His Greatest Possession

Episode Four

Ginrre was cursing his mind when he saw Ezye still looking good, wearing his oversized t-shirt and black pajamas.

Ezye folded her arms after changing clothes and sat in the bed while Ginrre was on the couch. She was waiting for him to talk about how he'd acted earlier.

He can't stop thinking about her even though she is in front of her now, arching her eyebrows.

"Are you going to tell me why you

were you acting like this when I don't know you?" Ezye asked him again.

"Ginrre Clarckstone". When Ezye heard the name she realized that he was in the tabloids everywhere, known for being the billionaire owning the Clarckstone Company, private resorts, restaurants and hotels. He is known for being a cold person and that made her want to hide right now.

She scolded herself again for doing the stupidity last time. That is why she doesn't drink that much. Alcohol makes you do stupid things that you will regret sooner.

"Look. I already apologized before when I stumbled at you. I was drunk and couldn't see the exit. You don't have the right to act like you were my boyfriend", she calmly said, looking at him.

Her knees began to weaken when she saw his jaw clenched. He stood up and walked in her direction and sat on the bed, close to her. Which made her heart beat faster.

"You keep running through my mind these past few days, love. I was having a hard time focusing on my work. And don't say I don't have the right to act like I was your boyfriend." He said while giving her a rare smile which he never showed to any woman except his mom.

She was lost for a moment. She never expected this man would smile at her without any idea how it melted her knees.

" What? I am not the one to blame why you keep thinking about me. There's a lot of women everywhere, you can just pick whoever you want. Stop this game, Gin, it is not fun." Ezye exclaimed, trying to compose herself.

"Damn it woman! I did not blame you for having your exquisite looks . And I don't just pick any woman anywhere. I am not playing with you because the moment we shared that indelible kiss at the party, you were already mine. And I will destroy every single man who tries to take you away with me, " he explained, which made her feel like going home and hid from him forever.

She can't believe that he claimed her like that just because of a mistake.

" You don't own me. I own myself and you will not have the chance to have me. " she said, calming her mind. Ginrre smiled at her again.

"Don't test my patience, love. I already owned you the moment you fell into my arms that night." he was relaxed, covering Ezye's back with his jacket.

She couldn't believe he was acting like that after he blurted like a mad person earlier.

"What?" She was confused when Gin offered his hand to her.

"We need to eat breakfast. I don't want you to starve. Come on, you can ask me anything on the way. By the way, I love how you called my nickname", he playfully said, and held her.

Ezye was lost in her own world again. She did not notice that Gin was already holding her hand, walking. She prefers to stay silent for a minute, arguing with him will just make her tired.

They arrived back at their place of residence.He let her sit in the chair next to the counter in the kitchen while he was wearing the apron. She gave him a 'what you want look' when he stared at her smiling.

"What do you want to eat?" He asked, leaning his elbows on the counter, facing her.

"Cook what you want. I'm not that hungry." She lied. In fact, her stomach was growling earlier.

"Stay here. I'm going to cook something for you. I know you were hungry." He kissed her head before preparing the ingredients.

She was thankful when he turned his back and started to cook. Her face was all red from the sudden kiss he gave. She won't deny it, this man has a lot of effects on her. She had her phone in her pocket when it rang. Ambrey called, she had already sent a lot of messages.

'What happened? Where are you? " she heard Ambrey speak,while Ginrre glanced at her when he heard Ambrey' s voice.

" Back in the house. Don't worry, I am fine. Did you eat breakfast? " She changed the topic. She doesn't want Ambrey to be worried about her.

" Yes, when Ginrre and you left. Is he with you? Did he hurt you?" Ambrey asked in a worried voice.

She looked at the man's back who was cooking for her. His hair was messy, he was wearing a white t-shirt and navy blue pants. In simple attire, it can't be denied that his body looks good.

When she sees him having a glance at her, she can't lie how good looking Ginrre is. He has kissable lips and thick eyebrows that match his attractive lashes. His nose added more sight of how his jaw assembled. What she loves the most is Ginrre's dark blue eyes. At the same time, scared, every time he looked at her she was drawn, looking at his eyes making her lose her focus.

"Ezye? she was back to reality when Ambrey kept calling her name. Scolding herself, she looked away from Ginrre's back and focused.

" I told you I am fine here. We will have our breakfast soon. I will speak to you later. Take care. " She ended the call without waiting for Ambrey to speak.

She was startled when Ginrre's face was close to her when she turned her back in the kitchen.

" Done "? Ginrre asked, talking about the conversation with her friend. She nodded her head in agreement. He took off the apron and held her hand and walked to the table where he prepared the breakfast.

Ezye's face was priceless when she saw that he had prepared a lot of food.

"Do you have visitors?" she asked out of curiosity.

He made ricotta, strawberry french toast, three pairs of sliced toast bread with a ham and a sunny side up egg. He also cooked a caprese croissant sandwich, toasted ham and cheese and two glasses of strawberry-flavoured smoothies.

All of them looked delicious. She did not know that he was good at cooking. It made her stomach growl more, which made Ginrre look at her and smile.

He grabbed the chair in front of him and offered her to sit.

"I know you love strawberries, sunny side up eggs, toast bread and smoothies. You need to eat a lot" Ginrre explains while he adds each type of food to, her plate. Without saying anything, she took the spoon and fork and began to eat. She forgot about Ginrre was amazed looking at her, eating the food he cooked.

He started to eat when his stomach was growling.He was already full just from looking at the beautiful view in front of him- Ezye, who was eating, but his stomach needed food. He smiled and took his handkerchief when some sausage was on her upper lip.

"You look amazing" he complimented her after wiping it, leaving Ezye stunned.
