Jayden looked a mix between angry and sad. "I don't know baby. But we will find her. She can't hide anywhere. Not when everyone knows she is wanted. As for who helped her." He shrugged his shoulders. I couldn't believe someone would betray Jayden and me for her. How in the world did she manage? The guys had told me she was in isolation. Only visited by trusted men and had cameras recording all the time. "The cameras?" I asked, but Jayden shook his head. "They knew they were there, or they were extremely cautious. The cameras didn't get who helped her." I was fuming inside, and Jayden lifted me to his lap. "We will get her my love. I promise." He cooed in my ear. I took a deep relaxing breath and nodded. She was free now, but I would get her and make her pay for trying to take what is mine. 

When we reached the mansion, Jaydens father was waiting outside with someone I didn't know. He was a tall guy, muscles everywhere, dark skin, black hair cut off on the sides and long in the middle. It was put in a ponytail. He had deep brown, dark chocolate eyes and a tension to his posture. We reached the men and exited the cars. When Sami got out of hers a loud growl was heard from then man, and then he roared 'MINE' and rushed to Sami. She was taken by surprise when the man lifted her up, and almost dry humped her against the vehicle. All the guys hissed and sneered at the guy, who clearly couldn't care less. "Okay enough!" I commanded the guys, and the settled down. I went over to the couple and saw Sami's confused eyes. The man had his head in the crook of her neck and inhaled deeply. "You can put her down now, or I will help you put her down!" I said to the man, who turned his head to look at me. He growled, but I was not having it. Jayden was agitated, but I held my hand up, and he backed off. A smirk playing on his lips, he knew my patience was wearing thin. "Last chance teddy bear, put my sister down!" He snorted, and I had enough. With a swift movement I separated Sami and the rude guy. I kept Sami from hitting the ground and held the man in place. His eyes widened and then he scowled. "Give me my mate back, or else." "Oh no. You are not getting anything before you explain yourself properly. My sister is not a toy, and you will behave yourself around her!" The last part was said in a cold icy voice. A strange power surged through me. The man straightened up. "My name is Benjamin Black. Alpha of the White Mountain pack. And that gorgeous girl right there is my mate. I apologize for my behavior, but my wolf in on edge and he craves his mate." His eyes looked sad for a moment. "She is my second chance, and I really don't want to lose her." He gave Sami a small smile. She put her hand on my arm. "Let him go Dana. I recognize him as my mate as well, and I can handle myself." She said the last part while looking at Benjamin. His smile got wider. As I relished him, Sami went to him. "I came here to challenge the high king for stealing my first mate, and here I get a second chance. A princess at that." I raised my brow, "uhm... I have never been your mate?" I said utterly confused. Benjamin chuckled, "not you, Clarissa. You know the high kings chosen mate." I shook my head. "She is not Jaydens chosen anything. I am Dana, Jaydens fated mate and his queen." Benjamin's eyes went wide. "My apologies your highness, I was not aware. But know that I know, I should have been aware - your aura scream royalty." Jayden came and placed his arms around me, "so you are Sami's mate. Are you accepting her, or are you going to play with her?" "Ugh JAYDEN! Behave." I rolled my eyes. Of cause he was not going to toy with my sister, or he would be paying the price. "I am very much accepting her. She is everything I ever wished for." Benjamin looked at Sami with adoration. 

"Well, I want to know what the hell is happening, and how you are my twin sisters’ mate. And about Clarissa. Are Sami going to move now?" Storm sounded kind of broken. "Yes, let's go inside and talk. We are all very curious." Jayden started walking and everyone followed. "This here is Blaine, and she will show you your new accommodations, and where to work." Jayden told the staff from Tony's. They went with her, as we walked to the living room.

This was going to be interesting.
