When Cole and. Kyle arrived, Kyle had a plate full of food with him. " Hey, how come all the food served at the buffet is not vegetarian." Kyle asked me to which I had no reply. I was glad when Cole changed the story. " dude, look at the size of that swan." Kyle looked at the swan which I have to say, I did not see. I also turned to see and it was really big. " Hey man, I didn't see you at the game this afternoon." Before I could reply, the man I had met at the gate came and informed me that my father expected me to go to him. At once I left with him. I soon learnt that his name is Sam. Sam led me to my father's study where I found him with another man and my father introduced him to me saying that they were old friends and business partners. He also said that soon he would be my father in law.

Just wait, maybe you will love her, don't be rushed son, think this through." My father said to me as we stood on the balcony after everyone had left. " you know you can't just show up now and expect to control my life after being absent for most of it." I said with anger on my face. " Look son, I'm sorry ...I was just trying to help because it's custom that at the age of 18, the Alpha gets engaged and your 18th birthday is two months away. Abd and this arrangement is final. We moved into his study and he made a comment about me being as stubborn as a mule like my mother. It's my life." I said angrily to my father who looked troubled by my refusal to marry the girl. My father looked ready to throw something out the window and rubbed a hand through his hair making it look messy and sighed tiredly " come on Axle, just meet her she's in the next room. I walked out of the study and into the hallway but stopped when I heard voices coming out of one of the many rooms. '' Dad, you can't make me marry the Alpha, we don't live in the middle ages. And besides, I don't know him. Are you really going to make me marry some stranger? I mean, you don't know him, I don't know him. How can we really trust him?" The girl from earlier said, sounding both sad and frustrated, " give him a chance Sunshine, you can't judge him before you get to know him, okay, just meet him once and we shall see where to go from here alright?" The man said and I soon heard footsteps heading my way and so I quickly turned into a different room which turned out to be a bedroom. A few moments later, I heard my father calling me and I followed the sound of his voice to an office. This place is huge. I think I will need a map to find my way around. In an armchair sat a pretty girl with black hair and fair skin. Next to her sat a man I supposed was her father.

The next day we had our first exams and I was nervous. I never once got a C in my life and don't want to start now. Luckily I always turned in my assignments so that was in the bag. I also have to deal with Danny. The day was uneventful till lunch time when I spotted Danny coming out of one of the professor's rooms and then some five minutes later, I was called in and told that I was under suspicion of cheating. Okay, I don't know what Danny did but I have never cheated in an exam in my entire life so why would I start now. I was given a warning and let off because they couldn't find any evidence that proved that I had cheated. School was a breeze and I occasionally went to the dorm room where Cole told me that he and Sue were now dating. I remember when I met her. She was babysitting her nieces and even though they seemed to be a handful, she never once lost patience with them. One of the girls bumped into me smearing her ice cream on me and she profusely apologised to me on behalf of the Little trouble maker. I could see why Cole is in love with her. Kyle went home to visit his parents. Which means that Cole is alone. I think I will invite him over but not today because today I start my werewolf training.

My father led me to the forest that was near my granny's house. I had been wondering where we were going until we reached a cave. He wolfed out and entered, leaving me standing there confused. I looked around for a while then I heard his voice calling me from inside the cave so I entered. I expected to see cave walls and a rock base but instead, it was a well furnished luxurious room that I saw. It was painted light blue with a bunch of chairs that were placed in a circle and on the walls were various little bottles with a deep blue liquid in them but there was one particular bottle with a black liquid in it. Five people occupied some of the chairs. One was a lady who had a fierce look on her face. She had her hair in a ponytail and her family e was painted with red, blue and black. She wore a frown on her face and slouched slightly in her seat. She straightened up when she saw me and so did the other four people. My father trounced them all to me and I learnt that they were siblings tasked with keeping the rest of the pack safe.
