Third Person POV The media and people went frenzy when they heard about RK spending three nights in prison. On the one hand, people wanted justice but were too scared to go against RK and on the other, they secretly loved and worshipped RK. They didn’t understand how to react and thus mixed reactions came from everyone on RK getting arrested. Brian also tried his best but ultimately couldn’t do anything about it. RK had to spend three nights in prison. Brian was angry at this and everyone else reacted but RK didn’t. He didn’t even sleep or said anything while his stay in prison. He ate his food calmly although he was provided food that came from his mansion cooked by his chef. Many police officers got clicked their photographs with him and treated him like the celebrity he is. He even got the soft, plush mattress to sleep on, unlike other prisoners. They did this to save themselves from his wrath. They knew once he got out, he won’t hesitate in using his power and crushing them like small ants under his feet. And knowing his status and power, officers were afraid of it to come true. So they treated him well. Still, they expected his outburst and anger but he was all calm from outside. But from inside he was burning with rage. He couldn’t believe that Myra made him go through this. His mind was on a constant loop from the first time he heard about her to how she made him go to prison. How she created havoc in his life without any money or power on her side, was something to be appreciated. But as much as he appreciated it, he hated it too. She had hurt his ego and reputation. And thus she had to pay price for it. She was the first woman who didn’t fell for his charm. First woman to actually go through war with him. But he was set on making an example set out of her so that no one else would dare to do this again. For him, she had just provoked the monster and now he would unleash him on her. He decided he would make her pay with the respect she held onto so dearly. After three nights, came the Monday morning and RK was released from the prison. He didn’t say a single word to Brian or any police officers. Even the media was stunned to see him silent. He always gave them his signature smirk or his charming smile, but today his expression was guarded. They all understood that this was calm before the storm. And everyone feared that now who would end up paying the price. When RK reached his mansion, he silently went up to his room. Brian went behind him and asked him why he was being silent, but RK didn’t answer him. “Sir, your lunch is here. Shall I get the dining table setup or you want to eat here?” Brian asked cautiously. “Here,” RK said in a clipped tone. Once, RK had his lunch, Brian said to him, “You don’t have to worry about, Myra Adams, sir. I will handle her myself. You forget about her and focus on yourself. I’m worried about you, sir.” Immediately, RK held Brian’s jaw in a tight grip and said in a clipped tone, “Accident happened and report got filed against me, you couldn’t do anything, I forgot. Police came to my home and arrested me, still, you couldn’t do anything, I forgot. You couldn’t bail me out and I had to spend three nights in prison because of you, still, I forgot. But now you forget about Myra. I don’t even want to hear her name from your lips. She is only my business and no one’s else. Is that clear?” “Yes, sir,” Brian said frantically. Then RK shouted for him to get his car ready. In half an hour they are going out for something important. Brian was once again shocked because he knew all his schedule and today’s schedule was cleared after RK’s sudden departure to prison. But he didn’t question him and instead got the car and everything else ready. Half an hour later, RK came downstairs, freshly showered, wearing his blue snug jeans and white button-up shirt with sleeves rolled up, his hair spiked up and he was once again back to that sexy looking RK! On the other hand, Bruce got himself discharged from the hospital, without talking to his parents. He was still angry at her mother for treating Myra like that. And Myra, was at her home, lost in her thoughts. She was thinking about how her life changed at a pace of a few days. She had a great relationship with Bruce’s mother until now. But after everything that happened at the hospital, it got tarnished. She even feared thinking that Bruce might be against her as well. That he must be also blaming her for letting such an opportunity go in waste. She didn’t know what to do, so she didn’t even go to see him after that day. She just tried to help Bruce and got justice for him but it all went in vain. Her mother, Pamela watched her daughter feeling sad. She went up to her and consoled her. Then she told her to give it some time and everything will be fine. She told her that sometimes the situations aren’t in our favor and even if we do good it still results against us. But that doesn’t mean to feel broken and sad. She told her to believe in herself and her good deeds and good will come to her eventually. She had faith in Bruce and her relationship and told her that soon everything will sort itself out. Myra felt better after hearing her mother. Her mother then told her to get back to her work from tomorrow onwards. She agreed and then decided on calling Bruce herself. But he didn’t answer her call. She thought he must be asleep right now, so she would call him later on. But then she got the text message from him which said that he needs some time and space and once his mind would be cleared then they would talk. This knocked the breath out of her and tears flowed down her face. She thought how much havoc this accident would cause with her life!
