CHAPTER FOUR

END OF FLASHBACK

LILIAN'S POV

After some time in the restroom, I came out . I didn't know what to do. He looked at me and smiled. Let's eat. After we finished eating, Let me drop you off. He said. Then we left the office. When I got home I told my friends everything that happened and they were in shock. They even had to ask me if I liked him. I rejected. After dinner we went to bed. I closed my eyes but sleep couldn't come. I was just thinking of Raymond. Could I be in love with him? I asked myself confused. No absolutely not. Yes, he is hot and all but I can't be in love with him. He is rude and he is a spoiled brat.

I woke up in the morning looking tired. Thank God it's the weekend. I don't need to go to work. I started my day by watching a movie. Then went back to sleep . After that, I received a call from my boss asking me to go out with him. So I got dressed and waited for him to come. He called and told me he was downstairs.

RAYMOND'S POV

Am downstairs come down. I said to her on the phone. What was wrong with me. How could I invite her for dinner. After waiting for sometime. I saw a beautiful figure coming towards me. My eyes couldn't leave her . She was wearing a simple red gown that shows her figure and it made her look stunning. We set off and we went to a restaurant. Boss, I heard her call me. I thought we were going to see a client. She asked. Oh, he cancelled the meeting this evening. Ok . After I ordered we began to eat. After some drinks we were both drunk. So we went to a hostel near the restaurant. I just entered because I had my keys and we entered the room. We were both drunk but I found her very attractive. I didn't know when she started to stare at me in a sexy manner which I couldn't resist. I started kissing her profusely. We kissed hard and then my fingers went in and out of her . I could hear her moan my name. After that I insert my d**k in her. I loved the way she was moaning my name. So we continued. It was really sweet and I really enjoyed it.

LILIAN'S POV

It was a bright morning. I woke up and I was confused. I turned back and I saw my boss lying there. He woke up and we both screamed. Boss how could you. Wait we were drunk. It's not my fault. He replied to me . I was very happy thinking maybe the love I have for him is reciprocated. We got up,bathed,had breakfast and then left. I went home smiling and all. I felt fulfilled. After that day, he became nice to me and was treating me very well. So I felt he loved me. Weeks passed but he didn't say anything concerning that night. Or concerning us. One hot afternoon I summoned courage and went ahead to ask him about the issue. He replied that we are adults. And how much do I need for compensation. I felt embarrassed and left. I fell really hard for him. To the point that even after what he said, I wasn't angry. If he doesn't love me why does he treat me nice. But it's alright I said to myself. He treated me well. He Even ordered breakfast for me . We began s*x partners. Nora warned me but I didn't listen. I felt like he loved me . Then why is it so hard for him to tell you to be his girlfriend. Nora asked. Maybe I am not worth it for now . When he is ready he will ask. On a Saturday morning me and Lisa were watching a movie. In the movie the girl asked the boy to be her boyfriend and he agreed. It gave me an idea to propose to him . In the afternoon, I left and bought flowers that I want to use to propose. The next morning, by four o'clock, Lisa and Nora helped me prepare and arrange things. Teaching me how and what to do. I had to borrow Lisa's clothes and Nora shoes. After some touch up.We went out together. We got to the office by six o'clock. So there was no one there. We decorated his office with bunches of flowers. I was so happy while reciting my speech. Then before we knew it, it was already eight o'clock. Then he came to the office. When he stepped in I held the flowers with smiles on my face. Raymond Smith I love you. With all my heart. From the first day. I saw the shock on his face. Please will you be my boyfriend. He just stood there . He then told me that he will give me the reply later. I looked at him with teary eyes as he left. As he was leaving he told Lisa to help me clean up the office before he comes back. In shock and embarrassment I hurriedly picked up the flowers and ran out of the office. Everyone was staring at me. Lisa and Nora followed. I didn't really know what to do. He could have told me he doesn't love me. Why did he have to say he couldn't give me the reply now. I cried my eyes out. Then I received a call from my dad that he and mom were leaving for Africa if I wanted to come with them. I hurriedly agreed because I don't know how to face Raymond and the rest of the people in the office. I changed my phone and the next day we took off.

RAYMOND'S POV

When I told Lilian that we were adults, that was because I didn't wanted her to feel bad. And avoid me. Because I felt that I wasn't yet the man she wants so I wanted to change to the man she would appreciate .When I got to the office and saw her asking me to be her boyfriend. I was very happy but I didn't let it show. I was confused on what to do because I had already made arrangements at a hotel to propose to her. So I just told her to wait for my answer and I then finished it in a hurry because I didn't want to keep her guessing. After that I called her to come to the hotel. But her phone wasn't going through. I went to her house but no one was there. I asked her neighbors and they told me she traveled. I didn't know what to do. I was speechless. I went home disappointed. I kept calling her, leaving her messages . For over a month I continued. And I became the beast I was once again.
